Fishing. Again. Shunning Gunn's advice on the dangerous of blasting out strange auras in an attempt to attract new people, the cat woman was, yet again, running around as a humanoid Mauvian doing her best to draw attention to herself before flopping back on a picnic table.
Sometimes she drew more attention than she wanted. Sometimes nights were incredibly boring.
This was turning out to be one of those nights. Probably. She hadn't been keeping track of the time, but it was cold, and lonely, and she wanted someone appear so she could shift to a warmer form than the bare armed, bare footed cat girl. Even the flowing purple overlay did not help in the wake of Destiny City's winter.
"Why is it so quiet?" She wailed, dramatically laying on the table with her head flopped over the edge.
"Someone come out and play already!"Saint Sergio Short, quicky start, sorry!

She had been patrolling when she noticed an unusual ...person walking around. The ears and tail made Machholz curious. She didn't pick up any youma feelings from this woman, and yet she was obviously not a human. So it put her on alert. The only feline she'd met was *********, and well... ********* didn't exactly give her much information to go on, said she was a busy cat and all that. Then the cat girl flopped over and laid own on a table and Machholz jumped up onto a street light to get a better look at her. She had seen stranger things than a girl with obvious cat ears. Maybe they were those cute headbands she'd seen in the stores lately. She was... playful? Wanted company? Her white hair rustled as she tilted her head before jumping down in front of the table, hands behind her back. "That can be a very dangerous thing to ask, you know," Machholz said, stepping forward and then pausing, smiling a little. "Not everyone out at this time is a good guy." Yeah, understatement of the century here. "But, you're in luck! I'm one of the good guys! I can play if you want!"

The cat woman sat up as soon as she became aware of another presence. She wasn't a Negaverser or a knight but she was a new face and that was good enough.
Instantly, she powered down into a form that wasn't leaking a massive amount of mirror energy into the world. And not to her usual civilian form. It was cold. It was winter. And suddenly Machholz was faced with a large, slightly chubby Norwegian Forest cat, extra fluffy with a winter coat and a deep purple crescent moon on her forehead.
Cat floof was much more effective for warming up than whatever sweater her civilian form had left the house in.
"I think my aura yells a lot louder than I ever could!" She announced with a laugh, sinking into her own fluffy coat. Warm, so much more warm.
She then took stock of what her fishing attempt had drudged up. Even at her age, the senshi was younger than most of the powered folks she messed around with. And she was adorable.
"Who are you?" She asked, tail flicking behind her.

When the woman turned into a fluffy, chubby cat, Machholz let out a girlish squeal and rushed over to pick her up and just hefted her up and nuzzled her face into that beautiful fur. "You're so, so cute!" She couldn't help but giggle as she sat down on the table and put the cat into her lap before answering the question. "Sailor Machholz, Senshi of Poison. You're... like *********! ********* the one that... ah, started me off like this. I guess. I don't know what it's called, proper terms and all that, but. You're just another fluffy talking kitty." Her painted nails scratched the cat behind the head and giggled a little more, humming. Honestly, she couldn't help this reaction, it was a cat! Serenity adored cats of all shapes and sizes. They were cats and she would pet them and hug them. Besides, so far, this one didn't seem that bad. "You're so fluffy and cute! I could just hold you all day!"

"O-oh... Hello!" After spending two years as a cat, Zia's human form had some trouble with social boundaries because of all the touching and petting that was normal when you were a fluffy animal. And yet, somehow, she had forgotten the origin of this issue, which was that people generally had no problem initiating physical contact with cats.
And yet she couldn't really say anything because she was instantly distracted with the ear scratching and nuzzling, causing the large housecat to sink back into her own fluff which had the benefit of being gathered up in Machholz's arms.
"Poison's an interesting sphere," She purred, trying not to get distracted.
"Oh, yes. ********* gets around. I can't awaken senshi like her or the other cats with the stars on their heads," She informed, pushing her head into Machholz's hand to assist with her own petting.
"I have my own tricks ********* can't do, though," She added, and changed again to a 20-ish year old human woman in the poor senshi's lap, petting the girl's white hair like it was totally normal.
Zia was kind of ornery about her little shapeshifting tricks.

