Trevor hummed quietly to himself as he waited outside the ice cream parlour for Serenity, it had been a long time since he ever saw Serenity, last he saw her they were around 5-6 years old. He wondered what she was up to lately. Though it seemed as they grew they went their separate ways. He glanced at his watch to check the time. He ran a hand through his hair and lightly smoothed out his outfit which was appropriate for the weather today. He was wearing a light blue sleeveless shirt and a white vest-like shirt over it with blue jeans, white sneakers that looked brand new and a dual necklace.
Besides he figured going out for ice cream would be a good way to relax and take a break from school work and his practices. Usually, Serenity would arrive on time but this time he didn't mind her being a tad late. He saw her every once in awhile and she loved looking fashionable.

Serenity came running up to the ice cream parlor, panting as she did. Her pale cheeks were red, hair down around her shoulders in a kind of disarray. She was running a bit late for the meeting with her childhood friend. They'd lost touch years ago, but now she wanted to rekindle the friendship. When she saw, who she thought, was him, she bent over in front of him, hands on her knees catching her breath.
She was wearing a skirt that stopped just above her knees, a pair of leggings that had music notes on them, some plain black flats with white bows and a comfortable short sleeved button down shirt with a tank top over it. Layers were totally in right now.
"S-sorry I'm late," she murmured as she stood up. Her face was beet red now, and she started to fan herself with her hands. "Studies ran late!"

Trevor held back a light chuckle and giving her a moment or two to catch her breath "Serenity..you didn't need to rush and run over..I wouldn't have been mad if you were late" he told her with a smile. He glanced at her and nodded his head "understandable...but really you didn't have to run all the way here" he told her lightly brushing out the hair that got in her face. Well, she has definitely grown into a lovely lady.
He patted her on the shoulder lightly "Its fine..really" he put in "I know what will make your day better..how about some Ice cream?!" he told her with a grin. He knew she loved sweets and what better way to enjoy sweets and a catch up day but Ice cream. He tilted his head as he noticed her face red "are you okay? do you need some water?" he asked concerned.

The movement of him brushing hair out of her face, caught the petite girl by surprise. A flush came to her cheeks and she gave a little laugh before shrugging. "Yes, well," Serenity started, "I didn't want to be rude and leave you waiting around all day! The studies could have gone on for hours and hours!" A laugh bubbled from her before he mentioned ice cream. So he did know a way to Serenity's heart! Nodding, she gave a little, nervous laugh and bit down on her lip. "Ice cream is definitely something I want right now." Then he questioned if she was alright. "I'm fine, I'm fine, Trevor. Really! I've ran more in malls. But inside a mall is usually air conditioned," another giggle came from her as she looked around, and then looked Trevor over. He'd really grown up. He was a man now, or so it felt like, because it'd been a while. "Lead the way~" The tone was sing-songy and light right now, showing just how fine she was.

Trevor smiles at her once she said she was okay "i wouldn't have minded waiting around all day, besides its been a long time since we last saw each other. Which was years ago" he told her with a light nod. He thoughtfully pondered over something, before he shook his head and came back to reality.
" well, we don't actually have to go anywhere, because its right here" he said gesturing to the ice cream parlour he was standing outside of. He pushed open the door " after you" he told her.

Of course she would make herself look like a total idiot. Laughing a little at her foolishness, her cheeks once again dawned the scarlet color of a blush. Clearing her throat, she moved in parlour after he held the door opened and gave him a polite thank you. Once inside, however, Serenity as like a child all over again. She got really excited and practically pushed herself against the glass separating her from her beloved ice cream. She wanted everything they had. All in one bowl. Or one cone. Or just on one table, would have been fine with her. "How do you possibly chose only a few flavors to pick from?" she asked herself. Honestly, Serenity didn't know how much of an idiot she looked like, or a pig.

Trevor walked into the ice cream parlour after her, the door closing behind the two and he held back a chuckle as she pushed herself against the glass between her and the ice cream. He looked at the flavors and tapped his chin lightly. Pondering what flavor to get, it was hard to decide with such limited choices.
After a few seconds he decided on his flavor and walked up to the counter and told the employee that he wanted a double scoop, one of chocolate and one of vanilla on a cone. He glanced over at Serenity who was still deciding,he smiled as he waited patiently for her to decide.

