Their personalities are similar, and I can see her fussing over him like a big sister, or them getting into quirky spats.

Lol i need to look back but if Karma's not on a team we can make the Terror Twins into the Terror Trio.
If the simulation is programmed with the guards having any kind of trepidations she's going to try and detect the strongest amplification of fear; but this could also spawn from any of the other heroes in training too. Actually, the fear from herself and peers is more likely since it's coming from real resources...so whoever doesn't mind that and would like to put their characters' fears forward, please let me know XD;;; at least you'll get to discover what Cece is most afraid of.
Fear manipulation encompasses such a broad spectrum, which is why I thought it more appropriate if she has little control, but typically she uses it to create manifestations of the phobias she can detect.
It'll be like inception, just not as cool and totally creepy.
Just the way I like it.

Sorry Doll, (the noir fan in me loves being able to say that) but currently Karma's paired up with Bloat and they're going after the hostage. I'd say we could put the four of them together, but if I've the got the numbers right, there have to be four teams in total on this exercise, and that would leave one person all alone to handle the last objective which seems unfair. As it stands, one team is going to be a two-man cell anyway since we've only got eleven characters, unless I missed somebody.

Plus, Karma would not be on-board with Cece dragging up his fears as a power source. He's got some dark things in his past that he does not want to review, and if they should manifest in the middle of a high-stress situation like this, there's a fair chance he'll go ballistic. Naturally, I want her to do this at some point in the roleplay as it'll be amazing to write, but I don't think it'll work so well for their very first assignment.

and she can definitely use Vaughn as a power source for fears. He has a lot of baggage haha
it just might make him a little crazy in his shapeshifted form so there might be a moment where he loses it
but that just means more drama or action so I'm down
