Bix threw a party to get to know the other hunters. It was a little awkward, considering they're all older than me - and most act as though they're wiser too - but other than that, it was all right.

Bix shot at me. He SHOT at me, and tried to goad me into sparring with him.
Except I'm not so sure how well "sparring" goes when one has a sniper rifle and the other a bow and arrow.
Needless to say, we were both rather tired by the end of that particular fight.

During one of the fights we had, there was this pendant - one that I had never seen before. Apparently it controlled another one, and with it, held the ability to control whoever was wearing it. I did not understand, and I still don't - Bix was angry, and Before was more cold and furious than I have ever seen him previously.
He said he'd tell me later - so here's his chance to explain.
