• We landed onto the meadow about twenty minutes later to find it ambushed. The people from the cave surrounded it and held out their swords.
" Surrender or die!" One of them yelled.
" Hmm... If you know whats best for you, you would run away right now." I smirked as I said this.
    " Never!"
" Ok, you asked for it buddy."

I put on my cloak and hood, my gloves and pulled out my katana. I swung my katana out in the air and it was suddenly ablaze. my outfit was no longer a shirt and breeches, but that same, clingy dress as before, my hair a total inferno, the way it was acting. My cloak flew in an invisible breeze, now a dark blood red. My eyes were blood red as I saw Kalvin eye me with huge eyes and step slightly away. I didn't blame him, the heat was intense.

I lurched forward and swang it out to the trio in front of me. They burst into flames, and I swung it at the others. They died and within seconds I had calmed myself enough to change back into my human form.

" Wha-" He gulped. "What was that?"
" Oh, that? It's my most powerful form; the death curse."
" Wow. I really like the dress." He smirked as he said this. I glared at KAlvin, but I quickly smirked as well.
" Well, lets find someplace to rest. It takes not much out of me, but enough to leave me gasping." I said, and moved to a nearby cave. He followed, and sat down next to me, watching me as I also sat.
" Wow, that didn't take long." He commented.
" No, it's just excruciating having to take such drastic measures for 5 may be 6 thugs." I sighed, and leaned my head on his shoulder. He placed his hand on my hair.
" I'm just so surprised that you can actually..." He stopped, leaving the sentence hang in the dark.
" It's not like I wanted to do that, but yes, I can actually do many things."
He raised one eyebrow. " Like what?" He asked.
" Like this: " I lifted my head, and glared at him, feeling my eyes go from red to gold.
" Hmm..." He murmured. " I think I like the dress better."
I laughed. " Yes, well, it's not the first time you tell me."
" Something I've never told you, then. I love you. " His eyes grew soft.
I smiled. " Well, I love you, too."
    " I know."
He took my face in his hands, and kissed me, almost roughly, and not as cautious as all the others, I noted. My hands went up to his face and they held his cheeks, while my index finger slid sideways on his cheekbones. His hands were going along my jaw, feeling every insignificant detail on it. He broke the kiss, and placed his forehead on mine. I wasn't the only one panting and gasping, for once.

" I love you" I told him, gasping for air.
    " Me too."
He kissed me again, and we fell to the ground, still clutching each other, not wanting to let go. His hands tangled in my hair, and I passed mine through his. We stayed like that for god-knows-how-long, but we didn't care. Then the face of the god who sent me down to earth flicked into my face, and I remembered his last words:

" You can never fall in love with any other mythical creatures, or eternal damnation will arise to you. And you shall be gravely punished, as he shall be wounded."
