• A traveller walking down a road may have dismissed her as a simple pesant, but she was so much more. To understand the look of pure hopelessness in her eyes was to have experienced it yourself. She had been to hell and back, and she wasn't about to let that stop her.

    'It ends tonight.', She thought to herself. Her black hair streaming in the chill wind made her shiver. There were hard times in her village. The feudal lords were supposed to be back in a week to collect slave women and money. The famine only made things worse.

    'I will avenge you, my sister.', she had vowed. She cannot break her promise; her word and the katana she wielded were the only objects of value she possesed.

    She walked slowly down the road, planning her ultimate revenge. Noting could stop her; not even death.

    She arrived at the elaborately decorated gates right at sunset. 'Perfect' she thought.

    Guards roamed the front garden. 'Easy' she scoffed in her thoughts. She slipped through the gates with ease. 'This'll be easy'...
