 A normal Day. An Average day. This was a day in the life that was Blitz. Nothing new, nothing exciting. Just another day in his life. His thoughts ran rampant about the others. The ones he admired and wished to be. His thoughts would go through this cycle and it was always the same. It would start with the longing to be different, then admiration, then it would fall into a depressing like state which usually made him grumpy.
The young stallion didn't have much friends. He didnt feel the need for them. He looked around as spring took its toll on his heart, leaving a longing in its place. Letting out a long dragged out sigh he snorted.
" What a day today.. so beautiful and lonely.. why does it make me feel such an emptiness inside..."
He spoke his thoughts out loud, but only to himself, before going to graze.

 It was one of those days! Istas wasn't in a bad mood. But she wasn't overly happy either. Her free spirit seemed to linger around. The mare she was with had grown a bit busy, leaving Istas to entertain herself. Claude had grown a little busy too. The mare snuffed at the air, and her eyes took to the sky. Oh what it would be to be able to fly, she could entertain herself for hours. Just escape.
But as she thought her thoughts, she would meandering her way into a field. There wasn't anyone special to her there, or rather no one she knew. She wasn't able to really decide if she wanted to talk to anyone. What an out of character day it has been.
She noticed a stallion. His body language seemed a little off, well no off, but well not happy! She didn't really care what it was that caused him to stand as such. Not that she was stuck up.
"On a day such as this... Everyone should be reflecting the sun light. But I see a dark cloud looming over you."

Blitz's head jerked up as a sudden feminine voice protruded his thoughts and broke the dazed spell he had put himself into not to long ago. He looked over to the voice, snorting at first but then relaxing a little as his eyes met hers.
" It may be a nice day to the untrained eye, but to mine it was lousy. Though it might not be that way for long i suspect... Forgive me, i didnt mean to ruin your perfect day with my 'rain cloud' .. though when its warm like this, at least i have some shade"
This was a form of jestering that he seemed to do often. He wasnt trying to be sarcastic but it was his own weird humour. Blitz bent his neck to graze once more but soon raised it and looked over to the Mare before him.
" I suppose it will be easier to speak with you if i give you a name, and if you stay. Im Blitzkrieg, though i accept Blitz if you wish"

She blinked at him and pondered a little, drifting off in her thoughts. "Eh? Well then just stop being a grump. If talking about it will help, then You can tell me. I'm a perfect stranger. We may never see each other again." She snerked at him a little. "I can't call you Kreig?" She raised a brow at him. She was just being difficult now.
"I'm Istas Misae, but you can call me, Istas." She smiled and walked a little closer to him. She leaned her head down to adjust the scarf and bell a bit around her neck. The only real keep sake she got from her father, she she never saw again.

He lifted a brow to her quirky-ness that she seemed to present him with. This was a new treat for him indeed. He had yet to find another that seemed to be as difficult as him, though he had only met a few, all of them female. He pondered more as he looked her over with the utmost persistence, deciding weather or not to share himself with her. In all he didnt want to open up to a perfect stranger, as she had put herself as. So instead concentrated on what she had called him.
" Kreig? Thats a new one i must say, but go for it." His reply was quick but well thought on his part, as she told him her name,
" Well i think i shall call you Misae then, if you dont mind. After all if your to call me what others have never call me, i shall do the same."
His tounge was quick, just like his temper could normally be, but she had caught him in an off mood. Making him more pleasant than usual.
" So, May i ask. What brings you out here? Or do you live around here and i just happened to stumble into your back yard?"

Oh, he was a quick one. Istas couldn't say she praised herself on her wit, or quick tongue. She snerked at him ever so slightly. "ohoh, but thats under the assumption that others don't call me Misae already. I could have very well tricked you into calling me, the name I prefer." Her auburn eyes looked him over.
"Ooh, I just tend to wander around. My herd lives over by the river. I spend most of my time with my best friend, but he's been a bit busy lately, so I'm trying to find something to entertain me. " She walked around him and then looks up at* "And what about you? I already know you are wandering."

" How do you know I didnt already asume you would say that, thinking that that would be to obvious of a choice so went with the less obvious choice to throw you off?"
Blitz was starting to get a strange glint of amusement in his eye. Most of the Mares he had met seemed to be rather bland in the wit section. No offense to them of coarse. So this was a real treat for the young stallion. He watched her as she circled him like a Hawk before she again opened her mouth to ask him the odd question that she seemed to already know the answer too. But still he would amuse her, for just this little while.
" I dont have a herd. So i wonder. Since im not bond to a rock with a shackle i go where ever i please." Nodding his head it was true. He had not seen either of his siblings or parents in such a long time, and so he just wondered.

