Short Summary of their plotline: Mar left his elitist pure kelpi herd in the west, and settled down at the lake near the village. Celeste had left her own herd as well, and after passing through the village, found him at the lake. They became fast awkward friends. After beating around the bush for the longest time, they became an official pair, and have had a batch of children and a wishing star child. Outside of that, their life together is pretty peaceful despite their histories.

What are their parents' personalities?
Mother: Evasive; Celeste prefers to be snarky and distance herself from gushy feelings. She revels in being a pest once she's comfortable enough around someone.
Father: Melancholy; deadpan, hard to rouse, and not sure how to handle basically all silly situations thrown at him. That's Mar for you. Jokes will get an eyebrow quirk at best.

Do the parents have professions?
Mother: The brains of the family, I guess.
Father: Aaaand the muscle.

Link to RP(s) where something happens of importance: N/A :') Backplotting, however, includes the fact that one of their children ran off because she wanted to learn how to fly but had no options. That was rather devastating to the family for a bit, and was even part of why Mar ended up approaching a wishing star.

What are their family dynamics? Both share the responsibility pretty evenly. Celeste is more fun, cracks jokes (especially at Mar's expense) and has a harder time showing affection outside of quips. But that doesn't mean she isn't mama bear even though she's a very dinky size. She likes to sic the kids on Mar, though.
Mar is a very patient father, willing to answer any questions he can and lets kids take out their energy on him. He's also the parent to truly fear, being so large and a kelpi at that. If any child is injured by another horse, look out.

Traditions: Leaving fish at the wishing star, being harassed by jellyfish
Herd/Family Culture: Kelpi culture is more important than wind culture; foals learn how to swim at an early age whether or not they have kelpi tails. If they can eat fish, they're taught how to hunt them. The lake is seen as the end-all be-all for a place to live for the longest time. If a child doesn't want to leave once they mature, they don't have to. The parents are stationary, so they can't really tell anyone they can't be.
Learning how to fly is left up to finding a teacher since Celeste can't fly herself.

Faris visits with his family to introduce his mate for the first time.

What are their family dynamics? Faris' parents were star-crossed lovers from across the sea; his mother a high-born Arabic mare and his father a roguish unikalona outlaw. An attempted kidnapping plot led to a forbidden romance; and they ran away to the New World together.

Faris respects his family; and his open-mindedness and ability to judge outside of appearance led to him growing close with Miyuki. Miyuki finds strength and comfort in her lovemate, feeling like he's on of the few others who really sees her a valuable creature.

Traditions: Mares are generally cherished and spoiled, like treasure. Males in Faris' family think mares should be protected; tomboy daughters may face a bit of a struggle to gain independence, but Faris family respects females deeply. Short Summary of their plotline: Achilles was hired by Pen's brother to kill her, however being a mercenary and somewhat addicted to the idea of fame and fortune..and attracted to Pen's fighting skills, Achilles ends up falling in love with Pen (and the idea of siring future Queens) while Pen sees in Achilles a strong stallion that will create strong children, although their relationship has a rocky start and a somewhat unusual set-up thanks to the beliefs of Pen's herd they still manage to make a go of it.

What are their parents' personalities?
Mother: A warrior to the core, Penthesilea has spent her entire life training to be stronger, faster and braver than all the others. These after all are the ideals for all within her family and herd. She is clever and can just as easily talk herself out of a situation as she can fight her way out, though she would certainly rather fight than anything else. She believes that males are the weaker gender and their only real purpose in life is to help produce new life. She is a follower of traditions passed down for many generations as they are important to the structure and stability of the family and herd.

Short Summary of their plotline: Alti and Jorm believe that Kalona should rule the world, they are currently attempting to raise an army of pure bloods to kill or enslave the rest of Soquili kind. In fact the only reason they are having children is because the lack of pure Kalona they are finding is alarming and so they are creating some themselves.

What are their parents' personalities?
Mother: Dark, ruthless and power-hungry, Alti wishes to gain power by destroying those who are weak and manipulate those who prove to be somewhat worthy. She is not the type you ever want to cross for you will feel her hooves crush you before your back is even turned. Alti believes that the only worthy breed to roam the lands are Kalona and will stop at nothing to rid the lands of the weaker species, this became her true and ultimate goal after seeing her own foal born with nearly no sign of Kalona blood within her.
