After your form is posted a staff member will double check that your requirements are done. We will let you know if your appeal has been accepted or if something is still missing. Here is an explanation of what each section should cover:

Specific notes or requests for the next form:This is where you need to remind us of what kind of visual theme your magical form has. Vague is preferred but if there is a specific detail that just has to be there then list it here. Please note that we reserve the right to tweak your idea or tone down extreme styles. Also we request you post no images here.

They may or may not be drawn included on the art but be sure to include what kind of weapon they use if they use a sword or whip or something.

Appearance: When Nico transforms into Seraphim, physically, he does not change. The only major difference, is that in his form as Seraphim, Nicholas is capable of walking.

Nicohlas' Mahou-ko uniform resembles a traditional Miko's outfit in the colors of silver and blue. Feathers dangle on ribbon strings attached to his outfit.

His locket transforms into a locking collar around his neck.

A pair of feathered wings. Primarily white.

Silver chains wrap around Seraphim's body. They attach to his wings and attach to the collar around his neck. (Think Earthbound Angel kinda- Due to his ties to the River Anigrides). Seraphim can only fly short distances because of these chains.

A feathered hair ornament is clasped around one of his ears. The ornament is made of silver and has a light purple gem center. Five white feathers fan over the top of the hair ornament.

Seraphim's weapon is staff with small silver blades on either end that resemble feathers. The feathers are single ones and curved.

:Clothing:
Head: A long dangling crescent moon earring in one ear, studs and hoops in the other. A 'tiara' with a blue cat-like eye in place of the gem. And jagged looking tattoos dripping from his eyes like tears.
Body: Male corset, black in color with crimson netting and faint rose pattern.
Waist: dark blue sash with the knot on the left side, the ends end near his knees with a pattern.
Arms: Fingerless fishnet gloves that reach his elbows
Legs: Leather pants
Extras: His lips and nails are painted blue, his feet clad in ankle boots with small heels. And a red studded choker with a small black roman cross adorns his neck.
Power: A rather wicked looking longsword that is actually two blades combined. It has the ability to channel his abilities through the blade, reinforcing his melee attacks.