It was like a brain twister going on. Istas was starting to feel herself falling a bit behind... "Well thats also under the assumption i even gave you my real name. Knowing that you could have made that choice knowing I had said what i said for that reason." Did that even make sense..? Her ears gave a twitch and she lowered her head a little bit.
"You have no herd?" Her tail gave a bit of a flick. "So do you wander looking for one, or jsut wander for the sake of wandering? I would think it would get lonely walking around all the time alone." She shifted her weight and raised her head to look at him again.
Istas wasn't one to interrogate people. But she was curious about his gloominess... she had met other gloomy horses but she was feeling weird today it seemed, and felt the needed to pry.

Smiling his sharp tongue once again flickered under the weight of this good mind game,
"But then you wouldn't of said what you said before to throw me off if you already knew what you said would do that and then you would again have to assume i didn't already take all that into consideration leading me to my current assumption about your name. Leading us back to this point where we cannot seem to show each other who is the one knowing and who is the one lying about this whole conundrum."
It was almost like he was testing how far he could push till she gave into his will about her name. But it was also more of a curiosity to see where this was all leading in the end. He knew he was right. He was always usually right. Well in his mind. Which was hard to change due to the stubborn nature inherited down his family line.
" I wander for the sake of the unknown. I dont always get lonely. I mean im not right now, now am I? Your doing a pretty good job in entertaining me and keeping me company. Who needs a whole herd when you can run into a perfect stranger and be set for the day. Sure i dont run into others all the time. But i run into them enough" He spoke while looking her over. Trying to make sure she wasn't one of those, Well everyone has to be in a herd, types.
" If i seem dist ached don't worry. Its how i am. I can be quite the moody guy."

She kind of made a face at him. He was very good, far better then her, and she figured it would be best to call it quites. "Alright alright, if you wish to call me Misae you may." her ears gave a twitch. She she could have gone on for just a little longer, but why waste all her energy in that little game when the true reason was still unknown to her.
"Oh? Well thats good to hear. I don't think i could ever really wander without getting lonely for a long period of time." She laughed a little bit. She was use to being around someone all the time, even if she wanted alone time, being a wanderer was to much.
"So you don't come from a herd? I've never met anyone that didn't belong to a herd before." That turned out to be a true fact. She usually met others that were friends of hers that were in the same herd or something... even if the herd was small.
"Moody? Probably not as moody as the Vampire that one of the mares in my herd is with..."

Blitz beamed, clearly from his victory and dipped his head politely. Only after realizing that it might of been rude of him to be full of so much pride at that moment. He listened to her diligently and nodded.
" To be honest. It is a lonely road but it is a good one sometimes. I mean I dont have to be worried where my herds at, or what i rank in the herd. I can just be myself to myself. Theres really no one to impress out here."
What was this? Was he opening up to her? Normally no one, especially him, wouldn't feel this open to another one. He couldnt seem to help it right now. Was it due to his loneliness?
" No. I was born with my mom and dad, though i didnt see my father much. I sticked around my mother... she wasnt in a herd. Just me, her and my brother. My sister was with my father when he would go away. Though i dont see why since mom was the one who would have to teach her to fly."
No one would know it by looking at him but he was half regular, one forth unicorn and 1 forth wind. He just looked to his sides and side at the barren waste land that he knew as his shoulders.
" Vampire? Well thats odd... and i know odd. Well i suppose if they care for each other, its their choice". Though Blitz talked he wasnt too sure what this 'vampire' creature was. Based on what she said and how she said it though... It probably wasnt good.

Istas had been slightly taken aback. After the recent wit session the stallion seemed to just open up to her. Was it because he was lonely? She didn't really care at the time what he had to say... But when she heard his father wasn't around much, it pulled her heart strings, and hit home. But she hated telling that story, and would do her best to never share that bitter secret.
"Oh, I see... So its by choice. Well thats good then." She smiled at him. "I was born into one, not an official herd but... Yeah, well its nice to meet someone different.'
"So, you're a mix? Is it only your sister that has wings?" She was curious about the family dynamic with an obvious cross breeding.
"Ahh yes... Well hes not moody with her It's actually quite funny. He acts like a little school boy around her. Its good black mail material." She laughed. She shook her head some thinking about it.
