Unfortunately with the new wings and tail/horns from Elysium, I've seen a LOT of avatars like this and the colour irks me.
I really dislike the wings, tail, belt, skin and eyes. The wings for me are just ugly in general and far too big and chunky as an item :L The tail might look okay without the wings but right now it just clutters up the bottom. Skin-wise, the yellow is washed out and the concentration around the chest is disconcerting and melts everything together oddly. The red eyes might be cool if you add tiiiiny red detailing along the body such as rigs and thin belts? Belt wise, this belt is just too plastic looking and not regal enough for the dress and general feel I think.

As far as themes go I like this one c: I'd recommend something black for the head though (perhaps a helm or military hat?) and I'd definitely recommend a different mouth (even just a smirk) and perhaps a chest tattoo?

The cute/stoic look is nice, but the mess of colours is a little disorientating o: I reckon you need more blue on the head, perhaps shoes instead of the Rosamund boots (with blue socks), and then I'd ditch the violent red/purple speech bubble thing cause it's too jarring I think.
