~Personality~
Having already grown up once in Gaia before being changed back into the form of a child, Jilan obviously seems wise beyond his years to those who do not know him. Unfortunately, he allows his adult mindset to fill him with adult worries, so he really never acts much like a child at all. He tends to come off as shy and awkward and sometimes a little high-strung, but he also does his best to be extremely polite. His prior upbringing in Gaia also makes Jilan more willing than some of the Golden World Porcelain to interact with humans, in spite of his shyness.
Jilan enjoys scholarship and reading, and will eagerly read pretty much anything he is given. He has taken a particular interest in the Silver World since his strange two-year stay there - being one of the orphaned Porcelain of Dragonlamp, Jilan is glad to have the chance to learn more about the real culture of his people. This is also part of the reason he absolutely idolizes the High Priest Kouyo.
As he is always one to ask questions, Jilan does not take very well to being told to do things that seem pointless. Since he appears to be at an age where most people expect him to do as he is told regardless, it looks like the Porcelain boy has developed a rather stubborn rebellious streak. However, even in his refusals, Jilan tries to remain polite. Because of this, as well as his growing frustration with being treated like a child more often than not, Jilan does not go to school but rather does his best to study on his own. He is also just beginning to seek out tutors in Gaia as well. The Porcelain is smart, but hopefully he is not too naive to be on his own among humans and other stranger creatures....

~Friends and Enemies~Silver World confused Jin - My first mentor. Very mysterious, but very helpful to me. I must find some way to repay hir. Three years in the Silver World and I could not find hir again; I feel like there are things I need to talk about with hir. 3nodding Genka - A friend of Jin's, and my second tutor in the Silver World. He is still as quirky as ever, and tries to be encouraging, but I get the feeling he will never understand why I love learning so much. 3nodding Kinkyou - Genka's wife. She is a kind woman, and seems like a surprisingly good match for Genka. I find her a bit intimidating, though, I guess because I am not used to living with a lady. We have our differences, but I still care for her, and she said she grew to think of me as a nephew. whee Genkyou - Genka and Kinkyou's young daughter. I was kind of unsure of how to deal with a tiny baby in the house, but it has been amazing watching her grow up. 3nodding Senrei - This lady is too nice. She often took care of me when Jin disappeared. I should have visited her more often, because now she is gone. 3nodding Meirei - Definitely no longer the boisterous little girl climbing trees. I enjoy spending time with her, and wish her luck in her studies. xd Kan'i - He is a strange boy who never seems to talk much about himself, but I consider him a good friend. Spending time with him still feels kind of awkward, but I've grown to enjoy it. 3nodding Kyouri - A fellow musician and a friend of Genka's. We played music together sometimes, and he taught me a bit of how to play the two-string viola. sweatdrop Seirin - A younger girl who was my "apprentice" for a while in studying magical philosophy, but then she decided she could not be my friend anymore. Girls are very strange. question Seiran - Seirin's mother, who employed me copying books. I do not know her well at all yet. question Hiko - A lady I met at the Court feast, and a friend of Kinkyou's, I think. She is very interested in the beautiful arts in Gaia, and I have promised to bring back what I can when I return to the Silver World. question Gan - I have not met him, only heard his name, but I am not sure what I would do if I did meet him. Princess Shuuken trusts him very much, but he also seems to be an enemy of Jin. And she would die for him? ...What about me?~adults of the Golden World~ 3nodding High Priest Kouyo - He will be helping me with my magic studies! I deeply respect the High Priest, and ... I also hope he might be able to open up to me a little.... 3nodding Setsushi - He is very interesting to me because he knows so much that I do not about my own kind.Gaia xp Xiao Huo - He needed someone to take care of him and he seems to accept me as a brother for now. He is certainly annoying enough! 3nodding Shuuken - I feel very bad that I apparently could not help her save the Golden World, but I cannot follow her in seeking vengeance. I hope she will stay safe.... xd Silver - Some people never change. He's like a big brother to me. ~ Nusumu - A worthy ally! I should meet with her again now that I am back from the Silver World as well. ~ Tsubei -  ~ Ren'i -  ~ Hikari -  ~ Meirou - heart Kumoru - I consider him my real father, and love and trust him like one. Since I returned from my long absence, though, something about him feels different.
