Natural Ability: Dev is able to control the volume of her voice and the sounds that she makes. She can tread silently or shout out a message that can easily be heard within campus grounds.
Personality: She loves to socialize. While Dev may not always appear to be easily approachable, once she strikes up a conversation it is clear to see that she is always willing to talk with others. She does not mind being by herself, but prefers to be with company. It doesn’t matter who, and she is willing to meet new students for the sake of expanding her circle of acquaintances as well as to have more people to talk with. She is also not afraid to embarrass herself to cheer others up or to garner a few smiles. Nor does she mind helping out others, even if she does not know them very well.
She is laidback and open minded. Whatever idea her friends suggest to her, Dev is often willing to put up or follow along with. It is rare for the ghoul to be panicked or rushed, and at times it can even seem that she goes at her own pace; however, Dev does know when it is necessary for her to speed up her actions and decisions. She does not usually become angry, which makes her ideal for waiting on or teaching others. Dev does not mind repeating things nor does she mind waiting for someone else to finish or catch up. Rather, she is more likely to offer assistance.
Dev takes authority seriously. In general, she respects all forms of authority, but it is not uncommon for her to change her opinion of someone in particular, such as if she finds a leader mistreating his subordinates she will no longer respect him. However, it takes such repeated acts for Dev to be convinced to change her view on him. She does not approve of others disobeying orders/disrespecting authority, and will often be miffed and even furious if done enough times. Dev herself is rather adamant about following commands given by those in higher position and will only break them in order to help her friends or strongly disagrees with it.
It may be surprising to realize Dev loves to read books. Unlike the rest of her clan, she had an interest in reading and learning more about outside of her home. Rather than join the rest of her clan on hunts, Dev preferred to stay home or explore the land. Over the years, she has gained quick reading skills and also a penchant for riddles or puzzles.
Why are they enrolled in Amityville Academy? For a while, Dev has always wanted to leave her home to explore the other parts of Halloween. She figured that attending school would allow her to not only leave, but also offer her a place to learn more than what she could from books.

Eye Colour: Green glowing eyes, black scelra
Hair Colour/Style: Dark green and messy, but mostly pulled back into a long braid; however, some strands of hair still stick out.
Skin Colour: Not sure orz Tannish?
Clothing Style/Colours: Lots of black with some green. Scottish-inspired clothes. Boots similar to these
Extra: Her tail should be braided or curled, dog ears
She has a flower on her right wrist from the Famine Room in Horsemen Meta! (Way to go, getting IC changes despite being a quest student)
