• Look to the skies, for your soul has lost it’s way!
While you were deep in thought, this night has turned to day.
Call out to the clouds, humbly cry to them and say,
“Give me back my soul, for my flesh will soon decay!”

The clouds glance down, oh so disdainfully
They look upon our tortured earth and see,
That these are not demands, but desperate pleas,
For a single human soul to be let free.

How can mortal ears hear such devious things?
These clouds, they sing horrid, poisoned requiems!
And to this mere human, they maniacally sing,
“You’re a fool to believe in anything!”

Now your corpse is left in the dark of night.
Leaving no trace, not a hint of fright.
For only an otherworldly, morose sight,
Can see that you were robbed of life.
