• A week later the phone started ringing as I was watching the televison at my house.
I hadn't heard from Nicholas since maybe a few days ago and it left me with a sick lonely feeling. I had tried to call him over twenty time, but I kept getting the same thing. An answering matien. I had left maybe ten messages since yesterday, I didn't know how many I left in all. But I sort of didn't want to know. I was worried and on the verge of crying or running over to his apartment again. When I had gone to his apartment a few days ago the man at the front desk told me not to come in, there was construction being done. And when I tried to go to his house anyway, they kicked me out and said I could only come back in if Nicholas said I could himself. But when they tried to call him down, he didn't answer...
I stood up and grabbed the phone off the coffee table. "Hello?"
"Hello. This is Master Nicholas's butler. He told me that you had left something at his old estate, so I thought I should call and tell you to pick it up." Said an old voice.
I blinked. "Uhm... Sure... Where? At his apartment?"
A wave of relief washed over me as I found out that he was okay.
The old man laughed. "No, sir. Master Nicholas no longer resides in that home anymore. He has moved in with his father. They thought it would be better if he did. Would you like the address of his new estate so you can pick up your things?"
I felt my heart fall to the floor and my stomach flip and knot up in the thousands. "He did what!?"
"Sir Nicholas has moved in with his father again, sir. Please don't shout. Surely Master Nicholas had told you?" He said sounding curious.
    I growled. "No. He didn't."
The butler chuckled. "Oh. Well, I'm sure you two can sort this out when you come to pick your things up. Or would you like it if I sent a car carrying your things?"
I picked up the remote and turned off the television. "No. Don't send a car. I'm coming there." I hiss. "Whats the address?"

After getting the butler to give me the address I ran down stairs and to my car. I started it up quickly, not caring if I was hurting the engine by kicking it out of park and flooring the gas pettle. I was p***ed off. And I was going to walk right up to Nicholas and demand he explain all this bulls*** to me before I blow up worse then I have already.
When I got to the large house I didn't even turn off the car before I was running up to the entrance.
A tall man smiled at me. "Key's sir?" He asks eyeing me over.
I pointed to the car. "It's still on." I hiss walking past him.
He nodded and walked right down to my car, parking it somewhere for me.
The cherry wood door was eleven feet from me when another tall, stronger looking man stepped in front of me. "Name?"
I glared at him. "Sam, I'm Nicholas's friend."
He smirked. "He said you would be coming." He said stepping aside and pointing to the door. "Please go in."
I nodded and ran up to the door. "Nicholas?"
"Hold on." Said a womans voice.
I growled and glared at the wood door.
It opened and revealed a girl with long red curly hair and her Neko ears the same color, her eyes a light brown. "Hello. How can I help you?"
I pushed past her, not caring if I was being rude. "Nicholas?" I call.
The woman gasped and hit me in the back of the head. "Hey! Who the h*** are you!? What do you want with my Necho!?"
Foot steps could be heard coming from upstairs.
I turned to the woman, anger in my eyes. "Please. Be quiet. I just want to talk to him. I won't hurt him." I say trying to look sincer.
"Sam?" Asked a sweet voice from the top of a flight stairs near the door.
I spun around and clentched my fists. "You!" I boom walking to the stairs. "Get down here." I order.
His ears pressed against his head and his tail stood straight up in fear, the fur bristling. "I see your not happy about me moving out of that town..."
I narrowed my eyes. "Happy!? I'm supposed to be happy!? You just up and leave without any word!? I'm supposed to be happy about that!? I get a call from your butler telling me to come get my things from new house and nearly makes me faint from shock, I'm supposed to be happy!?"
He started to desend the stairs, his eyes on the floor. "I'm sorry." He mumbled.
I crossed my arms over my chest. "You could have told me you were moving."
He nodded and started to bite his nails.
I sighed and looked away from him. "You are such a brat."
He looked at me and smirked. "I know. I'm really sorry."
"Why did you move?" I say glaring at him now.
He looked away and swallowed. "My dad said that-."
"Nicholas!" Boomed a deep and very dark voice.
I jumped, almost cringing at how mean it sounded.
Nicholas closed his eyes and seemed to wish he wasn't there at the moment. I was too... I wished I was alone with Nicholas at his apartment.
"Nicholas!?" Shouted the voice coming down the hallway to my left.
