It has definitely been a hot minute haha, I hope you are thriving over there.
I've been so incredibly busy, my head is prolly lost somewhere. Its giving dullahan emotion_0A0 I actually went back to college in 2023 and got a bachelor of science in accounting in May! It was shorter only because I went to college a decade ago so a lot of credits came over! I managed the president's list the ENTIRE time (which was my goal!!!) and I also managed to stay above a 3.5 (my second goal) with a 3.89! I AM THAT b***h!
My job of four years actually fired me and my husband in December emotion_0A0 Then rehired us in another position because AI took our jobs. rofl I'm a compounding pharmacy tech now and its actually GREAT! I'm literally MAKING the medication now! Working with him has been so wonderful. Other than that I've been working to pay down some debt (hospital bills from covid are FINALLY gone as of 2023!) but now I have student loans LOL
The husband and I have been OUT this summer because we legit haven't had an actual vacation in so long. I've had so many social events that I'm dead tired loool But, we're studying hard for a big exam for pharmacy techs so we can get higher pay since we're worried the DTI ratio is what's making the house hunting hard (plus I live in an area where a two bedroom one bath is running for 100K scream and the US economy is also piss ******** poor right now). We got a brand new 2025 car last year (we had an older version of the same car, but she was tired poor girl) and this new one is big and a dream. We've been driving everywhere and seeing things and being places and EATING EVERYTHING in existence! I've been so incredibly blessed (albeit tired) since we last spoke: my mental state is SO much healthier as I cut toxic friends, family, and jobs out of my life too! I'm not thriving just yet (socially for sure!), but I'm damn close!!!
