I basically want to get some character development on my pretties so if you need some breeding rps or just a little bit of fun, post away!
STATUS: CLOSED FOR ALL - while I prep something up for Fenja and take care of the current rps.
I like:
- Guild Rp (but do AIM as well) I LOVE AIM and the fact that it usually gets things done much quicker. Guild works too though. xD
- Plots. Casual meetings are fine if we create an interesting setting (someone is stuck on tree, anything really. Just to make sure we don’t end up talking about the weather)
- Relatively quick paced rps. But slow rps (one post a day/every other day) are fine too if we settle on that right from the start

Fenja
Location/History: Rogue; when she was a little cub, Fenja accidently led a band of poachers to her peaceful pride and caused a massacre. She believes she’s the only survivor (though Fjolnir, her childhood friend is also out there) and she is dead scared of humans. She was raised by many individuals in the Rogue lands but always ran off on them when she felt a bond forming. She simply refuses to love anyone again.
Age: Young Adult
Personality blurb: Cautious at first, she can be pretty friendly once she lets her guard down. She values her freedom above everything else and hates to be restrained in any way. She likes to learn and to meet new people but few leave an everlasting print on her. If you don’t have anything to teach her, she will begin to forget you as soon as you bid farewell. Sometimes she has strange fits of childish behavior.

Want:
- To meet lions/non-lions who will NOT help her if she’s in trouble. She’s not used to that. (Baride, Don'Zaraasir)
- To meet lions/non-lions willing to teach her something new.
- To meet someone who leaves a mark – someone she truly considers a friend, male or female. But something BIG has to happen
- To meet a dodgy character that leaves her stranded up a tree for a few days. Day 1: "I'm not coming down.", Day 2: "I'm perfectly fine up here.", Day 3: *panic* (...)

- *NEW!* A lost cub (any species) to adopt. Fenja has some serious commitment issues so she'd be pretty annoyed to have to be a mother. As soon as the cub can fend for itself, she'd dump him/her at the nearest pride/family...

Name: Kubwa'Jazi (Great gift). Nickname: Jazi or Jaz
Parents: Nulis x Tifu
Personality: A regular cub albeit a little clingy and insecure due to the absence of a father figure. He'll become more confident as he grows (as mom joins a pride and finds a mate) but he'll still be a little on the quiet side. As an adult, he'll often over-think things before acting and that might be mistaken as a sign of shyness. He'll be very perceptive and intuitive, a very empathic male who tends to feel what others are feeling and that strongly influences the way he acts around them.

Name: Twigg (this lovely girl was won from a re-homing event)
Meaning: Stick…? I kept the original name, it's cute. She’s a maned wolf so her legs are tall and thin like twigs! xD
Personality: She’s not much of a traveler and likes to stick to an area for longs periods of time. Though not quite that young anymore, she still has a playful streak to her and she enjoys the company of youngsters and their games. She's kind but not necessarily gentle or mellow as she’s more of no-nonsense type of girl who has a good head over her shoulders.
Any plans to make him someone's familiar: No plans yet, but I’d like to hang around the En Gedi and maybe become someone’s totem. If not, I’d like her to be rogue because out of my SoA, it is unlikely that any of them would keep a familiar – except for the only one that must have a wild dog.

Meaning: "worth giving one's life for"
Pride: Ashnai'le
Location/History: Ashnai’le Pride! Kafele is the baby of a litter of four.
Age: Adolescent ( being rp-ed as a juve for metaplot purposes)
Personality blurb: Kafele is a lot more subdued than his younger self was. He's still a little rough around the edges but the close proximity with the pride’s evil ruler and the teachings of the adults around him have given him a little more perspective on how he should behave. He’s very protective of females and young cubs. He might not show it but he’s very kind and he feels responsible for the fate of every oppressed pride member having been trained to help overthrow the ruler ever since he was a cub.
He’s destined to end up with either a damsel-in-distress type or the complete opposite (a girl who can not only take care of herself but also make him absolutely crazy as well)

