Is a lie that has been told for quite a while
Always hiding when someone is there
Almost crying when no one is anywhere
Betrayal love hate
All have to wait
Behind the smile
Is a list that lasts a mile
Never ending
My heart and soul are bending
I almost can’t take it
When someone is near my smile stays lit
I am lost my feelings tossed
I am almost breaking
Because I am always faking
Almost no one can see
The pain this smile causes me
Behind the smile
Is a lie that has been told for quite a while
A secret to be told never
Because this fake smile will stay forever.
