Gloz is pretty closed off individual. Raised by his aunt after his mother died and his father didn't take him in, he has conflicting emotions between achieving in order to show himself worthy and anger at those who push him aside. Despite the fact that he had no problems aiding in the murder of his father, he couldn't raise a paw against his younger half-brother, an innocent. Part of him does regret his actions against his father, but he also understands that what was done was done and that nothing can change that. All he can do is go on, something he's learned to be very good at.

Glozelle| Basic Info | Personality | Youth | Juvenile | Adolescent | Adult | Timeline | Photo Album | Relations/Family Tree | Group Info | Items | When his uncle Miraz set about to take control of the pride away from his father, Glozelle was one of the first lions Miraz approached and one of the first to join. He was even in the party that murdered his father, though it was Miraz who finished Caspian IX off. Under his uncle's rule, he quickly became a lord and general. It wasn't until his uncle ordered him to kill his half-brother that Glozelle began to question his uncle's orders. Rather than murder his half-brother, he led the hunting party in another direction, allowing Caspian to escape into the desert. As Miraz grew increasingly more abrasive and insulting, Glozelle began to grow less loyal. One of the other lords, Sopesian, noticed this despite how he tried to hide his feelings and approached the younger lord with the suggestion that they take the throne from Miraz. At first Glozelle went along with it, angry enough to not care about the repercussions. But as the plot went on, he started to question whether Sopesian was any more fit a ruler than Miraz. And when Sopesian noticed this, rather than use Glozelle until he stopped being useful, he tried to have him killed. Glozelle managed to escape with his life intact, but not unscathed.

The helm could either be from a kill or from a fight that they won. Gloz obtained the rhino skull and pelt he wears in a single fight, killing a leopard over the carcass of a rhinoceros. He called his fellows to him and they dragged the carcasses back to the pride lands, where there was a feast. A crafter made the helm and pelt for him to wear. His medallion, on the other hand, was crafted specifically for him, a mark of his general status when he had climbed the ranks.