Name: Astar aka Afstar (“Half a star”, due to the marking on her forehead that looks like half a star xD)
Pride: En Gedi
Status in Pride: Youth
Name of Parents: Yehudah x Chana
Name of Siblings: A sister (Talia) and a brother (Zakai, adopted)
Personality: Astar is the more quiet of the two female cubs but she is by no means shy! She just simply prefers to think things through before acting and she carries herself with a dignity that doesn’t really fit such a young cub. Towards her family members, she is very physical in her affections. Resilient and adaptable, she quickly adjusts her attitude to each unique situation and it is particularly difficult to surprise this cub.
History: She took the hard times with a stoic silence, never complaining. They made her stronger albeit a little clingy.
Aftar shows the utmost respect towards her parents, mostly because they are not only loving but because she knows how hard they’ve worked to support the family. When times were hard, the two cubs came in a somewhat unexpected way and Astar often felt as a bit of a burden to the adults. She can’t help feeling a bit guilty for the strain she thinks she caused on the family just by being born (after all, if her parents had only produced one cub, things could’ve been a little easier) and she always felt a little powerless, wishing she could help more and vowing to become self sufficient as soon as possible. Pride life and the support that it provides has certainly softened that side of her though.
Her big brother is just that, her big brother. He’s been with her ever since she can remember and she doesn’t see him as any different from the other members of the family even if they are not blood-related. Because of all the time they spent together while their parents were hunting, Astar feels her brother practically raised her and she considers him a guardian, almost like a second father who she loves deeply.
Her sister Talia is like part of her. They’ve always been together and Astar is frequently in awe of her bright nature, wishing to stay by her side forever.

Astar's Totem: Kuma
Astar will often claim he chose her and not the other way around.
Personality: Kuma tries to break Astar's shell and make her express her feelings more - even if he has to be a pain in order to accomplish that. He's very devoted to the young lioness and always has her best interests at heart. Though friendly, Kuma has a tendency for irony and sarcasm.
How they met: Right after hitting adolescence, Astar caught a gazelle that ran into her. She considers it her first real kill and is immensely proud of it. However she wouldn’t have done if the gazelle hadn’t been running away from a young and thin wild dog. She won’t admit it, but Astar felt an immediate connection towards the smaller predator.
She offered to share the kill (well, it was only fair!) and while the initial reaction from both parts were awkward and cautious at first, trust was quick to grow between them. They played for a whole afternoon, explored, ran together, laughed together, got into trouble, got out of trouble and finally, at the end of it all when it was time to part… they couldn’t. Kuma kept following her and Astar wasn’t too keen on leaving him on his own either so she gave in and took the wild dog as her totem.

Name of SoA: Mozhgan (Anwar x Rhaen)
Personality: Her personality will depend mostly of the kind of relationship Anwar has with his banu and children I think. She will be a bright girl to begin with but she will idolize her father and accept anything that might help Anwar’s ambitions. She will always try her best to increase her own value (whether by being very polite, taking exceptionally good care of her coat or learning skills) in order to make her family proud. As an adult she’ll aspire to become a beybanu but Mozi will gladly accept entering a pre-established harem if it suits her father’s aspirations.
She will stay in the U'W and follow all its rules to be a good banu and make daddy proud. At first she will will take the banu role with hopeful caution considering it not too different from her previous slave status at the demon pride. Mozi will quickly change her mind about it though and will enjoy the security and respect that come with being a polite little banu at the U'W. She is very close to her light colored brother, Zadok.
Mozi is a Seer!!! At the demon pride she will often have pleasant dreams of a beautiful far away land where she's surrounded by kind lions who love and respect her but she won't understand what is happening until her father comes for her. Mozi will however avoid places where she sees something bad happening to her even if she doesn't believe she has special powers... just in case.

Meaning: Her mother's name ("honey") in another language + "Sweet"; She goes by Mel.
Gender: Female
Personality: I'm not sure exactly because I'd like to know how Asali will react to the whole thing. But being the daughter of a god, she'll be a proud little thing who will need her big siblings to tell her she's not all that (not being the daugher of the beybanu will help too). She will be very very sweet and happy so she'll expect a Pad who wants to raise a family just as happy.
As a seer, her gift will not be particularly strong and most of the times her Sight will only show her events where strong emotions are being displayed. This means that her visions will rarely show her something trivial and in a pride like the U'W, she will see mostly births. Even though most of these visions will be pleasant at first, later on she will begin to See more disturbing things like arguments between Pads and their banus, lions dealing with death or loss, kajira subjugation, you name it. This is when she'll start to mature. Her visions will not be very frequent and will rarely show her things from outside the pride.
As she grows she will be able to See important emotional events of a more distant future and will try to use it to See if a female is going to be happy with a certain pad. And fail miserably a good number of times... x]

