Dedicated ;; Kaðlín is a friend for life. She doesn't believe in fair weather friendships, nor does she think they're beneficial for anyone. Whether it's to a cause or to a person, once she decides to dedicate her time and care to something, she does so until she physically cannot do more. It brings her a sense of fulfillment to be able to throw her whole self into something and see what she can do for it. She sees no reason to commit less than everything she has.
Unshakeable ;; She doesn't get daunted easily. Kaðlín sorted out her life and possessions, then jumped on a plane to America to face the surfeit of unknowns that came with moving to a new country. She faced the bureaucracy that came with moving to the States, found herself a job, and made her choice to live there despite any strange and impossible-sounding rumors that surfaced around the city. To her, once a decision is made, there's no room for fear -- that only makes the follow-through more difficult than it needs to be.
Decisive ;; Floundering is costly; she learned this in her younger years. When her cousin started having health problems, Kaðlín wasn't certain whether to bring them up to an adult or keep quiet. As a result, her indecision kept her cousin's parents in the dark until her cousin suffered a dysrhythmia that put her in the hospital. Kaðlín since learned to speak up and speak out, and to make and commit to decisions quickly.
Humorless ;; Kaðlín understands that a joke was made, but she doesn't know what to do with it. Her usual reaction is to force a smile and attempt a laugh if she's feeling particularly charitable, but ultimately, nothing comes across as funny to her. She doesn't make jokes of her own, either, or find much humor in the world of her own accord. People in her past have described her as too serious, which is something she's aware of, but not something she knows how to or cares to fix.
Blinded ;; Once Kaðlín has a goal, it's the only thing she can see. She stops taking any interest in activities or topics outside of that goal, as if they were never there to begin with. This proves terribly troublesome if it's necessary for her to split her focus, like at a job or while having a conversation on the street, for Kaðlín will neglect her other duties or walk into traffic when she's so absorbed by what she's doing.
She also may not understand that what she's doing is wrong, and cannot see the truth of it. When she carries her convictions so strongly, she struggles to be able to see the truth of what she's doing and the whole picture of what it affects.
Stubborn ;; Kaðlín gives up on nothing, if she can help it. She will champion a cause until that cause is long dead and carrying it becomes harmful to others, including herself. She won't give up on lost causes, she won't move away from harmful habits. Her stubbornness has gotten her hurt on many an occasion. more often than it had ever benefitted her to be so married to a cause, idea, or habit.
H O B B I E S ┆
Singing ;; She had an astonishingly passionate compulsory school teacher that had her practicing nearly every day. Kaðlín liked being able to sing along to her favorite songs, but more than that, she liked the performances -- they gave her a chance to show how much she grew as a student and thus make her teacher proud. It was her way of showing him how wonderful he was as a teacher and mentor.
Nowadays, she mostly hums to herself in the garden, sings in the shower, sings on walks, or bothers her coworkers by singing earworms while the store is still closed. The bothering isn't intentional; some songs just get stuck in her head and singing them is the only way to get them out.
Jogging ;; Kaðlín doesn't jog for exercise; she gets more than enough of that throughout the day. She jogs to get distance on the city, to get closer to the parks and wooded areas and find a little solace in nature. She jogs so she can hear twigs breaking under her step, or catch glimpses of birds between the branches, or hear the wind sough through a hundred million leaves. She jogs laps around the lake so she can see what's changed between the last lap and the next one, or catch how the autumn leaves turn molten gold once the setting sun pierces through them. It's her escape from the life that's expected of her, and the struggles that demand so much of her time.
Hiking ;; At least once a week, Kaðlín makes a trip beyond the outskirts of Destiny City and into the woods proper.

Miss Chance: She must successfully hit the target with her javelin to be able to channel her magic.
Effect: Celadon forms an ethereal, magical javelin in her hand and hurls it at a foe. If it connects, the foe becomes marked with a glowing Cybele symbol where the javelin struck, identifying them as a hunting target. The foe takes double damage from any physical and magical attacks for the duration of the channeled magic.
Fatal Strike ;; (Knight)
Range: 1o' diameter for javelin rain
Duration: Up to 45 seconds
Miss Chance: Escaping range at or before the javelin rain
Effect:Celadon forms an ethereal, magical javelin in her hand and hurls at the sky, sending a rain of smaller ethereal javelins down on enemies. If any find a target, the foes become marked with a glowing Cybele symbol where the magical javelin struck, identifying them as a hunting target. The foes take double damage from any physical and magical attacks for the duration of the channeled magic. The duration of the javelin rain is taken from her magic pool.