When Trevor went ahead and ordered, she bit down on her lip and sighed. She ordered a bowl with a scoop of three ice creams. Chocolate, mint chocolate and cookies and cream. Enough sugar to send any diabetic into a coma. Laughing a little to herself, she put her hands behind her back and looked the black haired teen over. "You've grown so much. It's almost hard to believe that you're the same boy." She shifted to sit at one of the small tables, testing how sticky it was with a finger. Wrinkling her nose at the bit of stickiness, she just put her hands on her lap and looked at him, expecting him to come sit with her. The workers could bring them their ice cream. At least, she assumed that was their job, besides scooping and cleaning. She wouldn't really know. After all, Serenity had never worked a day in her life.

Trevor took his cone from the worker and set down Serenity's ice cream and paid the worker before taking a spoon setting it in her ice cream and then picked up Serenity's ice cream and walked over to the table and sat down pushing her bowl towards her. He chuckled lightly "nope, im still the same boy" he said.
He looked at Serenity eyeing her lightly "you've grown so much as well, still the same girl back then. A girl into fashion and cleanliness" he grinned. Before licking his ice cream so it didn't run over the edge of the cone.

Serenity shrugged a bit as he talked and then just gave him a little grin. "Well, cleanliness show how much you care about yourself, and so does fashion. After all, you only get one body. Why not let it look it's absolute best?" That's not to say she didn't have things about her body she liked. Like her upper legs, and her ears that seemed to stick out no matter what. "So, I take it you've been doing well? You look like you have.. Tell me, what're you doing these days?"

Trevor chuckles lightly before agreeing with him "that is a very true fact" he said thoughtfully as he licked his ice cream. He lightly shifted his position so he was more comfortable, he wasn't use to sitting in one spot for very long.
"I've been very well, thank you for asking. Well, lets see..I'm attending Destiny City College on a sports scholarship. I also run outside of school to keep myself active and fit" he told her and tilted his head "What have you been doing lately?" he asked her.

Again, she listen to Trevor and shook her head at the questions. "Mn.." She swallowed a bit of her sweet snack before talking. "I'm attending my last year at Crystal Academy before I move on to... I don't know, maybe college, maybe find myself a job. I really want to move out on my own and not live with my parents." She laughed a little at the sound of it. She was so spoiled by her parent's money. She knew that much. Serenity was a trust-fund baby through and through, so working wasn't her strong suit at all. "I'm thinking of getting a job in a boutique so I can at least be in a field I know. Fashion." She gave him a little wink as she stirred her ice cream around in the cup. It needed to melt a bit more. "Other than school? I've made a few new friends. All of them way taller than me! Not that it's really hard to imagine. I'm rather short."

Trevor nodded his head as he listened to her "Sounds like you, have an idea of what you would like to do for a career. You would make a good fashion designer" he informed her as he licked at his ice cream once again. "well, making friends is always good to you at least have a good support other than your parents" he told her. He himself had never actually taken up a job either mainly because he was more of an athlete then anything else.
But he did have money to spend to buy the necessities of living on his own, he liked the independence and it gave him a more quiet environment to work on his homework. All the while keeping fit.

"Oh, mother and father are always busy. That's why they give me the money they do. To make up for always being busy and leaving me with the maid." She laughed and shrugged. "But it doesn't bother me too much... I love our maid. She's a very sweet lady." The spoon went back into Serenity's mouth as she hummed, her foot tapping on the floor lightly. She was rather enjoying this day. "One day I want to live on my own... But not yet I want to graduate first, you know? Last year and everything. Then I'll be off to college in my very first apartment. ...If I can find a room mate. I don't do well alone."

Trevor nodded his head as she talked "that makes sense, me..I live on my own in my University dorm room, don't have a room mate just yet" he said and thought about it "although I do enjoy having some quiet time to myself to reflect and do homework" he explained taking another lick of his ice cream. "I bet you must be excited to graduate, although if you do have a friend that you know would like to be your room mate you should ask them" he told her nodding his head/