She honestly couldn't help herself. Machholz was a feline person and ran up to random cats a lot to just pet them and talk with them. Her painted nails continued the scratching and just giggled lightly. "So there are differences in talking cats?" That was interesting. Well, why wouldn't there be, honestly? There were different breeds of normal cats, so why not the talking ones? Machholz found her own question silly and tried to cover it up before she Zia shifted. Machholz blinked when she realized she had a woman in her lap and let her cheeks flush before she just laughed a bit and shrugged. Well then! "Oh, I see! So you... do this at will? Oh, how neat! I wish I could do that. Change into a feline and just go unnoticed for a while." It would be so nice in certain situations. She kicked her legs a little, not seeming to mind the other in her lap. "********* was nice, but she was off again in a hurry. Are.. there a lot of senshi that have to be awakened?"

"Most cats can awaken," Zia said in an almost flat tone compared to her chipper attitude earlier and slid off Machholz's lap to sit next to her and lean over, petting the girl's light hair with no qualms about the lack of physical contact.
Some things were more appropriate in one form than the other, but damned if she could tell the difference.
"Actually all of them except me, I don't belong here, so I don't know senshi names like they do."
She shrugged a little. "Probably. There's a lot of Chaos in this universe, it usually means more soldiers need to awaken to keep balance."

"I see." Not really, but that was alright. She was still learning a lot of things. "What do you mean you don't belong here? Like, you don't know why you are here or you literally do not belong here?" Her pale eyes blinked a few times at the petting but it was alright. Machholz didn't mind the contact so much right now. Then her question was answered and she tilted her head lightly and nodded. That sounded right. "Well, I'll do my best to help the balance tip in our favor." While she didn't sound too confident about it, she didn't sound as scared as she would have been months ago.

"No, I mean I am a mirror walker from the Black Kingdom and I am in the wrong universe in spacetime and I can't awaken these senshi because I have no connection to anything," She announced, raising one hand to the sky as if to gesture at the entire universe.
She may have still had some residual disdain for the White Moon kingdom and the universe it resided in. Because it would always be inferior to her universe.
"Aw, good girl," She said, giving the little senshi's shoulder a light pat. "It's really important that you keep fighting, and keep up a good attitude. Despair leads to corruption."

Black Kingdom... another thing someone hasn't explained to her. The senshi hummed a little and nodded absently. So she wasn't supposed to be here yet here she was. Machholz tilted her head to the side as she watched the girl in her lap and then just grinned. "You can make connections here. On Earth. There's lots of people around to find your place here. Not.. Ah, not that you have to, but it was an idea." Being alone wasn't something Machholz liked to do, so she couldn't imagine anyone wanting to be alone. It was too sad for her. When her shoulder was patted, the senshi laughed a little and nodded. "I will keep my hope and strength up!"

"Oh, um," She glanced down and fiddled with her sleeves a bit. "I do! I mean, I try. It's hard, because I'm not really um... in tune with the White Moon senshi. I can' awaken them, I have no idea how henshin pens work or senshi phones I just... can't help much. Unless it's time for a senshi to upgrade, I can do that with a bit of starseed turning, but..." She shrugged and laughed.
"I'm not a very good cat. I'm pretty useless to senshi. And the Dark Mirror Court remains an issue."

Machholz frowned hard when the cat started saying she was useless. Her arms slipped around the other tightly and she held her tightly. "No, no more of that kind of talk. Everyone has a place, is what I believe. Even if you can't find it for a while, there's a place for you. Until then just do the best you can with what you can do and everything will be okay." She giggled after that and moved her hands behind Zia's ears, humming to herself. "Ah... I should probably get back to patrolling soon..." The night was wasting away, wasn't it? As much as the senshi wanted to stay and play, she had to pull her own weight.
