Large ships are moored at the piers. In the old days, the port used to be a hub of cargo transportation. The Move Deleter is in a house on the east side of town. The Canalave Library has many books on Sinnoh myths. The ferry in the canal will take people out to Iron Island.

Doexys ended up teleporting her, which was a lot less enjoyable, but it was certainly more efficient. She looked around, rolling her shoulders and heading for the pokemart so that she could get her team ready. Things were going to get more difficult as she went on, but honestly, given she knew she had a team that could do all of this if she needed, she wasn’t overly worried. At this point… she really wanted to just get through this region, and buckle down on the next one to get her final team ready….
For now, though, Sinnoh still needed to be finished, and, once she was ready, she headed for the gym.

Ajicka narrowed her eyes and swept her gaze off to the side, trying hard to avoid grimacing as she recalled her pokemon, and tried to ignore that he called her 'Little Miss'. "Uh... thanks," she muttered, looking at the ground, then looking up to sharply meet his gaze. Taking the badges, she gave a solid nod. "If not days," she promised confidently, before tucking away her spoils, and turning to head out. She definitely didn't plan on taking her time in getting through these badges, if she could help it. But, geeze...
Bayron, Metagross, Houndoom, and maybe Nidoking… Her old team was taking over as the gyms were getting stronger. She wasn’t even at Snowpoint, but with her recent battle in mind, her focus was already on churning out the next plan. Perhaps she was getting impatient, but… she just wanted to move on already. She wanted to get into the tunnel that led to her next challenge so she could hope to see the light at the end. Right now, she wasn’t even there yet….
But she was getting closer. Looking up, Deoxys appeared, and together, they quickly vanished to the next location.

Riley wished she could have come to visit Canalave for her gym battle when she had time to relax in the town. But she had visited before growing up, so it wan't a huge deal in her mind to fly down for a quick battle. All of her pokemon capturing had left her team a lot stronger than she expected, and it seemed like a good idea to try for her next gym badge. Riley quickly gave Vanyel a Focus Blast tm, which she knew would help a lot for this battle. Though Byron's pokemon had lots of weaknesses, Riley's own pokemon to use against him would almost always be weak too, like against ground and rock moves.

It had been a hard fought battle, more than worthy of the steelworker's badge. "Haha! Your pokemon may not be steel type, but they're tough as nails, I'll give you that kid." Byron barked another laugh and stuck his shovel down in the dirt in front of him, leaning on the handle with one arm as he dug into his pocket to pull out the Mine Badge and some training disks to hand over to Riley. "Here you are little miss, some mementos for our battle. You know, to look back on and remember when you take on the league." He was sure she'd be heading there soon at this rate. Her team was pretty solid after all. "Looks like I'm gonna have to go back and train more on Iron Island. See ya 'round kiddo." Somehow, she reminded him of Roark, so he couldn't help but ruffle Riley's hair, and with that he picked up his shovel and made his exit.

Riley grinned, remembering how it had felt when she was younger looking at Byron's gym from the outside. And even though Byron looked all tough, he was really like a nice dad. "Thanks, we've trained a lot. And I will!" Riley felt better about not having time to see the city, since she'd had a satisfying battle. Plus... when she turned around, instead of Hubble standing there it was... a bigger Hubble! "Hubble, you evolved!" Riley threw her arms around him, heedless of his rough skin. "Garchompahhh!"
When she was done, she hopped on Zeke's back headed back for Elchaine, elated.
