~Important Dates~
08.11.11 ~ I arrive in Gaia, somewhat by mistake.
08.11.17 ~ In poking through the boy Jilan's collection of books, I discover ... my own poetry.
08.11.18 ~ I try to ask the Name for answers or clues as to why Setsushi and myself and others have suddenly appeared here in Gaia. The answer is not one I like.
08.11.23 ~ Finally, I bring myself to share my deepest secret with Setsushi.
08.11.25 ~ I first encounter the one called Jilan in person.
08.11.26 ~ The Lady Tsubei and I get into a bit of an altercation.
08.11.28 ~ Kumoru, guardian of Xiao Huo and Jilan, offers to teach me how to read his magic.
08.11.29 ~ After a terrible night of attempting to call upon my visions for help, I wake up badly bruised and draped upon Setsushi's chairs.
08.12.03 ~ Lady Tsubei sends flowers as an apology, by way of her guardian, Yaruka. I fear I was cruel to the girl, though I do not know how.
08.12.04 ~ I decide to try to take matters into my own hands, and depart to live with the human mage Kumoru for a time.
08.12.10 ~ Apparently I am unable to get by on my own.... I move back in with Setsushi, but also end up with a job at Whitestone Books.

~Personality~
Kouyo's greatest strength is also his greatest weakness - the same sensitivity that makes him so skilled at performing magic and receiving visions from the Name also leaves him extremely vulnerable to being mentally hurt. His arrival into Gaia was somewhat indirectly the result of a severe breakdown, as well, leaving Kouyo Who Dwells in Gaia a very broken man.
He is exceedingly shy with and often fearful of those he does not know, yet also badly desires to befriend as many people as possible. Now that he is free of the restrictions placed upon him in the Golden World as the High Priest, he is eager to build up a proper network of relationships... even though the idea of reaching out also makes him somewhat anxious. But to his credit, he is unfailingly kind and wishes to show only love to all who come to him, even though this has brought him pain in the past.
The High Priest used to be a calm, if sad, Porcelain who could at least somewhat content himself to be alone. Now he is even more badly depressed, in part because he feels it is now much easier to injure others, particularly Setsushi, with his own pain. Kouyo fully considers himself insane, and believes Setsushi more every time his friend tells him that he is sick. The Kouyo of the Golden World is not completely lost - in spite of how many times he feels he has fallen already, the High Priest now sees himself as a little bird, much more self-determined than the leaf he used to be. To repay Setsushi back if for no other reason, Kouyo wishes to define his own role as High Priest in Gaia as he could not do in his homeland, ideally as an active protector and guide for his people to ultimately lead them home.
He hopes to be able to deal with the terrible mess in his heart with his mate-bond only after he has served others, but he is not sure how much he must tend to himself before he is sane enough to properly serve the Porcelain of Gaia....

~Friends and Enemies~Golden World and others heart Setsushi - I will repay him with my growth and, if I can manage, my happiness. smile Chourou - Another lady I have met only now in Gaia. Her presence is both encouraging and intimidating. Something seems to trouble her, however. sweatdrop Tenkyuu - I hope it does not take too long for me to learn to tell when she is joking and when she is serious. 3nodding Uki - Chourou's shy, quiet daughter who also seems to take pleasure in growing things. I think we can be friends, but I do not yet know her well. confused Imperial Princess Rika - I certainly do not dislike her, but she intimidates me somewhat. I fear I may offend just by being around. heart crying Ranko - I am less and less sure how i feel about her, but I know I must find her. I only pray that her feelings for me have lingered even a fraction of how mine have lingered for her.Gaia 3nodding Jilan - He wishes for me to be his magic teacher now. I hope I can instruct him well. whee Xiao Huo - He certainly seems to like me. Being the one he hides behind gives me a certain feeling of happiness I cannot describe, but I also hope that he will grow to have the courage to do all of the exploring he seems to wish to do. question Yousei - I would like to know more about her. confused Tsubei - We get along better now, but she has her own sadness and I have mine. I do not know what I can do for her. question Meirou -  question Nusumu - I have met her only very briefly, but Miss Sneaky has assured me that she is a good person, and a good cook. stare Kumoru - No longer my friend, but then I suppose he never was. It seems I must continue to deal with him, so long as he cares for Xiao Huo and Jilan, but I will be sure to keep away from his claws. stare Aodhagan - I anxiously await the day our contract is complete and I no longer have to answer to him. gonk Lucretia - She is very forceful and intimidating, and I would prefer not to interact with her.~ Yaruka - I have only met her briefly, but she seems a kind guardian for Tsubei.~ Lysa - An interesting woman. I would like to speak with her again.~ Adler - ~ Sneaky - A truly kind and considerate lady. I seek to know her better, to ease my fears of that which I do not yet fully understand.

~Home~
I tried to move from Setsushi's home to live with the human Kumoru for a time, but I have returned to my friend's side for the moment. I still wish to spend some time over at his house, however, in order to help ensure the safety of the mage's other two Porcelain children.
I also now spend a fair amount of time in Whitestone Books, in the storage room. I was physically coerced into taking on the task of cleaning it, however I am trying to simply get the job done now, as I have never truly held a job before.

Where I hide things for future use:
Just so I don't forget:
- hates things not at right angles, and prefers furniture to be aligned perpendicular to the walls
- hates groups of objects not in multiples of five, and will count to make sure
- must measure rooms often, particularly after waking up, to be sure the walls are not closing in; uncomfortable in rooms he cannot measure, ie, furniture blocks one wall.
- absolutely will not eat meat he cannot identify; ground meat, esp. sausage, is out of the question
