• When your views go against mine
You have a book you hide behind.
A slur as bad as a punch, a shot,
    Yet you see not
How equal your verses are like curses
to us that don't deserve it.

It is you, the vast Christian majority,
Who is scared of the rainbow minority.
Yes, I know the lot of who are accepting
'Til it's a close one, then you are objecting.

You spout out it's what 'God' wants
But you don't see that it is what Jesus bought.
    My 'Sins' and yours
But still you are blind how it thick the blood pours
For me when I am with my other
And we get treated so bad we cover
so we don't get any more physical signs of hatred
That your fellow members forcefully painted

The statics show that any day I walk down a street,
Whether with someone or not, I will be beat
By those who are attracted to my gender
Or those who are sickened by the sticker on my fender.

I am scared that this will not change
And that I will be killed by a deranged
Reader and follower of a man above
Who just wants all of us to know love
