Natural Leader
Dale will be the first to step up and take charge of a situation. This is especially helpful in dangerous situations, where people need to calm down and get organized or they could die. .... It's also useful in classes when she's stuck working in a group full of morons. Though in extremes this is bad, her charismatic attitude and level head make her a great leader.

Assertive
No "ah..." or "um..." here. Dale knows what she wants and how to get it.There's no 'maybe' or 'we'll see' with her. This goes both ways, when she's the questioner and being questioned. She hates saying those words like 'um' or 'perhaps'-- she'd rather say nothing, or placate her questioner with an explanation until she can answer them for sure.

Charismatic
What goes hand in hand with being a good leader? Why, having enough charisma to attract more to your team, of course! Though she's admittedly better at charming ladies, Dale isn't afraid to use this natural charm for non-amorous means. She has a charming smile and is exceptionally good at motivational speeches.

Hospitable
When you're a visitor at Dale's abode, you are nobility. For the duration of your visit, you are something precious to her, and she will do anything in her power to make you happy or satisfied. The guest always comes first, the guest always chooses what they want to do, and Dale is not afraid to spoil them. If a guest is unhappy, she takes it personally, and makes it her top goal to rectify the situation.

Flaws:
Prideful
Remember the virtues listed above? She knows about them. She knows that she's charming, beautiful, knowledgeable of the arts, etc etc... she's very vain, and can get snappy when any of her assets are questioned.

Fickle
Companions, cars, clothes, and shiny things-- if something shinier walks along, she'll drop the current for something new. She has no qualms about this, and doesn't care if feelings get hurt by it.

Conniving
It takes a lot to get to the top, and Dale doesn't care if the steps to her goal are made of the crushed bodies of enemies, friends, or family. She has no trouble using others to her advantage or her entertainment... and when their usefulness is gone, she drops them.

Automobile Illiterate
Normally this might not be a flaw. However, Dale likes her car collection. If she gets a flat tire or her engine starts overheating, she won't have a clue what to do! Why bother working on your cars when you have people to do it for you... right...?