I turned around and watched as a dark hair man with black eyes looked at me.
"Who the h*** are you?" He hissed.
I blinked at him. "Uhm... I'm Sam-."
He looked me over in disgust. "Tch. How disgraceful."
"Excuse me?" I ask feeling stung.
"Dressing like in my pressence. Disgraceful." He growled.
I glared at him. "What a bastar-."
Nicholas growled. "What is it, father?" Nicholas interrupted me.
The man looked up at Nicholas. "What are you doing dressing like that? It's not propper for a heir to my companies to be dressing in such a way."
Nicholas looked down at his clothing. "What do you mean? I like this. It's colorful." He says pulling at his lime green and highlighter yellow shirt that had a cartoon character on it named Gir dancing.
His dad shook his head. "No. It's not good. I don't like it. Go back upstairs and change. But first get this thing out of my house." He said looking me over again.
I glared at me. "Excuse me sir? May I say something?" I hiss.
Nicholas shook his head. "Sam. Just don't. Come up stairs with me to pick something propper out for my dad." He said turning away and starting to walk up the stairs.
I looked back at Nicholas's dad before stalking off behind my lover.
'Suck a**' was writen all over my face when I gave his dad a fleeting glance at the top of the stairs. And he returned the same stare.
Nicholas led me down a long hall way and into a lime green painted room with a large rainbow that had only three colors on it {Dark purple, purple, and light pinkish purple} displayed on one wall of the room. He had large black painted bed with a lime green misquito net drapped all the way around it. There was a large closet to the left hand side of the bed that was full of brightly color clothing and belts, and shoes, and hats, and sweatshirts, and jeans, and shorts, and everything a teenage girl would kill over.
He sighed and closed the door behind me. "I'm glade your here. I thought you would never want to see me again."
I turned around and glared at him, not saying anything.
He glanced at me and then looked back down at the floor. "Yeah... I kind of knew I was going to get that reaction... Look, Sam, I would have told you, but my dad never gave me the time of day. That's why I couldn't call you when I was being droven over. And he told me not to tell anyone or he would keep me from talking to anyone for a month. So I kept it quiet when we were at the hot springs. I'm so sorry, Sam. I didn't mean to hurt you. I'm sorry." He said covering his face with his black and purple stripped gloved hands.
I sighed. "I see... So this all your fathers fault?"
He nodded and his knees gave out, dropping him to the floor.
I kneeled down in front of him and put my hand on his shoulder. "I forgive you, Nicholas. I was just worried about you. I shouldn't have yelled at you like that." I say soothingly.
He sniffled and threw his arms around my neck. "Shut up. You weren't worried about me. You just wanted to know if the person you were using for money had run away."
    I blinked. "What?"
He weeped harder, making odd noises in his throat. "Tell me you were just using me for money. Please. Just do it. I don't want to be dragging someone around just because of that. Just tell me now and I'll give you money so you can leave. I just don't want baggage."
"You don't want me?" I ask pulling away and looking down at his tear filled face, the thin line of eyeliner now running and smugded.
He sniffled. "Of course I want you. I just don't want to be hurt anymore. Because if your just using me then tell me now so I don't have to end up really hurt again. Please, just tell me, Sam."
I glared at him. "What are you talking about all of a sudden!? Why are you treating me so cruelly!?"
He covered his face again. "I'm not trying to be mean. I'm just trying to save me and my father trouble. Please, Sam, just tell me your using me."
I shook my head. "Of course I'm not. You bratty little kid, how could you just say that? Why would you want me to be using you. And worst of all why would you want someone who loves you to admit they're only using you?"
He looked up at me. "Someone who loves me?"
I sighed. "Yes, Nicholas. Someone who loves you."
He sniffled and blushed. "I feel stupid... I should have run away and hid myself at your house instead of putting everyone through all this..."
I shook my head and hugged him tightly. "Don't feel stupid, Nicholas. I forgave you and you were doing what you had to do. So it's okay. Don't feel bad about it."
He looked up at me again and smiled. "Really?"
I nodded and kissed his forehead. "Of course."
He sniffled and hugged my neck tightly. "I missed you so much, Sam. I couldn't stop thinking about you. I haven't eaten anything since yesterday I was so distracted and worried." He said blushing even more.
I shook my head at him and hugged his waist. "You are such an idiot."
    "I know." He chuckled.
