What do you do when you care so much about somebody that the only way you will ever be able to stop is if they tell you to?

What do you do when your solider says he is leading two different lives and he isn't sure which one he wants?

What do you do when your heart hurts so much that you want to scream, but don't because you don't want him to know how much he is really hurting you?

What do you do when the tears fall like pouring rain on a stormy April night when you try to imagine what your life would be like without him in it?

What do you do? What do I do? What can I do?

it could be a short story, i like the idea, only problem is that story would be true and actually writing about the events before and after this phone conversation could really do some damage to my heart...to have to bring that all back up again to the surface.i might just do it anyways though.

Hmmm ... sounds like the making of a short story. Try it out and see what happens. Just how you live for the phone calls and the focus on them with the rest of life sort of hazy and plossed over because of the turmoil on the phone and inside of you. Sound good?