Specific plot ideas:
- I want her at some point when she's very young to try and fly like daddy and have a little Peter Pan moment as she jumps off a tree. Obviously I don't want her to get hurt but it would be fun if she could scare someone to death. =D

SoA Name: Cyprian
Meaning: A name I stole from “Quidditch Through the Ages”. /geek
Pride: Legio
Rank: Quaero (I thought scout suited him best and all the gold/yellow just screams Hufflepuff… ^^’)
History: Because of his rank (Quaero), he reported directly to the Regius so he had developed a good friendship with previous head of his House. The assassinations took a great toll on him: he’d always hated the competitive and even aggressive nature of the inter-House relations and the death of the Regius (symbol of loyalty and kindness as well as a close personal friend) was the final blow. He left before the fighting even started. After spending a lot of time alone in the rogue lands, Cyprian now believes his actions were an act of disloyalty because he should’ve stayed and fought with those he called friends and, as such, unbecoming of a member of his House. When he found out about the pride’s revival, Cyprian decided to return, make amends and do his best to maintain the peace.
Current: Cyprian considers his past actions shameful and wants to prove himself once again. He hopes to attain his previous rank but because he’s still a little damaged from past events, he’ll be a little distant towards the new Regius. Likewise, he will also maintain a certain distance from Hetal. He still sees the leader as the cub he once knew so it will take a while for the wild dog to see her as a suitable leader (or even as an adult!) to a pride with such a bloody history. So far he seems pleased with the new structure of the pride at least.
As for personality, the death of the Regius he so admired as well as the time he spent living alone in the rogue lands have changed his light-hearted nature. His loyalty and desire to stop at nothing to protect his friends hasn’t changed but he’s more serious now, more focused and sometimes even gruff. He's intent on getting the job done, teaching it to next generation and just generally contributing in any way he can to the prosperity of the pride and that is the only thing that might ease his heart in the future and bring his old self back.

For Fenja, you say you're looking for a character that won't help her if she's in trouble? I can definately offer rp with my boy Don'Zaraasir.  His only goal in life is to live for himself, and believes that if someone gets themselves into a bit of trouble, it's their responsibility to get themselves out of it. His mentality: every lion for him/herself. To illustrate this point, he's recently sat back and watched as his brother was brutally beaten by a band of males. Don felt no compulsion to so much as raise a paw in his brother's defense. xD So, let me know if he fits the bill on someone you're looking for.

Yep, he's perfect! Fenja is getting lucky with the non-helpers (so maybe lucky isn't the right word). cool
I don't realy want her to get hurt but I'd like his non-action to have some kind of consequence though.
Maybe she could lose a kill to a pack of... something and then get all angry that a passer-by (cue Zara) didn't help. Doesn't sound very extreme... but she could be very hungry or get bit. Any ideas? ^^

Hmm, that does sound like a good idea. And perhaps, a) maybe the attackers had ran right by him and he did nothing to prevent them from getting to her in the first place, and I kinda like this idea b) steal the kill for himself after seeing she gave it up and claim it as his own because he drove the attackers away.

For Kafele, I have Kayin. He's actually a juve now, but I really would love to get more cub-RP with him (since he only has one at the moment). Friends are always lovely.
Kay is on of Indira's 'sons'. He always does his best and is pretty good too, but he doesn't think he deserves any kind of praise for it. He's not hard to get along with, happy to let other people have their way. So he might be a good playmate for Kafele :3

Ohh, I love it. First of all, he's older so that makes him automatically cooler. He resembles Kafe's sister which might help with the initial connection and both their "manes" are white... Kafe is interested in little things like that. xD
What would be funny was to have them have play/explore/something for a good while and then when it was time to part, Kafe finds out Kayin is from the Tama house (he's proud if not smug about being a good representitive of the Atmaja house) and goes all "No way, I'm friends with a Tama sissy?!". 8D
Any ideas how we could make it more interesting? I know Indira won't let Kayin stray too far... xD

Hmm~ Not entirely sure what to add to make it interesting. I like the ending idea though, rofl. Perhaps they could decide to go exploring, and explore too far? I know Indira would be keeping an eye out, but they don't have to know that. I forget the exact layout of the pridelands, but I feel like there was some jungle/wooded area that they might manage to get a little lost in and have to work together to find their way back before it gets all dark and scary. Character building type stuff, you know.
