Character:Lisse, Knight of Lysithea Location: To K8 HP: 100 Target: Bee 2 in K8 Action: Attacking with Magic, attempting to remove wings...they're really pretty. Damage/Healing/Buff/Debuff Done: 10 + 5 = 15 Enemy HP:4 - 15 = 0
Lisse looked at his brother and shook his head. “That’s Dering, I’ve told you about him before.” In the context that he was Julian, obviously. Luke didn’t want to keep secrets from his brother when they involved people that he desperately wanted to keep safe. “Look, I would agree with you and would maybe try to not…but now these things are clearly moving somewhere and we’re here to smash things, so I can’t agree this time.”
Which also wasn’t a new concept. He enjoyed making things harder for his brother on occasion, but that was just his job. “Besides…I kind of want the wings? They’re really pretty…and I’m sure that other people will take more restraint…if they’re healing the other people, Halle, they’re going to end up hurting people I care about and I’m not going to let that happen so…”
He took off, following after the construct and sending another pulse of his magic out after it, then grabbing it by the wings and pulling...really wanting them for his own.

Character:Cynthus, Squire of the Moon Location: To S6 HP: 75 Target: N/A Action: Continuing toward the ramp. Damage/Healing/Buff/Debuff Done: N/A Enemy HP: N/A
Cynthus was feeling quite smart. Sure, there were still plenty of the person looking constructs left, and a few of the bee ones were still around, but they didn’t seem to be giving anyone that much trouble as far as she could tell. (Granted, she was a bit too focused on her goal and only glanced behind her to make sure her companions were still following.)
So far the constructs had left her alone. Cynthus made an obvious effort to avoid them, keeping herself out of their reach as her gaze locked on the ramp ahead. There were plenty of Senshi and Knights to handle the constructs behind her. Based on how easily the first one she’d encountered had gone down, Cynthus felt good about her chances against the ones closest to the ramp. Between herself, Poe, Paradise, Ephesus, and Amarynthos, she thought for sure they could handle it. The others could handle all the rest before they closed in.
Easy peasy.
“Almost there!” she cheered. “It’s just up ahead!”

Character:Poe, Page of Mercury Location: P9 > S6 HP: 50 Target: N/A Action: With Paradise and Cynthus, heading toward the ramp. Damage/Healing/Buff/Debuff Done: N/A Enemy HP: N/A
“Almost there,” Poe echoed his daughter, his voice both with agreement and caution. He glanced quickly from construct to construct, wary of the way they all moved. Something was happening behind them but he didn’t want to spend time pulling his attention away from their main goal. They had others keeping things handled.
He kept pace just behind Cynthus, ready to step in if one of the machines broke away to block their path. He gave her a quick grin, a little tense but still genuine.
“Keep moving. If one of those things comes after us, I’ll… construct a plan.”
He grimaced immediately. “Yeah, that was bad. Sorry. Stress joke.”
Hopefully the humor would help lessen some of the tension pressing in on all of them. He flexed his hand again, because while he didn’t have magic, he still had his fists. He wasn’t about to let Cynthus or Paradise or anyone else get cut up by those glass monsters. Not while he was breathing.
Character:Paradise, Squire of Cosmos Location: P9 > S6 HP: 75 Target: N/A Action: With Poe and Cynthus, heading toward the ramp. Damage/Healing/Buff/Debuff Done: N/A Enemy HP: N/A
Paradise laughed brightly at Poe’s joke, an earnest bubble of light. “Oh, don’t apologize,” she told Poe. “We need the laughter as much as the plans, I think.”
Her tone was playful, but her eyes stayed focused on everything around them. She noticed the way they shifted their attention to something happening on the other side of the field.
“I hope everyone is staying safe,” she breathed, mostly to Poe, but her voice lifted again when she spoke to Cynthus. “You’re leading us well, darling. Just a little farther! We’ll be right here with you.”
Especially since it looked like Amarynthos and Ephesus were heading their direction as well.
She gave Poe’s arm another squeeze. Not for her sake, but to assure him she trusted him, just as she trusted Cynthus’s confidence. For all the chaos around them, she refused to let her cheer fade.

