Fathle may have been more ruthless about his feeding habits when he was younger but he has changed the way he hunts. He feeds almost exclusively from criminals, and it really depends on his hunger or mood on whether he kills them. He will only feed from an innocent by force or desperation. However, Fathle doesn't have to hunt all the time. He has some quiet connections in various Durem hospitals to obtain extra blood bags.his P O W E R Svampiric abilities && animal manipulation
By the definition of his race, Fathle has all the superhuman abilities (e.g., acute senses, speed, strength, etc.) that may be expected of a vampire. Outwardly, Fathle is polite to an error (in a 1800s kind of way) but he can be emotionally distant. He walks a fine line between chivalry and ruthlessness because of his blood-seeking nature. tragedy && redemption
Fathle does not measure the passage of time through years but by the people who have touched and affected his long life deeply. Thus, there are two people that stand out in his memory who marked pivotal points in his history. They were both women that Fathle fell deeply in love with and, by horrible fate or consequence, they were both murdered.
The first woman's death seemed to have motivated Fathle to give up his mortal life to become a vampire. The second woman's death is rumored to have been wrought by Fathle's own hands. Whatever may be the truth, when he found his second lover's body, Fathle became blind with grief and hid himself away within a cave far from modern civilization. Through sheer blood deprivation and will, his body hibernated and Fathle was not released through death as he had hoped for. He was awakened again by clumsy humans who were exploring his personal hell.
Many years had passed since Fathle had given up on his life. However, he seemed to find purpose again and began to rebuild the comfortable life he had made for himself years ago. It took many months for Fathle to get back onto his feet emotionally and financially. Currently, he is now a wealthy business entrepreneur who owns several profitable clubs and bars in Barton and Durem. He also occupies himself by searching and collecting his old possessions, which are now considered valuable antiques. Fathle's business is profitable enough for him to indulge in his expensive hobby and live comfortably in an apartment in Durem.

you know that one metaphor about particularly sullen individuals having a little raincloud over them? Well, it seems in some cases to be true. In his endless quest to create and study Raevans, Doctor Kyou located an ancient city where everyone was trapped in their own misery. After leaving in a miserable state himself, he found that a part of the constant rainstorm over the city had followed him home! Capturing it in a fel essence container soon brightened his mood, but the little stormcloud still seems insistent on making anything close to it feel as hopeless as possible.

I am from a proud race  the C R E S T E D--S E R P E N T--E A G L E the Crested Serpent Eagle (Spilornis cheela) is a medium-sized bird of prey that is found in forested habitats across tropical Asia. Within its widespread range, there are considerable variations and some forms are treated as subspecies while others are considered full species and the systematics of the group is not resolved. Close relatives that are often treated as full species include the Philippine Serpent Eagle (S. holospila), Andaman Serpent-eagle (Spilornis elgini) and South Nicobar Serpent-eagle (Spilornis klossi). All members within the species complex have a large looking head with feathers on their head giving them a maned and crested appearance. The face is bare and yellow joining up with the ceres and powerful feet are unfeathered and heavily scaled. They forage over the forest canopy with their wings and tail showing broad white and black bars and often call with a piercing and familiar three or two-note call. They often feed on snakes, giving them their name and are placed along with the Circaetus snake-eagles in the subfamily Circaetinae.
Within its widespread range across tropical Asia, nearly 21 populations have been named as subspecies. These include the nominate from along the sub-Himalayan range in India and Nepal, melanotis in Peninsular India, spilogaster of Sri Lanka, burmanicus further east, ricketti in Vietnam and China and malayensis of the Malay Peninsula. A number of island forms fringe this main distribution and includes davisoni in the Andamans, minimus from the Nicobars, perplexus from Ryuku, hoya (Taiwan), rutherfordi (Hainan), palawanensis (Palawan), pallidus (northern Borneo), richmondi (southern Borneo), natunensis (Natuna), batu (Batu), abbotti, sipora and asturinus (off Sumatra), bido (Java) and baweanus of the Bawean Islands.
The nominate form has a black throat while the peninsular Indian form has a brownish throat. There are clinal latitudinal variations, with size decreasing southward.
The specific name cheela is derived from the Hindi name for kites.

This is Fathle's main residence and probably spends about 85% of his time here. He spends the other 15% at his studio apartment in Barton, which he usually only utilizes when he has to stay late in Barton because of work and does not wish to drive back to Durem. He was able to strike up a deal with the land lady and rent out an apartment (1F) on the first floor, turning it into a kind of storage area for his collected antiques. Fathle likes to go to 1F to check over his items and to think.the B A R T O N - A P A R T M E N T

Some of Fathle's clubs are located in Barton and he will occasionally have to stay in the town into the wee hours of the morning to settle his accounts. If he does not wish to drive back to Durem, he will just stay here. Also, if he wants to satisfy his sexual drive, he will bring any nightly trysts here. However, stays here are relatively uncommon.I did not create the 3-D apartment layouts. I found the original pictures at this website and modified them accordingly.
