Personality/history: Not much is known at this point. His voice his Hallow and almost like two people are talking at once. One sounds angry while the other kind. Though he is thin and his ribs are showing he is a bigger build standing 17.2HH. The ice that covers his face is so thick that his eyes cannot really be seen, unless close up and they are a faint whitish blue in color.
His legs must continuously be moved unless he wants to freeze to the ground. He can of coarse break free if they do but its less of a hassle to just break them while he can. Isen is normally judgmental and weary of Adult soquili, being 'icy' with them or fidget. When it comes to foals how ever he sees them all as innocent.