Character:Sessrumnir, Knight of Jupiter Location: N9 > Q6 HP: 100 Target:Q5 Action: Using his sword and lethal magic on the Construct, hoping to remove an arm. Damage Done: 10 + 1d10 Enemy HP: 50 - 20 = 30
Sessrumnir glanced toward the movement approaching them. Amarynthos and Ephesus had made it to them, still a little wide-eyed, especially in Ephesus’s case, but determined. Brave kids. Brave… but still kids. Alastor was the solid pillar by his side, right where he belonged. Paradise had already pushed ahead with Poe and Cynthus, which at least meant she wasn’t in immediate danger.
He exhaled through his nose, drawing himself to focus. His stormglass shifted heavy in his hand, the chain pulling taut, until it lengthened into the solid length of a sword. Dangerous, yes… but with no one else in the way, he didn’t have to hold back.
“Stay close,” he said, voice low as the magic of the storm cleared. It wasn’t an order but rather a promise -- he would keep the danger away from them. All of them.
The construct ahead of them had turned towards the glow of the damaged core in Grieve’s hand, distracted, and Sessrumnir seized the opening. He charged, blade raised. The swing came down heavy, not just to wound, but to draw its attention. It was better if it turned on him rather than Amarynthos or Ephesus. He could take the hit. He’d done it before, and he could do it again.
If he was lucky, he would be able to sever an arm, and remove part of the danger.
“Alastor, watch the flank!” he called, trusting the Eternal to strike where the blade opened a weakness. The teenagers needed space, his mother and uncle and cousin did as well, and Sessrumnir would carve it out, even if it meant planting himself between them and every blow the construct had left.
The broadsword didn’t surprise him. Of course the Knight wasn’t going to stay cautious forever, despite his worrying over the others. Still, Lucien couldn’t help the faint twitch of his ears, the instinctive itch in his claws at the sight of Sessrumnir putting himself so squarely in harm’s way. Protective… always protective.
Lucien shook off the lingering ache of his energy beam and moved forward, keeping within reach but out of the way of the others.
“This is reckless,” he grumbled, though his pace quickened to match. Sessrumnir had thrown himself into the construct’s focus. Fine. Lucien would use that.
He ducked low beside the Knight’s heavy swing, claws raking along the weakened seam of plating. He snapped back after his strike landed, ears flat and tail lashing with irritation, doing his best to ignore the way energy had drained from him for his last attack. Still, keeping the constructs from turning on the young Moon Knights was the goal.
Quote:
Mauvian Claws: When struck by these enhanced claws, Lucien’s opponent will feel an itching, decaying sensation around the wound. Black quickly fills the veins surrounding the laceration, giving a horrible sensation as though the area was rotting away. The effects can last for ten seconds if the Mauvian is in their natural form or fifteen seconds if the Mauvian is in their humanoid or Senshi form, and will start to fade soon after, unless the player wants to take extended damage.

Character:Reims, Knight of Ganymede Location: I9 HP: 100 (shielded by Dering) IC Items: Article of Strength and Article of Resilience Target:I9 Action: Attacking the construct with his magic. Damage Done: 10 + 1 + 1d10 Enemy HP: 35 - 13 = 22
The construct’s club should have landed-- but instead, the blow dissipated in the mist, scattering against the circle of unicorns. Relief jumped through him so hard it left him breathless. Dering, of course. Always watching him, always covering the strike he hadn’t had time to block himself.
His grip tightened on his sword as he nodded to Dering. They didn’t need to speak to know what the other was thinking. Didn’t even need magical earrings like Ephesus and Amarynthos had. But it was clear in each others’ posture: I’ve got you.
He leapt back in, taking advantage of the opening Dering had bought him. His blade connected with the cracks already running through the construct’s arm, and color burst bright at the point of impact. Shards of glass whirled like sharp beaked birds, diving in to pick their prey out of the water, but in this case the glass tore along the exposed seam.
Movement pulled his attention back to where they’d been before, where the Senshi (Grieve) was pulling a sparking core free. Every construct seemed to be drawn to it at once, and Reims’ felt his instincts flare with alarm.
“Eyes up! Everyone-- look out!” he shouted, voice carrying over the sound of fighting and magic, but he stayed close to Dering, holding his ground between him and the nearest threat.
As long as the unicorns shielded him, he would stand guard over Dering in return.
Quote:
Knight magic: When Reims channels his magic, the lust for battle courses through him and his strength is increased, allowing him to hit twice as hard as he normally would. Every time his weapon makes contact, there is an extravagant burst of colorful light from his weapon, as if catching and shattering light even without a light source. The colorful light manifests into glass shards, always directed at his target. There are never more than three at a time, and no larger than his palm, that causes the sensation of moderate to severe lacerations. Players can choose to take lasting damage. His magic pool lasts for 45 seconds.

