She is generally on from mid/late afternoons through to the VERY early hours of the morning. *Is a nightowl* Special Events and Milestones Nov. 16, '08 (Toutei 1001) - Entered the Silver World and met Reisho Ascent, T. 1002 - Helped Kyouren with a commissioned costume, which one a prize Caesura, T. 1002 - Attended a performance in the Imperial Palace with Reisho with the Silver Empress present Caesura, T. 1003 - Tsubei makes a costume and it is bought for a rather large sum Gestation, T. 1004 (Nov. 20, '08 ) - Tsubei returns to Gaia Nov. 25, '08 - Tsubei ran away Nov. 30, '08 - Tsubei came home, sick but alive

Father: Unknown Spouce: None....I don't know if I can Past InfluencesAt first glance, you could get many different ideas about Tsubei depending on how she acts. At times, she seems like a quiet but gentle and friendly girl, while at other times she can seem downtrodden and rather cold. In many ways, both statements can be considered true.
Tsubei came to Yaruka as a child who had already been abandoned once before by a caretaker. Such a drastic point in her past had caused her to be a bit introverted and somewhat clingy to figures that are parental or authorative, for reasons of stability. It took a while for Yaruka to earn Tsubei's full trust, but now she has it and has helped her heal many old wounds, though Tsubei still often attaches herself to older Porcelain for comfort reasons when in unfamiliar situations.
Fights with friends and clashing personalities have also affected Tsubei's social skills. She has a tendancy to be rather quiet and calm, watching from the sidelines until she is familiar with the people and place. As of late she has taken bolder steps in making friends, but she still will be a quiet listener which seems to earn her some respect. In times of emotional stress, however, she has the tendancy to 'turn herself off' so to speak, where she chooses to not let any emotion show on her face or register from her empathically (if she can help it.) This is something she has done since her early childhood, long before the Porcelain Restoration and the transformation into an Ancient. Like many others, Tsubei is much older than she appears and it frustrates her greatly when people seem to patronize her for the age she appears to be. Yet it can also be an intimidating factor when she acts closer to her actual age, which is much more mature than most and has actually scared off some people.
She is a warm-hearted, loving girl with the mentality of a grown woman and the emotional fickleness of a teenager, which she hopes to correct. The many changes that she and the others have gone through have helped and hindered her in various ways, but she now hopes to make herself better than before, taking bolder steps forward and attempting to keep herself more composed. She has also begun developing a more maternal nature.
In recent times, since her visit to the Silver World, Tsubei has grown up quite a bit. She has become much more refined and much calmer inside and out. She is still deeply troubled, though. In a painful moment where she remembered what her heart longed to forget, she has now built barriers around her heart to protect it, which would prevent her from getting too close or even possibly loving someone. Other Family AMADEO - A young vampire boy Yaruka adopted. He's elegant, refined and plays guitar wth great skill. He's very compassionate, if a little troubled. PANDORA - Amadeo's "daughter" that adopted HIM as her guardian. She's a strange little thing, generally quiet but loves to pretend she's a ninja. She LOVES things that are shiney. AMALTHEA - A young elf girl Yaruka adopted. She's quite mysterious, but loves music and rain. She seems to have healing powers. DIA LAURA - A cat creature that has a seriously snooty attitude. RAZIEL - A cat that acts like a second guardian to everyone in the house. He's completely devoted to Yaruka like a servant and acts like a father to the children around. REI - A phoenix-like creature called a Synix. Her kind are the heavenly birds of the celestial bodies with special powers. She has the power to look into the hearts of others and help them. She also has the ability to turn into a human when she gazes upon her element, the stars. Tsubei looks to Rei like a sister and is closest to her out of anyone else. HUMAN FORMCROYEZ - A nymph that was born from a crystal orb. She loves the water and she has a very caring heart. In fact, she seems driven to help people and support them so they do not lose hope. Yet she is also quite lonely. DUVELL - A strange demon from the same world as Croyez. He seems enamored with skulls and has loose scruples.....and also wears a kilt, which gets him teased quite often. Overall, he's still quite a mystery. DONOVAN - An interesting little creature who is akin with water. He's an excellent fisherman and a great weaver. He also has a good ear to listen with, for he doesn't speak too often. And yet, he has an adventurous personality. CUPID - A horse-type creature called a Fenya. They are the construct of dreams and nightmares. Cupid is just like his namesake and he represents love and everything wonderful about it. He has an enormous heart and loves pretty much everyone. His pink-diamond colored eyes are blind, but he can see the inner light of everyone he meets and judges them based on that. JACK - Exactly who you think he is, but in Fenya form. He's the ultimate in spook and scare, but he does have a warm heart in those bones. He's got a jovial personality and sometimes doesn't take into account how scary he is. LAYA - A quiet bat-like creature. She's very shy and not much is known about her yet, but she seems friendly. She's a fast flyer and seems to be quite the arial acrobat. *more to be added*

About Yaruka Name: Yaruka Species: White Phoenix/Vampire Age: 24 (human years) Height: 5'9" (just a bit taller than average) Weight: 163 lbs. (anthro form) Eyes: Emerald green with flecks of gold Hair: Platinum Silver-ish Wings/Tail: Ivory white with pearlescent sheen Distinguishing marks: 4 light claw-like scars that run down over her left eye from eyebrow down to jaw, teardrop shaped red, white and black flames tattooed on the tops of her hands, broken gothic cross tattooed in the space between her wings. Occupation: Fire Dancer, Potions and Remedies dealer Yaruka's HistoryYaruka's life has been a tangled web of trauma, lies and tragedy. Her childhood parents were not truly hers, but cared for her as their own. Her powers of fire coming into play early in her childhood, which caused the villiagers to exhile her and turn her to thievery in order to survive, had proved much more life-changing than she had hoped for. After the tragic murder of her adoptive parents, she moved forward on her own under the assumption that she was half fire nymph, as was the story she was told.
As she matured, she encountered a lot of trauma which robbed her of her innocense and tainted her views of mortals. Still, all of the opressive negativity had not managed to stifle her loving heart. Even when she had been subjected to slavery, nothing could stop the warmth of her gentle mothering personality. It proved useful when, while caged, she took into her care a werewolf/vampire hybrid infant that she named Jorend, after her adoptive father. He is still with her to this day.
It was during her days in the market that she learned her true heritage, coming face to face with her birth father; a rather insane vampire ironically named Phoenix. He told her of her true origins and revealed things that would ultimately ruin her chances with her lover at the time. The heartbreak it had induced provoked her to break free of the chains of servitude and she took Jorend and herself far away from it. She took various odd jobs until she finally landed a stable position in a performance group as a Fire Dancer. She felt it was to her liking, as it went with her natural talents. She also has made a living in dealing with magic, but the extent of it has been a mystery to many. Though she is half vampire, she has long-since learned how to suppress the Thirst, rendering it almost unnecessary.
Yaruka has taken in many creatures and beings into her household, all of whome she treats like family. She cannot suppress the mother inside of her, for she has no children of her own flesh and blood. She is very kind-hearted and a generous person, wise perhaps far beyond her years and probably a little intimidating at times where her temper rises. Overall, she's a good person with a big heart and a penchant for a bit of a mother hen.
