Hair: Mid-back length, straight, black with a purple/blue shine. His bangs frame his face and fall into his eyes.
Eyes: Narrow shaped, Heterochromic Gold-Silver
Skin color: Lightly tanned
Other distinguishing features: A scar across the bridge of his nose, over one cheek, that curves just under his jawline before ending. Another scar across his neck, partially hidden by his choker. Various scars across his body, most notably on his arms around his wrists. Various faded burn scars across the torso, pelvis and arms. On his back there is a tattoo of small raven wings over his shoulder blades.
:Mental Traits:
Personality Markers: Abused, anti-social, apathetic, photographic memory, Stubborn, thick skin.
Family History: Tobias lost his parents at the age of 11 in a 3-way car accident. Four fatalities, two DoA, and two in critical condition. The lone driver would never be able to walk again, but was glad to have still had his life. He 'adopted' Tobias once he was released from the hospital, feeling responsible for the boy since it was partially his fault that he was now an orphan. Thomas didn't care that Tobias was scarred from the twisted metal, broken glass, and fire. He saw only the shy little boy whose grief called out to him. Thomas passed away two months after he brought Tobias home from an untreated infection.
After that Tobias was registered into the government system and sent out to various foster homes. There his fragile state was made worse by the uncaring and the overbearing. His scars increased by his own hand until he finally gave up caring at all. Why care what others thought, said, did, when none of it really mattered? His latest family couldn't handle him just days after he arrived on their doorstep, and so the government decided that it was best to place him in an environment that would hopefully help him (and ease the strain on their wallet a little). Now he goes to Appleranch, a school for troubled kids, where he dorms with two other boys.
Medical History: A car accident which gave him the scars on his face, thighs, and arms, as well as the burn marks on his torso. Smaller thinner scars on his lower arms and inside of his thighs were put there by himself until he stopped two years later. The self inflicted marks have no rhyme or pattern to them.

Head: A long dangling crescent moon earring in one ear, studs and hoops in the other. A 'tiara' with a blue cat-like eye in place of the gem. And jagged looking tattoos dripping from his eyes like tears.
Body: Male corset, black in color with crimson netting and faint rose pattern.
Waist: dark blue sash with the knot on the left side, the ends end near his knees with an unknown pattern.
Arms: Fingerless fishnet gloves that reach his elbows
Legs: Leather pants
Extras: His lips and nails are painted blue, his feet clad in ankle boots with small heels. And a red studded choker with a small black roman cross adorns his neck.
Power: A rather wicked looking longsword that is actually two blades combined. It has the ability to channel his abilities through the blade, reinforcing his melee attacks.
