You may try one time for each tier per day/ reset at 11:59 PM PST as long as you have the payments required, with the exception of master class tarts (see below)

gaia_crown [ Payment: ] Each tart has a payment requirement. The tart master is getting a little eccentric in his old age: he is less interested about those newfangled silver pumpkin seeds and Fright Night tokens and all those useless things. No, instead, he wants your booth swag.
- Many booths (NPC, election booths, club booths, AND regular booths), offer what they call bogus items, that is, items that are neither minipet or site items, but simply a consolation prize.
- The tart master wants these items and more. He wants a very certain amount of these items as payment for each tart.
- This means you have to go out to booths and attempt to collect various consolation prizes. Check the list below to see what each tart requires in terms of consolation items. For example, making a Sweet Tart may require you to collect 2x Happy Balloons, which are only dropped at the Happy Balloon Club booth.
- Once you have collected 2x Happy Balloons, by ICly going into that thread and rolling/ winning/ obtaining that prize you may now use the form below. Of course you will need PROOF of your win/ obtaining that prize, so make sure you link it!
- Normally for bogus/consolation prizes, you don't need the booth's confirmation, but make sure you read each individual booth rules just to make sure. Some confirm it, some you just obtain when you roll!
- You can only use these items once. That means if you want to make another Sweet Treat you will need to collect another 2x Happy Balloons from the same booth and link them again (ie: you won them on other days/ times)
- DO NOT DELETE YOUR POSTS WE WILL DISQUALIFY YOU FROM THIS ENTIRE META. SERIOUSLY. Simply cross out your post if you forget to roll and try again!

gaia_crown [ Claiming a prize: ]
- Simply use the forms below to claim your respective prize. Make sure you link to where you won these items (EACH ONE REQUIRED). Please rp out your result ie (Steve brought the items back... he hoped this was enough..). The GM (Zoobey, Lilwolfpard or WE ARE HALLOWEEN) will confirm your win with a small rp/ and then you will icly/ oocly obtain the prize/ minipet/ whatever it is. Please be patient with prize rolls, we will try our best to do it at least once per day @ prizes.
- CHANCE! The old tart master is getting just a little old. Sometimes he can't hear you so well.... Even if you offer him the payment there is a chance that you get something entirely different. What? He's old, HE CAN'T HEAR YOU! This means whenever you are posting to redeem a prize, you must roll the DICE.
- Tier 1 pies: require you to roll a 1d100 along with your form claim. If you roll 25 or lower, you end up with one Fright Night Token instead. Your items have still been taken from you : ( (ie: you will need to farm for those items again)
- Tier 2 pies: require you to roll a 1d100 along with your form claim. If you roll 50 or lower, you end up with TWO Fright Night Tokens instead. Your items have still been taken from you. : ( (ie: you will need to farm for those items again)
- Tier 3/Master Class pies: require you to roll a 1d100 along with your form claim. If you roll 90 or lower, you end up with THREE Fright Night Tokens instead. Your items have still been taken from you : ( (ie: you will need to farm for those items again). You can only try for a T3/ Master Class pie once every 2 days, the days reset at 11:59 PM PST)

There were so many adorable little minipets sitting on their tarts in a row. Freya stood at the booth for a good minute, starry eyed and giggling with happiness as they all wiggled and stared up, waiting to be taken home. She'd already won one from a booth earlier, and she just knew she needed to collect more. She wasn't particularly fond of pink, but strawberry was one of her favorite flavors, and the strawberry tart treat was practically begging to be taken home..

Besides, that was the only one she could pay for, for now!

Sneak. Sneak sneak sneak. The tart booth seemed suspiciously quiet. Had nobody else noticed it yet? Or perhaps nobody else had been LOSING GAMES AS HARD AS FREYA HAD BEEN. Yes. Yes, that was definitely it. Freya was clearly winning at losing.

..She didn't know how to feel about that.

But, since all this losing was getting her minipets, she decided to consider it a blessing, and returned for yet another lovely fluffy mini to take home. This time, the blueberry tart eon was up for grabs. She quickly snatched it up and snuggled it until it expressed unhappiness about it.

Then she snuggled it some more.

((And I forgot to roll. Both times. Derpderpderp. NOW YOU SEE WHY I WIN SO MUCH AT LOSING.))

There is a shout and a delighted cheer,
As a voice remarks "Why visitors are here!"
Now watch as before your very eyes,
I perform a special surprise!

The tart master raises his guns high in the air,
They shoot lights, noises, all sorts of fanfare,
Unfortunately he gets so carried away,
Several tart prizes escape in the fray!

Sadly he doesn't notice at all,
As he gives the two students a portion of their haul,
"Better luck next time," he finally remarks,
"You never know what will happen with those pesky tarts!"
