    Chapter 1

I felt someone shaking me awake and I groaned, attempting to swat the hand. My arms felt like molten lead tubes at the sides of my body. My legs were like dead weights and my eyes were glued shut. I forced them open and blinked away the fuzziness imparing my vision. I saw a guy's face staring down at mine. My eyes noticed that he wore a pair of black cargo pants and typical army issue combat boots, but that his chest was bare. I blinked and felt slightly cold. I also noticed that his eyes raked across my body once before dragging back to my eyes.

"Get ready," he barked, a slight accent lacing his words.

"Ok." The word was slurred and my tongue felt like sandpaper against my lips.

He walked off and I slowly sat up, carefully testing my muscles. I looked around me and saw about a hundred sleeping capsules in a gigantic room. I noticed, with a distinct embarrassment, that I was completely nude, and, that there was quite a few guys in the room, nude as well.

I blushed and tentatively stood on wobbly legs. My face burned as I walked over to where a group of people clustered-all nude-on wobbly legs. The group clustered around lockers. I saw my name out of the corner of my eye. I walked unobtrusively over to it, keeping silent so as not to be noticed.
