He has an immutable sense of heroism, friendliness, and has a fiery personality. He has little concern for his own safety and is shown to be irresponsible at times, being extremely curious and hardly ever cautious, which could get him into trouble. Lanzecki gets into lots of mischief and is known to be cocky, a trait that can lead to his downfall. He has become much more arrogant after the events in Eowyn with a group of Kiandri attacks, and in more recent outings, has actually denied help to those who did not expressly indicate that they would award him. Despite this, he can be dramatic with all his expressions, especially around Uassae

Personality:
Erionda is still very much an innocent girl driven by her need to follow a personal path befitting what she believes the noblest of clans and best dragon hunters follow. Her magical affinity is heavily steeped in purity for she is a very pure individual, abstaining from almost everything negative (alcohol, over indulgence, and especially romantic relations. She has never been kissed in her life).
She is the optimistic sort that sees good in most everything and believes everything deserves a chance, but Erionda is willing to give people one and only one chance before she condemns them and will either ignore them as a hopeless cause or will try to attack them if she deems them a danger; whichever seems to be the morally correct and pure path depending on the current situation at the time. It is very hard and extremely rare that Erionda will give someone more than one chance. In typical Erionda style, this normally winds up being rants and minor punishments when it comes to her friends and an actual fight if it's not someone she actually knows. Following her innocent and pure nature, she refuses to cause anyone harm within her own faction and alignment if it can at all be helped. If lines are not overstepped often, Rio will try to change their behavior with letter's and other pleas. When someone does overstep the line and Rio knows that minor punishments wont cut it, or haven't proven successful, she becomes rather cut throat in her response and an attack may ensue.
Minor creatures are no different than Dovaa to her and she will go out of her way to humanely trap and remove insects, rodents and other pests rather than kill them. She takes after the opposite faction with a vengeance, feeling unforgiving towards them.
Erionda is an excitable girl prone to over thinking, which often leads to her missing some of the more obvious solutions to problems and over complicating most situations and discussions. It is a bad habit of hers to try and read or assess people based upon what she sees in the way they handle themselves; while this is not bad in itself, she is often incorrect which leads to more miscalculations and misunderstandings.
As an orphan, she has no idea who her ancestors or family are and only her imagination to give her any clues as she struggles to build a history for herself and her unknown family. Her wild imagination has led her to believe she has come from a noble house of strong Dragon hunters. While this makes no difference in the current society of Magesc, it has led her to try and be more polite and proper, what she deems to be fitting qualities for her imagined bloodline. But what has most influenced her isf her caretaker who adopted her when she had none of her own. That woman, whom Rio came to know as Ytauya, had influence in her life that was very strong, and the idea of her having an 'uncommon' heritage, to say the least, was exceedingly romantic to her. It makes no difference in how she interacts with people, she certainly isn't going around calling herself "Lady Rio" or anything silly like that but she feels she has an image to uphold all the same.
She takes her studies very seriously but still relies on the words of authority figures. Rio is a little confused with where she wants to be in life currently; she enjoys having a free schedule and not needing to adhere to the God's rulings at all hours of the day but feels most comfortable being dependent on someone. Though they may be dangerous, battles would be the time where she feels most at home and safe in her own skin. Though she won't admit it, total independence scares her as she feels it is equated with "being alone" rather than self-reliant and this leads her to cling on to those closest to her.
While Rio can take care of herself in terms of cooking, cleaning and prioritizing there are some things she has not grown out of or will still request other people to do for her. Most are often meaningless, such as running to town or writing a letter, but she treats them as important none the less.
