but now Im all alone in the shadows of grief and sadness.

but why am i alone now?

but now some pieces are missing in the dark.

but why did you tell her you love her?

hm... Maybe instead of 'im with you walking in the light of joy and laughter, but now im alone in the shadows of greif and sadness' you can put 'once in the light of joy and laughter, now alone in the shadows of grief and sadness'.... or something. just a thought. i really liked it though! ANother suggestion, maybe you could make it all rhyme? It would flow better and it just seems like something that should rhyme...
