• Sleep does not come easy
To a daughter of the sun.
I've lived here high in the heavens
    E'er since the world begun.
How can I close my eyes
When there's still so much to see?
    The turning of the spheres
    The whispers of galaxies
    Everything is moving
    In its own predestined track
Bright shapes of colour and beauty
    Amidst the endless black.
    One of my infinite brothers
    Winks me a kind goodnight
Before a plant comes between us
And hides him from my sight.
    We form the constellations,
    My family, the stars,
To you we're tiny sparks of light
But that's not all we are.
    We're radiant orbs of fire
    Dancing in the skies
    Among such breathtaking beauty
How can I close my eyes?