Biography/Background:
Rio was born on when the full moon was highest in the sky and snow covered the ground in thick layers. She was born as a second generation hybrid. Her father was a pure Dovaa, while her mother was part Dovaa and part Orderite. Her first year's though she doesn't remember them were filled with unprecedented amounts of joy, she was surrounded by a loving mother and father. Nobility in the sense of royalty didn't exist in Rio's family let alone within the Dovaa race, they were renowned dragon hunters and top of their game leading them to believe themselves part of the noblest clan. Despite the fact her mother was an outcast, she had tried to carve her way into the Dovaa world. After her second birthday Rio's mother turned ill for the worst after a long battle. A battle that left her sick with fever. Calling Erionda to her side the night before she passed on, she gave Rio a precious heirloom. The small heirloom had been perfectly carved from stone to resemble a dragon soul. On the back a single word was written in scrawling letters, read as Askala. It represented a long line of ancestors who all chose the bright clan.
A week later she passed on quickly, leaving Rio and her father to grieve alone. After her death Rio kept the dragon soul shaped heirloom on her person at all times. Attaching it into a small buckle. Worry had crossed her father's mind about how Rio would learn her heritage. It was only a few months after her mother's death that her father passed on from wounds he had sustained in a careless battle leaving the small three year old Rio on her own.
Fearing how the other Dovaa would react to her, as Rio only possessed small reflections of her mother. (her hair and a strange birthmark on her shoulders). Both parent's had sheltered Erionda as best they could, hoping she would never have to fight. Ytauya, a maid who cared for Rio while her father was hunting, found it odd he hadn't returned home on time. Erionda's father, was known for making sure he was never late upon returning to his daughter. Hoping he had only been waylaid, or caught in a different struggle. It had taken Ytauya another two day's before she called upon Rio's cousin's. They at first had only been mildly concerned. After a few more days without hearing from Ytauya, they began their search for Rio's father.
Rio had spent that week playing around the house with her closest friend, and her little sister. She had only recently made friends with them the week before. Returning home on time as required, Erionda found a couple distant cousins had only just arrived. They had spent the previous week in search of Rio's father. Finding him laying against a tree, they found he had expired from severe battle injuries. Thanking Ytauya for her work so far and the support she had given Rio. They asked she shelter the small child for a while longer, at least until they could find room for her. Time passed and no answer seemed to come. No family seemed to be willing to step forward to shelter the second generation hybrid, Rio.
Pity for Rio was at first what kept Ytauya from quitting her job, or sending her to a new home with her distant cousins. But did not stop the old woman from searching for other relatives of the small child. She had no success, Rio's parents had few siblings and what grandparents she might have had were killed long before Erionda was born. Anyone else in the family who would have been able to support Rio, found excuses and other ways to avoid taking her in. It wasn't long before Rio had wormed her way into the lonely recesses of Ytauya's heart where she spent her time doing chores and involved in magical trainings.
Ytauya raised Rio as she were her own daughter, despite the fact she had never married. As a mother would, she took pride in Rio's accomplishments, and tended to her when she was ill. Rio spent most of her time practicing and doing everything she could to get stronger. She took every hard task placed upon her with a surprising mount of energy. The smaller more meaningless tasks, were the ones she would often find asking for help or companionship during.
Rio always seemed to carry a special energy around her that led Ytauya to believe Erionda could do anything. Upon reaching her eighth year, Erionda became curious with the other races, the Oblivinates and the Orderites. Her mind and heart raced upon learning more about the Orderites, she had discovered a small portion of herself carried Orderite blood. Her closest friend had been raised and encouraged to steer away from Hybrids. When they had found out she had made friends with the hybrid Rio, she was promptly refused contact with her friend.
Several weeks later, Rio had received a letter from Ponya explaining her to circumstances. How she didn't believe everything her parents told her about Rio's family. Explaining how the letter's would not be so easy to hide, along with how she didn't want to loose their friendship over something so trivial. It had later gone on to explain that her sister had died from an unknown bite. While Rio grieved heavily the loss of yet another person close to her, she did not change her stance or mind. She had to choose for herself what she deemed was the right path to travel.
Thoughts on the Great Engagement: War is stupid but it's what her leaders have told her to do, she will follow the authority figures in her life to the bitter end. I would just be easier if everyone worked together to kill the dragons. None of this needless squabbling.
Thoughts on the Dragons: Ruthless bloodthirsty creatures, if it hadn't been for them she would have her parents. Maybe the war would never have started. Suffering wouldn't exist! For that alone the dragons will end.