Character:Ephesus, Knight of the Moon Location: N9 > Q6 HP: 100 Target: Amarynthos Action: Healing magic on Amarynthos. Healing Done: 10 + 1d10 = 12 Enemy HP: N/A
The screech of metal against stone made him jolt like lightning had struck him, and then the blade was swinging for Amarynthos.
“Mary!” he cried, voice cracking as fear tightened his chest. Everything froze for him. The ramp, the battle, the others… it all disappeared. Nothing mattered but the Knight at his side.
He held onto Amarynthos tightly, quickly assessing the damage. Was it just his arm? It looked like the construct had gouged-- no, he wasn’t going to think about it. He needed to just use his magic. Ephesus clutched the ornate golden honey dipper so tightly that his fingers hurt. The magic at the end bloomed and rushed over the wound with an amber-gold glow.
“Please, just hold still,” he whispered, pressing his free hand against Amarynthos’ arm.
The honey-sweet scent filled the air, thick and warm. The taste touched the back of his tongue, and he knew Amarynthos would feel it too. The glow seeped into the wound, soothing the burn of the strike, knitting together what it could. He took a breath to calm himself, pressing gently back against the panic that bubbled inside him. Hope welled up to replace the fear. Ephesus tried taking hold of it, willing those good things to chase away the pain and keep Amarynthos safe.
“I’ve got you,” he promised, voice trembling but steady enough so he didn’t sound like he was about to break down. Even though he felt like he could have, if he didn’t have this opportunity to help and be useful. “I’ll make it okay. You’ll be okay.”
He didn’t dare lift his head. Not towards the ramp, not towards his fathers who were so close to them, but still fighting. For now, the only fight that mattered was the one against the wound beneath his hands.
Quote:
Powered Passive: When Ephesus is feeling hopeful and at peace, his freckles and hair will start to shimmer as if kissed by moonlight. This is subtle and does not offer enough light for Ephesus to see in the dark, but others may be able to see him. Those in close proximity to him while his passive ability is active may feel more at peace, or feel like it is safer for them to relax. If he is stressed or upset, the shimmering stops until he has calmed again.
Knight Magic: Channeled with the power of hope, Ephesus uses his magic to heal moderate burns and wounds. The longer he channels his magic, the faster the wound is healed. Major burns and wounds can be greatly aided, but not healed completely. He cannot heal life threatening injuries but he can stabilize them until proper medical treatment can be acquired.
The person experiencing the magic will have the distinct taste and smell of honey. Those who are usually averse to the smell and/or taste of honey won’t find it unpleasant. It has a calming effect, and fills the target with hope that everything will be okay. Any anxiety or emotional distress the target is feeling will also be tempered, or eased completely.

Character: Super Grieve of the Collapse Location: H12 -> H9 HP: 75 Target:Human Construct 5 in L6 Action: running and throwin Enemy HP: 50
Even the smallest, prettiest little things could be an awful ********' death once they were literally shoved into your chest. Finally getting the power core out, Grieve looked down at the thing in her hand with a triumphant expression that froze in toothy dismay. Well. <******** the little Gany boy could tell it was ******** intense, shifting light illuminated her already sharp features into jagged relief. And then...she sensed the focus of the other constructs on the field begin to shift and land on her. Or, hopefully, what was in her ********, ********, ********, <********>" Grieve snarled and chanted with urgency as she first took off running, eyes scanning the area. Picking out the one closest, with the least amount of bodies around it, she drew back her arm and threw the broken core at it with all her strength.
It went.
A bit.
Awry.

Character: Halle Knight of Lysithea Location: to k8 HP: 100 Target: b2 Action: trying to catch the bee core Damage/Healing/Buff/Debuff Done:success Enemy HP: 0
He hadn't meant Dering, who his brother had called out to, but it looked like he'd have to settle for calling Wonderwall "That Guy" for the time being. There were more pressing matters anyway, but who knows, maybe things would end up like on Hy-brasil, with everyone sitting down to rest and chat after.
Lisse, of course, decided that today was going to be a day where he was going to politely listen and then completely dismiss whatever Halle said. But at least he was giving reasons? That almost sounded very thoughtful as long as Halle didn't think too much about them.
In utter dismay he watched his brother pull off the delicate mechanical wings, and glanced around, hoping Tempesti hadn't noticed. Turning back, he caught a glimpse of the awful yellow senshi and what looked like a very broken and dangerous power core. That Guy shouting for everyone to look out had Halle dashing, not to avoid whatever was going on over there, but to catch the body and power core of falling bee construct before it hit the ground and got similarly damaged.
Sadly, it hit the ground.
Cradling it carefully in his hands, Halle ran after his brother and inspected the things to see if it'd gotten damaged. Passing by Dering and That Guy, he gave them both the universal Sports Guy nod of We're good!
Character:Chibi Super Sailor Oort Location: Moving from F6 to E9 HP: 75/75 Target: Bee Construct 1 Action: Awkwardly attacking Bee Construct 1 Damage Done: 3 Enemy HP: 17/20
Oort's lips curved up in a small, but faint smirk of his own as the stained glass-like humanoid construct started to falter under the effect of Oberon's magic.
Light played off its body in fractured bursts as its sluggish movements sent scattered reflections across the ground and its limbs started to sag slightly–
But his smirk soured into a small scowl, as the thing seemed to still have enough puff in it to heft the club in its hand.
“Oh no you don't” Oort muttered under his breath in a low voice laced with dry irritation as he tried to make a lunge at the arm with the club from the side.
He wasn't expecting or prepared for the sudden shift as the construct suddenly started moving towards something glittering over and off to the right in a chaotic kaleidescope of splintered colours and caught mid-lunge, Oort found himself heading at speed towards the bee-like construct instead.

