It seemed that the witch had just missed the hostess of this fine establishment, but there were at least cute minis manning it! Belladonna cooed over them, but they were all kind of glaring at her so she didn't really reached out to pet any of them. Though she wanted to. Badly.
In any event she did take a pamphlet from them, scanning it to see which game she would like to play today. The coffee from earlier was so delicious that Belladonna was sure she could tempt fate with the roulette! That wasn't dangerous at all!
And in true fashion, every cup was absolutely awful. One even burned the witch's tongue to the point that she teared up a little. With a forlorn look, the witch held onto the last coffee cup she'd tasted, though empty, it'd most likely be useful later.
Belladonna has taken an Empty Coffee Cup! Thank you!

Oooh, the coffee shop! Eeh, the coffee booth. For a moment Eisheth felt like she was back at home in good old times: coffee was one of the few rituals that she would recognized immediately, and she would appreciate at any time of the day.
So far, the alchemist was happy to try the Halloween coffee, - if only she had a couple of beans from home, she would gladly show the ghoul owner what real coffee should taste like! But alas, she had none... no wait, she has an example in Lair laboratory! So if she succeeds with raising it, she might make a good profit selling out "authentic Famine coffee".
Fortunately, the coffee in the cup was fine, nothing special or amazing, but it was a fine solid flavour, a bit nutty, but with a good aftertaste. The alchemist decided to rest a bit, and try more later.

Making his way toward the coffee booth, Aedan noticed that the hostess wasn't present. However, when one of the minipets standing about on the counter saw his interest, it shoved a pamphlet into his hands. Looking at the list of available blends, he ended up deciding to try The Ghost. Raising the cup to his lips, Aedan couldn't help but hope that the minipets hadn't left any nasty surprises in the coffee cups. Anything was possible, he supposed.
The coffee was...very good. He might have to see if the hostess would sell him a bag of this stuff, even! However, that would have to be a return visit, he thought as he threw away the now-empty cup.

Freya was running on empty. This time, she was determined to drink the entire cup of whatever she chose. She'd been running around far too long to worry about calories right now. She was desperate.
She went straight for the Amity's Trauma, because that name suited her just fine right about now. But just like usual, the coffee tasted bitter, even with honey in it. She assumed there wasn't that much honey to begin with, and with that in mind, she sat there until she drank every. Last. Drop.
She shuddered when the caffeine started to course through her body. That was exactly what she needed.
"Thanks yeh!" She called out to the hostess, once she gave her cup back.

Well, she couldn't help it. She'd already felt the rush of the cup she'd finished.. she might as well try the other game the booth had in store for her. Roulette? That sounded dangerous. That made it GOOD. She picked out a cup, and hoped for the best. But got the worst. She spat out the horrid flavored coffee after one gulp. This was definitely NOT the right coffee. In fact, her tongue was burning.. her entire mouth was burning.. EVERYTHING WAS BURNING OH GODS HELP HER- She ran off with the cup, straight to the scarecone booth. Oh. Here was a booth Draven had not been to yet. Coffee? That sounded quite nice, actually. Stepping up to the booth, Draven didn't see anyone, but then a minipet appeared, holding a pamphlet out to him. "Oh. Why, thank you." Draven wasn't really surprised to minis who knew what they were doing, so he just dove in and read the pamphlet.
After several minutes of deliberation, he decided to try The Demon blend. "Mmm...that is really quite good!" Draven decided rather quickly that he liked that particular blend. It seemed it could use a little something, but he wasn't quite sure what.
After he tried a bit of the coffee cake, though, he knew. That blend and this coffee cake...very tasty.

As he finished his bit of coffee cake, Draven gave the pamphlet another glance. Oh, what was this? A bit of roulette? Played with coffee? "I think I'll give that a try, too." It wasn't any kind of bravery, or a need to prove something. Curiosity drove Draven to such games of chance.
Draven chose a cup, and took a drink.
It didn't take very long for Draven to figure out he had indeed picked one of the not so nice cups of coffee. Oh, that was quite...burning. That was the word for it. Yes.
"Thanks," Draven said quickly to the minipet that had handed him the pamphlet. He then got up, and left the booth. He needed to find something to take this burning out of his mouth.
It was later he realized he'd taken his empty coffee cup with him. Which was maybe a good thing, since it would remind him to stop back in and pick up a bag of the tasty coffee.

"I was not allowed to have caffiene in this form as a youth." He answered honestly, tail flashing softly behind him as he turned to her fully, firey eyes peering down at her. It seemed amusing, the little - what were they, horseman? - seemed so open and talkative. Not to mention her legs were pretty much see throug. He found it rather interesting, but not enough to randomly ask him.
Raising eyebrows, he looked down at the cup of coffee she had in her hand, shrugging lightly. "I found it pretty cool to be honest, but that's the effects of being made of lava. Not much else is hotter than me." He answered before looking around. "Did you want to maybe walk around with me, I could explain things further." He offered as he lifted an arm for her to hook.

The next cup of coffee Eisheth ordered was even better. To be honest, it was really delicious: soft and creamy with a bit spicy aftertaste it was incredibly relaxing. Just what she needed! Eisheth thanked the Ghost ghoul, but decided to drink her coffee ignoring the cakes and other snacks offered.

She looked at the cups of coffee and read the bags behind them to see their names and flavors. She thought she would choose Holiday havoc since she liked mint,

Maybe if he just tried it in small sips it would not affect him too much? Yin stopped by to get just a tiny bit of one in the bottom of his cup. It really did not taste bad, just the sudden caffeine spike made him yawn. And want a piece of cake.
...
He did not even eat cake, what was this coffee doing to him?! He stared at it suspiciously.

Kemnebi was beginning to drag a bit, but the smell of coffee brightened her up quickly. Reaching for a cup, the owner of the booth stopped her. Looking at the coffee that she was actually allowed, Kemnebi picked the Demon one. Normally she wasn't fond of demons, but cinnamon and chocolate were her favorite coffee condiments.
Mmm, it was absolutely delicious. It would be better with a biscotti, though. Nebi ordered one and leaned up against a tree to enjoy her snack.

While leaning up against the tree, Kemnebi noticed the coffeehouse roulette game. Interested, the cat-ghoul headed back to the booth. "I'd love to try." she said. Reaching out, Kemnebi snagged a cup, hoping she didn't get one with the hot sauce in it.
Yow! She'd definitely grabbed the wrong cup. She ran out of the area like a scalded cat, looking for a glass of milk.

Eisheth's attention was caught by a small sign: "Danger". What can be dangerous about coffee?... The hostess, Gene, explained her the rules. Well... sounds cheesy, but why not trying?.. The worst that could happen, concluded the alchemist, was a cup of Hellbenero Hot Sauce, but anyway, she always liked the spicy things. ..and of course she lost! The taste in her mouth was fiery, as if her tongue was stuffed with hundreds of little chili peppers; it overwhelmed her, and even after the alchemist managed to swallow the substance (she couln't call it "coffee"), it didn't let her go. Perhaps, that would be a good idea to visit the Scarecone booth now! Eisheth also accidentally grabbed the empty coffee cup before leaving.
