The magnificence and grace of a blooming rose, with the sense of overwhelming beauty that is red.
It releases a scent that so entices the senses that it distracts from the slight danger that looms over it.
Like a siren and it's deadly song, the rose lures with its grace; hiding the sharp poison of its thorns, showing that beauty can be deadly as well as graceful...

I like it, not bad at all. However the word "excrete" really threw it off for me, it's a rather scientific word and doesn't really have the connotation of grace or beauty. Perhaps a 'calmer' word like "releases" or "wafting" (though you may have to change the subject of the sentence for that one) would better suit the poem ^-^
