The Master List of everyone in Aqua and their Pokemon. It also keeps track of tier powers and class rank. To keep things simple, when you host an RP/TRP, compile a list of who caught what Pokemon in the RP and, if it applies, who got a rank-up. If you have the power, edit the caught Pokemon and rank changes into the correct post in this topic or send the list you compiled to a Tier 1 who can. Please make sure no one has caught any Pokemon not allowed by their rank, and take care not to miss anyone. If you feel the list has been neglected, post in the OOC chat thread or PM an admin. Sometimes we get lost in our own lives, and the reminder is appreciated! Member List This is in alphabetical order. Instead of scrolling down through everything, simply find your username in this list and click it to be brought to the post with your character listed in it. Clicking on your name within the rank will take you straight to your profile. Number of Pokemon Allowed: Check your class rank. Rank Powers: Can host 3 TRPs a week and can grade all solo missions. The Crew won't even bother reading over your grades anymore. You can rank people up to Tier 4, Level Two. Tier Expectations: Depending on the size of Team Aqua, you are now in a position to be worked into the Crew. Not everyone will make the cut and it takes a lot of work to get there. Voice your opinions whenever you want, as input is needed to keep the guild running smoothly. The wrenches you can throw into the Crew's plans are now bigger and heftier, but use your discretion. We don't want to make things too confusing!

For the most part, the Crew will trust your judgment on mission grades and will only step in to modify a grade you make if they feel it's unfair. You can lead 2 TRPs a week now and are now able to do your own little mini RP arcs with the Crew's approval. Just try not to clash with the main arc. You can rank people up to Tier 5, Level Three. Tier Expectations: All solo missions are fair game to you and now you're expected to be one of the cogs that helps keep the Team Aqua machine running smoothly! Taking initiative and throwing wrenches into the Crew's plans is a given, up to a certain degree.

You can now Mega Evolve! Number of Pokemon Allowed: Check your class rank. Rank Powers: Can host 1 TRP a week and can grade missions up to level 3. You can rank people up to Tier 5, Level One. Tier Expectations: Easy solo missions are a thing of the past for you! Use that Mega Evolution to your advantage. You're now able to grade most solo missions as well, so you can help take a load off the Crew's shoulders by grading a mission every once and a while. However, your grade can be overturned or supplemented by a Crew member if they see fit, so use your discretion. At this stage, we expect your character to be a more developed part of the Team, so don't be afraid to voice your opinions!
