• Me? A...A vampire? That was ridiculous. I've heard Twilight say some pretty weird things, but this? This was way out of the "ordinary". This was...this was absurd!
"I don't know what kind of game you're trying to pull, but it's not working. I mean, how low can you actually get? Telling me I'm a vampire is the silliest thing I've ever heard. And you've said so many things." My voice was still, and serious. I didn't want any other expression to represent my anger toward Twilight. I wanted my expression the way it was. She didn't say anything after that. She stared at the floor. As if I had offended her.
"Luna...do you actually not believe me? Me! Your best friend ever since...well, for a long time. How could you think I was...joking?" There was an awkward silence. She then finally looked up. I then looked down.
"I'm not joking around, Luna. Why would I? How could I? Tell me." I looked up and she saw the anger filled in my eyes. Whatever was going on, I didn't think she was actually playing a cruel joke this time. She was...she was serious. More serious than I had ever seen her before. My mouth began to move, but no words came out. I guess I was still in shock.
"OK, Twilight..." I began. "I'll...I'll believe you. But...only if you show me proof." Her smile began to grow wider on her face. My eyes began to widen. What had I gotten myself into now? She looked at me and then said, "The only proof I can show you is when the full moon is out." I then became irritated. I was not going to wait two weeks just to see if I were a vampire or not. What does it matter, anyway? It's not like I'm in danger. Or anything like that.
"...OK, then. I'll wait. I'm only doing this because you're my best friend. But, in my world, there's no need in me finding this out. There's no point" She stared at me and then said, "Well, I'm gonna get going. I'll see you tomorrow."
"Yeah. Sure. Bye." She left as soon as I said 'sure'. That was quick. I thought for a second. I then left for the restroom to brush my teeth, and head off to bed.
    The next day.
Nothing was really different today. Dad was out "working" (as usual), and Mom was out at work. I decided to go see my friend Aaron. He and I had met each other in the third grade. Some kids had been picking on Twilight. And I had tried to stop them Instead they pushed me to the ground. Aaron then came and chased them all over the playground. After that, Twilight, Aaron and I were best friends since. I'm sure Twilight must have told him about...me. She tells him and me everything. As do I. Although I had not talked to Aaron in over a week, I was sure he'd be happy to talk. He always is.