Character:Sailor Monch of Popcorn! Location: moving to O7 HP: 50 Target: construct HC9 Action: moving forward and attacking a new construct Damage/Healing/Buff/Debuff Done: 12 Enemy HP:38
"Amazing!" Monch called out. "Everyone is doing so great! Way to shoot laser beams, Mister Mau! " Or maybe that should be Coach Mau? He certainly liked to call out the play, and seemed to be doing a good job of it!
"Way to depression it into submission! The rain probably made it even sadder!" She pumped her fist at the collective robot bullying. By the time the robot was brought down she was bouncing up and down in a fluffy of pink and white fluff.
"Sticks, kicks, and hit the bricks! We did it!"
Moving forward to get a better look at what was next, Monch shouted, pointing to another construct, "Let's keep this train running with a Pop off!" A single success was clearly enough to get the Popcorn Senshi worked up and raring to go just as much as Blarney!
Three large popcorn kernels fly at the target, and bursts into large buckets' worth of popcorn. The popcorn smells delicious and is edible for the duration of the magic. (Not filling, no effect beyond the magic's duration.) Damage: tiny stinging sensation, buttery irritation target: single (seeking - the attack will chase after a moving target) range: 10 feet (cast magic will fade and stop chasing at 30 feet) popcorn lasts: 30 seconds uses: 32 1 remaining
Character:Eternal Sailor Solaris Location: K9 to N6 HP: 100 Target: Bee Construct 3 ( J8 ) Action: Attack Damage: 10+1 + 4 = 15 Enemy HP: Bee Construct 3 :: 5 - 15= 0 IC Items: Article of Strength, Article of Resilience, Metallic Bracelet
The fact the humanoid construct fell was something of a relief--to the remaining buzzing one, she merely lifted her hand, a small spark forming at the tip of her finger before it shot off in a larger, basketball-sized orb at the thing. Her weakest magic, but judging by the way it seemed to have trouble flying...
Satisfied at least with that, Solaris glanced about, quickly locating the guys once more and trotting off in their direction. Wasn't close enough to fire off any magic at their target, anyway.
Quote:
Catalytic Spark She points her fingers with one hand like a 'gun' to direct her magic at a target. Snapping those fingers, Solaris creates a spark that stays in front of her hand. This spark is the catalyst for a rapidly growing flood of energy to pool into an expanding, fuzzy ball in front of her hand. It maxes out in size of about 9.5 inches diameter (the size of a basketball). This ball of golden, condensed light and energy then shoots out towards the target Solaris' pointer finger is directed at. The ball can travel up to ten feet before exploding and dispersing, even if it hasn't hit a target by that point. Anyone hit by the ball itself, or the resulting explosion, are subject to blunt force damage and rapid, high heat when the ball explodes that last for only five seconds. The extent of the damage is up to the player, at minimum should cause small bruises, and redness on exposed skin from the heat. Solaris can use this magic up to three times a day.
Tempesti was only vaguely aware of the knight’s (Lisse) efforts to remove the wings from one of the bee constructs. Under the circumstances, she couldn’t bring herself to object. These machines seemed pretty good at taking care of themselves, and if they couldn’t manage to repair that, she could give it a try. The constructs’ interest in the core the colorful deep space senshi (Grieve) threw definitely felt like a more pressing matter than future repairs. Sidestepping the construct directly ahead of her (HC9) she positioned herself as best she could among the cluster of automata.
On Vengeful Wings!
This was her first time using this new ability on an actual opponent, hopefully it was some help.
(Rolling for attempt to knock the construct to the ground) It was a relief when that first pain in the balls construct crumpled to the ground. His kick had definitely been a defining factor, of course. He snickered slightly at his own self-aggrandizing wishful thinking as he sprinted in the general direction of whatever it was Tempesti was up to with those lightning bolts and flapping women.
The novelty of seeing her abilities in action wasn’t lost on him, he imagined that Tempesti sparking up inside his palace would have needled at ye olde Basileus like a stinging insect trapped in his smallclothes. The mental image made him smile, no matter how long it had been. His memory was mercilessly long so he had to take his pleasures where he could.
Reaching his destination, he maneuvered around the construct’s (HC9) other assailants. If he could tackle it to the ground, that would make finishing it that much easier. If not, at least he might deal some blunt force trauma.
