Serenity met up with a childhood friend, Trevor, and got ice cream together. They talked about their schools and their futures. However, time ran short and Serenity had to dash off.
In which Serenity meets up with her new girlfriend, Lila, and go on a date. During the date, Serenity offers to share an apartment with Lila! Lots of awkward cuteness between the two of them resulting in Serenity always blushing and fumbling for words.
In which Machholz has her first battle against the Corrupted Senshi Acanthite. Against all luck, Acanthite is also having her fight. It ends, pretty much when Machholz ran out of energy to continue. No one won or lost this fight.
She'd done it. She had really done it. Graduation happened and she was a 'legal adult' now. The petite teenage flopped on the bed of her room in her parents home and just closed her eyes. Shew as still in her graduation gown. Mommy and daddy hadn't shown up, no real surprise there. They were usually too busy for her. But at least they sent the maid to drop off her brand new graduation car! It's not like it was a decent substitute for them, but hey, she could now drive around Destiny City in something she owned. The title was in her name, the paper work done, the first year of insurance was paid for so all she had to do was keep up with gas and engine work, she supposed.
Sighing heavily, she sat up on her bed and yanked that ugly blue gown off. Despite the uniform being adorable, they had dreadful taste in fabrics for this gown. Still, she pulled it into her lap, thumbed the material that was basically all synthetic and gave a little smile. She had good memories at that school. It was going to be weird come May when school was back in but she wasn't going. She wouldn't see the people she called friends anymore. Not every day like she was used to.
Getting off her bed, she took the hanger and hung that graduation gown back up, putting it in the clear plastic and hung it up on the back of her door. Now dressed in a short skirt and tank top, she put her hands behind her back and just turned on her heel to look around. Books she bought for school scattered everywhere, note books full of math, science, history... Sketch books, pens and pencils scattered her study desk. Biting down on her bottom lip, Serenity moved over to tidy up. Things were going to be different.
There wouldn't be any need to rush out of the door at seven AM anymore, she could enjoy summer to it's fullest at the beach, enjoying it with the other graduates who realized they could stay longer. In the back of her mind she wondered if that meant the parties were going to be more wild. With that in her head, she smirked and ran her fingers over the Year Book and shrugged. It was too early to reminisce, she thought to herself. Graduation only happened a few hours ago. She flopped back on her bed and just sighed heavily, grinning from ear to ear. She could nap now if she wanted to. With her exhausting day of nerves and her diploma with the butler to be framed, Serenity was heavily considering it. Rolling to her side, her eyes slipped closed and she just let her body go lax. With the warm evening sun beaming down on her through her window, she fell into a very happy, content sleep.
She'd met a girl at the beach. A tall, beautiful girl with fashion to die for. Delilah could have been a super model with how slender she was, how perfect she was. Serenity was completely head over heels in like with her already. She was fun to talk to, easy to talk to, most of all. She and Lila had spent hours just talking and swimming. They tried to play a bit of volleyball until they both realized how not much of a volleyball person Serenity was. Despite being an excellent ice skater, grace on sand was a completely different skill.
She'd gone home after the gathering, after the fireworks and looked through the pictures she'd taken with her new friend. They were covered in sand in one of them. That was after they both, basically, face planted in the sand in their athletic attempt for the season. In the second one they were by what wasn't a very impressive sand castle, but Serenity was still really proud of it. It was the best sand castle she's built to date! Not that she went around and built a lot of sand castles, but still. This one had taken a lot of effort and she had someone else helping her this time around. Sliding her thumb across the screen of her phone, she laughed at the next picture. Serenity'd managed to get ice cream everywhere and Lila was just kind of staring at her with this confused 'how did you even do that' sort of look on her face.
She would swear up and down that it was because of a rogue volleyball. It sailed in from out of no where and came THIS close to hitting her in the face. Okay, so it'd actually landed a couple feet away, but Serenity was not one for balls flying at her face. ...Yeah. Rolling her eyes at herself, she flipped over onto her back, very much on her bed and hummed as she flipped through more pictures.
Sernity and Lila eating more food, Lila playing in the shallow part of the water at sunset. Then it came time for the fireworks. The two had actually cuddled with each other on their blankets as they watched the fireworks. Serenity had only managed to snap one picture before everything started, but it was one of her favorites. They were both tired, happy, and looked very much like a couple instead of like two girls who'd just met. For Serenity, she could act so natural around the other, so completely herself. She'd even managed to get Lila's number AND scheduled an date with her. She bit down on her nail as she spread her arms out on either side of her, staring up at her ceiling.
Things were about to get interesting.

"On Patrol"