Race: Drakein
Gender: Male
Clan: Aedaun
Appearance: Light cream colored scales along his back, neck, legs, and tail. with his wing membrane's. paws and muzzle are a seal brown in color. As well as a few line edits. He has a neck charm on, matching Erionda's heirloom.
Personality: Uassae finds it rather dull to see things according to general assumptions, and thinks it's best to experience something before making any deliberate comment or voicing a concern. In regards to Rio, he's amicable on her perception of the world, though Uassae finds her ethics undertone weary and sometimes fun-depriving. There's no excitement if calculation is a standard because it eliminates the aspect of the "daring". Erionda generally doesn't participate in any intentionally amusing activity which is a primary cause of his occasional boredom. Because of his reticent environment, Uassae attempts to be the incarnate of laughter when others are nearby. He enjoys prodding people and poking at where he shouldn't because of his profession as a "collector." He collects reactions, and he intends on collecting all of yours. Magescian's are role models for Uassae, and if he finds things to his liking, he will repeat them or adopt them. This causes Rio to be wary around those Uassae is exposed to, but likewise reassures her that he's branching out away from her own self and creating his own person.
Despite his impish nature, Uassae has a softer, more considerate side that needs to be coaxed to surface. Uassae's measure of value is similar to his companion Hybrid, but in the opposite manner. He will never offer his sagacious advice or deep sentiment until the person asking for it has achieved his respect and admiration. He doesn't see a point in wasting words on those who cannot understand them, out of his own pity. While many of the things that come out of his mouth are "cruel" in many people's book, Uassae claims he only states the obvious because it was necessary to. He doesn't function on his ethics alignment, and has his own situation-dependent method of how things should be resolved in times of conflict. Uassae is an adaptive Drakein who can easily compromise, in his attempts to avoid conflict as much as possible. He doesn't like to see people fighting among themselves. As the tension causes far to much anxiety and depression. Both emotions he would clearly love to avoid. Emotions override intentions in Uassae's domain, and he acts impulsively through his intuition instead of measured analysis. It's additionally useless to educate Uassae in ethics, or impress beliefs upon him that don't instinctively generate from Rio. He learns from who he chooses, very much like Rio, and may not necessarily patiently sit through the lesson. Like Rio, he isn't easily intimidated, but he will continue to ask "why's" until they've been explained to him very well.
Relationships are interesting to Uassae, but not prioritized. He's kind and sunny around those he first meets, but he won't initiate friendships unless others suggest them to him first. When it comes to romance, Uassae, (to Rio's surprise) is aloof and uninterested in committing to a single person (aside from Rio) because he upholds the belief that he initially loves everyone equally. He finds more pleasure in watching others fall in love than falling in love himself. He'd much prefer a boring related conversation with someone than one about his feelings (at all). Uassae doesn't like to reveal to much of himself because he doesn't think he's required to. He's not obligated in any way to express himself to the fullest to anyone and he knows this basic principle. Conversations are fun for Uassae, but he dislikes the competition in them. Because he knows he can be outspoken, he's more likely to repeat such behavior in a vivid discussion just to draw more attention to himself. Ironically, his greatest fear is to become invisible, especially to Rio. Uassae isn't quite sure of what his purpose is yet, but so far, he figures he's doing well in giving his bonded advice and feedback on the main source of fun he provides her: sparing. He's confident in his role as a Guardian, but thinks his Companion could be more responsible in her own life and rely a little less on him for support. Rio rarely asks Uassae to use his magic for her own purposes, so he mainly uses it for mischief when they aren't fighting. Ultimately, he's afraid that if he doesn't apply himself to a useful purpose, he'll fade into a margin and tarnish his responsibility as a Guardian to Rio.
Biography/Background: Not much is known about Uassae's egg before it was stolen from an Orderite raid by the Dovaa. The egg had once been given the intention of being returned to it's nest though the parents had been found dead and as such the egg had been passed to Rio as a gift. By Ytauya.
