Hobbies:Music - Carmen was named for an opera, and not without reason. She loves nearly anything with a melody, though classical music and modern music with particularly good singers or rhythm are her favorites (anyone with a lovely voice is likely to draw her attention, really). She might even enjoy some rock music from time to time if it sounds good enough. It's not uncommon to find her meowing along to some songs. Most rap music can just go away, though.
Performance and Fine/not-so-fine Arts - While Carmen can't really participate in the arts herself due to being a cat (carefully-tracked mud on the ground doesn't really count as art, unfortunately), she certainly enjoys them nonetheless. It's hard for her to get into museums and see the displays she loves so much, so she'll seek out any expressions of art she can find: interesting graffiti, particularly creative snowmen, certain well-designed posters. Show her something you have made; she'll be quite interested in it and may even offer critique if she can.
Performance arts are also a favorite of hers; she will attend any street performances (in lieu of being able to slip into a theater and watch a play) religiously. If someone sits in the middle of the sidewalk and starts singing or playing a guitar or what have you, she will be there, listening and watching the whole time (and maybe trying to mooch a dollar off someone to put in the tip jar/case with the best cute kitty eyes she can muster).
Duty as a Guardian Cat - Carmen takes her responsibilities as a guardian cat very seriously. She is always on the lookout for new potential senshi to awaken and for those she has already awoken to check the progress of (and for any senshi who might be ready for an upgrade, of course). She has made keeping up on the going-ons of the War on Chaos a priority, and if she obtains any information on the enemy that might be helpful, she'll make sure it ends up in capable hands. Every senshi she awakens or upgrades is a boon to Order and a step towards protecting the world. Put simply, the war is serious business for Carmen, and she wants to do her damnedest to make sure her side comes out on top.
Virtues:Negotiator - Carmen is good at establishing contact with people; she is friendly most of the time, and almost always has gossip for the information exchange. She has something of a gift of gab or a silver tongue that enables her to get what she (or someone she's associated with) wants with ease. She has a good repertoire of tricks to smooth negotiation out and move it along, though she is more persuasive in her methods than intimidating (how intimidating can a fluffy cat be, claws or no?).
Informed and Informative - Carmen likes to stay abreast of all the latest information, be it simple gossip or valid details that could change the fate of a mission. She retains information well, and she'll be sure to give it out liberally. She isn't the type of cat to just awaken a senshi and leave; she will want to make sure that the senshi understands his or her duty and answer any questions that might have come up. She will likely seek out any senshi she awakens again to make sure that they've been kept updated on the world's affairs.
Responsible - As a Guardian Cat, Carmen knows there are things she must do. Watch this post for a possible senshi to awaken at this time, change posts at that time, meet with so-and-so at this other time. She never shirks her obligations without good reason, and she is quite punctual. Being a Guardian Cat is a full-time job, and lazing around pretending she was a normal cat would feel like lying to herself. She's in it to win it, and she will do her best.
Flaws:Reckless - What do you mean, the aura a cat exudes in human form is dangerous and draws unnecessary attention? Carmen doesn't care! She wants to do what she wants and she wants to do it right then and there, regardless of the risks. If that means changing into her cat-person form just to prove a point, or sitting out in the open and singing loudly even if that could result in her getting nabbed by someone, so be it. She'll take all kinds of risks for all kinds of reasons, and more often than not the consequences are not in her favor.
Demanding - Carmen tends to want what she wants when she wants, and only that. You will accomplish X Y and/or Z tasks for her, like it or not! It is important that you do X Y and/or Z, and don't ask why, just do it! She is not above browbeating someone into doing a favor for her, though even she knows that you catch more flies with honey than vinegar and her default tactics involve polite, sweet wheedling. In any case, regardless of the tactic she uses, she is determined to get her way.
Critical - If Carmen doesn't think you're doing your job properly, she will let you know. A lot. She sometimes doesn't let go of bygone incidents if she feels the incident was significant enough, and if the incident was bad, she'll nitpick every detail of it and you to determine what could have been changed to fix the situation. If you're a senshi that seems particularly disengaged from the war effort, she might slip a few subtle barbs in at you to whip you into shape. She really just wants to help people improve themselves through her critique, but sometimes she goes a little too deep and someone's feelings get legitimately hurt.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION : CAT FORM
Face/Ears: Her muzzle is slightly squared and about medium length. Her ears are erect, but not all the way so- they've got a bit of an angle to them.
Body: The fur just makes her look big, she swears! She's an adult cat, and while she's rather furry ("semi-long" hair, you might say), she's not particularly pudgy. So, for a cat of her breed, she's averagely built.
Fur: Her fur is a rich chocolatey brown color, with a contrasting neck ruff that's a bit lighter in color. Her forehead star is bright amber, like her eyes.
Eyes: Her eyes are oval in shape and a bright amber color.
Accessories: The same glasses and scarf that she has in human form.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION : HUMAN FORM
Eyes: Same bright amber as in cat form, somewhat wider than average.
Hair: Very long dark brown hair (butt length, similar color to her fur), tied near the bottom with a gold ribbon.
Face: She has a slightly squared face and high cheekbones. Her skin is pretty much generic white/peach, with a clear complexion.
