- Dancing: Ri-Ri began taking dance classes at the tender age of 6. She enjoyed it so much that she's been in dance classes since. As a result, she's learned to move gracefully. Classical and Jazz Ballet are her styles of choice when she feels the need to get down. And she will. Usually at random and in public. Lemme tell ya, there nothing quite like seeing a tiny, slender girl doing a mixture of ballet and mosh pit to some Fantasy Metal song in the middle of the mall simply because it felt good.
- Singing: While she's never taken a choir class in her life, Ri-Ri still manages to have a decent singing voice. Or, at least, she'll never shatter glass and frighten small animals when she decides to belt out It's A Small World for the umpteenth time. As far as she's concerned, life would be a lot more fun if it were a musical. She longs for the day when her random public singing creates a musical number in the street.
- Sewing: In her own words, "Why should I pay that much money for a shirt when I can make my own and it'll last longer, wear better and look nicer?" Pity her adopted sister, for she typically gets conned into being used to see how a garment fits. Sewing completes the Creative Trifecta in Ri-Ri's life, offering her an outlet that song and dance don't.

Virtues: Collected: While she'll squeal over something cute as much as the next girl, Ri-Ri is more typically a calm, collected person, rarely giving in to panic or excitement. She would rather stay calm and analyze and plan than simply just reacting to any given situation. It's very difficult to phaze her. This also carries over into her movements. Causing Ri-Ri to stumble or trip over her own feet would be difficult given that she's always planning a few seconds ahead. If there's a panic, you can count on her to calmly direct people to the nearest exit or find the roadside flares and set them out while serenely directing traffic. And if she's the one causing the panic, you can bet she'll heard the sheep where she wants.
Play to Your Audience: Years spent in the Performing Arts could warp anyone, but Ri-Ri would like to think that she's managed to pull the meat from that bone and leave the gristle behind. In other words, she's learned the art of pleasing without effort. Somehow, she's managed to learn on a near instinctual level what to say, how to say it and when to say it to get the best results out of people. It makes her a useful person to have around if you want to quietly gather information or coax someone into doing what you want. However, she would never even DREAM of turning this talent on Charonite. She has too much respect for him and frankly, he intimidates her.
Shameless: There's always at least one in every crowd. You know who I mean... one person who does whatever they feel like, when they feel like, just because it's fun or feels good. Meet Ri-Ri. She's managed to turn acting like a complete goofball in public into something of a charming little art form. While it can be embarrassing and potentially disturbing (Hello! Metallica was never meant to accompany a Pas de Deux.), there's no real malice behind her shenanigans. She's simply enjoying herself.
Flaws: Bitten by the Green-Eyed Monster: While she can usually hide it, Ri-Ri has a terrible streak of jealousy simmering just below the surface. Just about anything can trigger it from a couple enjoying an ice cream together to a classmate flaunting a new pair of shoes to a kitten frolicking in the sun. But she can usually control her jealousy so others don't see it. Unfortunately that control over it tends to fluctuate when she's around her adopted sister, Ume. It's not that she doesn't love her sister on some level. She does. It's just she thinks that her sister is better, smarter, prettier, more loved than she is and she won't stand for that. Come to think of it, she won't really stand for anyone being better than she is.
There Can Be Only One!: This ties into Ri-Ri's jealousy. While she is not too liable to go all Kurgan-y on those she feels jealous of or resents, that doesn't mean that she won't actively strive to bring them down a notch or two until they're forced to admit her superiority. She's not seeking perfection. Not really. She just wants to be acknowledged as superior to the masses in all ways. While she tries to keep this tendency from showing, she doesn't always succeed and has earned a reputation as something of a b***h. And she doesn't draw the line at her Negaverse comrades either. The only one she will not attempt to take down is Charonite.
We Are Running on Silent: When Ri-Ri gets focused, she goes silent. Usually responding to anything with a series of monosyllabic grunts (if she responds at all), she'll often get so wrapped up in what she's doing that she neglects to pass along vital information or acknowledge someone's presence. While not necessarily a bad thing at home, her lack of communication has the potential to wreak havoc on the battlefield if she gets too focused on her job.
In My Own Little World: This ties very much into We Are Running on Silent; it's easy, far too easy for Ri-Ri to get caught up in her own schemes, her own little world. Now normally, this would only result in the occasional public display of dancing or singing prowess. However, there are those times when she's prone to bursting into disturbing laughter as she imagines her enemies laid low at her feet. Or the time she literally punted a kitten because she was thinking about how she was going to punish that arrogant little snot of a senshi. And we won't even get into the time she forgot pants because she was so wrapped up in a plan to impress her Negaverse superiors. This sort of thing isn't only unbecoming of a junior officer in the Negaverse, it's embarrassing as hell and potentially hazardous to their operations.
Physical Description:
Hair: Knee length when worn down, usually worn up in whatever style feels right at the time. Pale blonde in color, her bangs and bits of the length are dyed in soft rainbow streaks. She also tends to wear cute barrettes and ribbons in her hair depending on her mood.
Eyes: Vivid blue green, wide and deep set.
Skin Tone: Lightly tanned
Body: About 5'0" in height, she has a lean, whipcord body with the tiniest hint of curves at the hip, thigh and breast. She's been dancing for so long that she's strong and slender.
Fashion: Cute skirts and shirts and sandals make up the vast majority of her wardrobe. She might be evil, but she loves her some adorable fashions. Tends to favor soft, vivid colors and looking girly.

Why Negaverse?: Jealousy can do many an odd thing to a girl. In spite of her grace and various talents, Ri-Ri still feels terribly jealous of her adopted sister, Ume (Sailor MuCephei), feeling that the older girl is more graceful, poised and attractive than she can ever be. And in her brain she's begun to justify stealing the starseeds from talented, attractive people as helping the little guy get further up the ladder of success. It's not true and she knows it's not. But that's how she's justifying batting for the bad guys right now.