She'd 'powered up' for the first time without anyone around. Just to walk around, get a feel for the clothing, figuring out how to move. She was trying to figure out how to do things on her own. ********* did say she she could do it herself or attempt to find some sort of Senshi trainer? Teacher? Something like that to help her. The yoga she took just wasn't doing the trick.
Her black heels clicked down the alley she was taking. It was late night in Destiny City, and it seemed to be pretty quiet. Since that winter before she met Lila, Serenity didn't power up often. However, she did feel weird around certain area's she passed. Natural instinct took over and she usually avoided those places instead of going to investigate for youma. Now she was Machholz and she had to take things seriously. If she felt any of those off putting energies, she would investigate instead of avoiding. At least that's what she told herself. It'd be very hard to actually do that because she'd always run from her problems, or bought her way through them... or even just pouted and threw a fit. Flirted..
Either way, she avoided conflict any way she could in her life because she really hated it.
"Then why did I have to become a Senshi?" She asked herself, kicking at a can as she growled. Her arms crossed and she felt the bracelets and lace gloves rub up against her arm, causing them to itch a little, so she just threw her hands to her sides with a snort. Stupid senshi clothing. Stupid everything! That can caused quite the clatter and she winced before tensing up and glancing around. Right now Machholz knew she was completely vulnerable to attack, not knowing what she was doing.
She spent hours patrolling the dark alleys. That's where evil liked to hang, right? In dark alley ways away from the light? That's what she always read in books. Evil was creeping and lurking, waiting for some idiot drunk, little kid, or hooker to round their corner and then pounce on them. Maybe she just read too much. Whatever. Tonight she wasn't getting anything, no energies, weird vibes, or even looks. There was the occasional cat jumping in and out of trashcans, knocking them over. There was a drunk somewhere singing. She heard laughter, which made her think he was with his friends, and therefore, safe. Who would attack a large group of people?
Dumb people that's who. But were youma people? "I've got to find a teacher.." With that spoke out loud, Maccholz jumped her way to a roof of a bar and rested there for a minute before making her way back home.
"Did I really just do that?" She squeaked into her pillow, whining and squirming. Serenity was utterly embarrassed. She might be a Senshi, but she was still a normal teenage girl who was easily embarrassed since this was her first real relationship. She may have had flirting relationships off and on, but nothing like this. Serenity was serious about Lila, She really liked the other girl, enjoyed talking to her, enjoyed being around her. It was natural that she'd want to move in with her. It'd give the time to get to know each other, and help each other out. They wouldn't have to put out ads for room mates and get potentially creepy people answering it. With a sigh, she hugged her pillow to her chest and rolled over on her back, staring once more at her ceiling. Her parents were thrilled she'd be moving out. She had savings, she would get money from them if she absolutely needed it, so they weren't worried about her.
That didn't mean Serenity wasn't worried about herself. Working was hard. Being a normal member of society was hard, especially when she had expensive fashion taste and had to help protect the world from evil. Top that all off with balancing a room mate who was your girlfriend and potential best friend and she had herself an overly full plate. Well, it wasn't like she had a job yet, but she was going to get one! She had a lead, one of her friends' mothers worked for this amazing little boutique. It'd be hard to not spend her whole paycheck there, but she figured once she had bills, actual bills that mommy and daddy wouldn't pay for, she would end up remembering about it.
Phone bill, lights, water, gas.. "Why did I say that? I'm not ready to leave!" She threw her hands and feet into the air in a mini tantrum before whining and rolling back and forth on her bed, whining loudly. "The one time I try to impress, the one time I actually have to follow through and move out." Those words were horrible!
With all of her rolling, Serenity didn't notice how close to the edge of the bed she was and ended up rolling off with a loud clatter. "O-ow.." Her head had hit the night stand and she grumbled, flopping down on the carpeted floor. "How am I going to do this...?" Finding an apartment would be fairly easy. Lila would help her. Something with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen at a fairly cheap price, but nothing run down looking. Serenity wouldn't settle for anything with mold, water stains, stains on the carpet, or anything like that. She wanted a new apartment for cheap.
Good luck there.
She pulled her laptop from the spot under the bed and sat up. Now she'd look for apartments. Serenity would call Lila if she found anything good.
Serenity ran a hand through her hair as she breathed deeply. The promise of snow hung in the air, causing the pale girl to smile wide. Sitting at her window, she looked out at the dead trees, the frost on the ground, and just relaxed. Winter. Winter was here, and it was going to be a cold, long one. The longer it was, the more she could skate, the more she could improve. She let out a soft laugh and bit down on her lip, getting really excited.
Throwing the blanket off her lap, Serenity headed to her closet and pulled out one of her favorite fall outfits. A pair of tight black pants, a long, sweater shirt that was a dress on her; it was knit, so it breathed as well as kept her warm. The shirt was blue and purple and white, and full of swirls. She pulled that on first before grabbing a brown belt to cinch around her waist, and then tugged on her socks and a pair of boots that were the same color as the belt. With that done, she grabbed her hate and a light coat before she ran out the door.
The lake wasn't frozen yet, but she couldn't resist going outside and just being in the cold air. Serenity thrived in this weather; it was her favorite of all weather. Cold, nippy, just before the snow. Of course, she loved it when it snowed because she could skate, but the beginning of winter, the promise of the first snow fall... She wanted to be in it. Maybe she could call Lila, get her out here with her. Share the first snow. But at the same time, she didn't want to. Swallowing a little, she fought with herself and then pushed her hat back before humming. No, she wouldn't call Lila. This was her special time of year. Walking into her front yard, Serenity let purposely sought out piles of leaves to crunch in.
Her gardeners had gathered up all the leaves, raking, but she was still child at heart. When she came across one of the bigger piles, her pale blue eyes looked this way and that before biting on her lip. Backing up, Serenity got far enough away and took off at a full run before leaping into the pile of leaves, sending them flying this way and that, relishing in how they crunched under her. With a laugh, she buried herself in those brown and red and yellow leaves, hiding herself for a moment before springing out and making growling, zombie noises like she'd done when she was younger. Giggling to herself, she pulled the leaves all around her now, making herself a nice, little bed. It was bitter outside, cold and the sky was dark with heavy gray clouds, but she didn't care. If it snowed, it would snow on her and all would be right with the world.

11.15.13 - Your Poison - Erythrite - Die Fluegel der Freiheit
Her second fight, but her first one against a Negaverse Lieutenant. She won this fight, but only just, and because Erytrite's run away. From he first taste of Negaverse, she already knows she absolutely loathes them, and would, even if ********* hadn't told her they were the enemy.
