Deus Ex Machina Mission Report Form (( Carol of the Bells )) Name: Ofelia Tanner Division: Sun Hunter Status: Intermediate Mission ranking: External Mission Status of mission: Success, if only because attacking force was deterred and no causalities were suffered.
While investigating a strange gas seemed to seep from the ground when one [ Jake Cross ] stepped on a certain patch of earth. No prior warning had been given at this time to the attack, although all three investigating hunters reported hearing music with an unknown source. No other anomalies to be recorded.
Additional points of extreme importance: Gas seems to be set off at random intervals while walking. It causes extreme hallucinations in all who inhale and creates a web of attacking beings that are unable to be properly seen.
As this gas came out of no where and was dispurssed through force it is unknown what has caused it though the symptoms it produced are very similar to Insanity. Further case study is requested. Commendations or warnings: I shouldn't be allowed to lead missions again, as my inability to do anything but follow orders is apparent. Sun is the proper division where I belong since I am incapable of anything else I agree that by signing this, all information above is accurate and can be used for or against me:

But the fog made things confusing. :c I agree that by signing this, all information above is accurate and can be used for or against me: Solia Delacroix

Deus Ex Machina Mission Report Form (( Carol of the Bells )) Name: Jake Cross Division: Death Status: Trainee Mission ranking: External Mission Status of mission: Success.
Fog/gas creature decimated and dealt with. Pod lights may stop randomly flickering now, or something.
Additional points of extreme importance: Gas seems to be some kind of hallucinogen. If inhaled, you will start seeing weird apparitions, which will retaliate against any attack. It seems to not pay you any mind should you not attack it.
Commendations or warnings: Ofelia's a crappy leader, and Melvin needs an actual weapon. I think his toy gun is broken. Personal faults aside, the mission was a success only because everyone managed to work as a team, taking turns to defend the Sun hunter from the creature's attacks as she struck it down. Without this tactic, we'd probably would have failed. So I guess she deserves some commendation there. Some.

Deus Ex Machina Mission Report Form (( We Three Kings )) Name: Ofelia Tanner Division: Sun Status: Intermediate Trainee Mission ranking: External Mission Status of mission: Success.
Mysterious fog reappeared once more, this time triggered by my own actions, and it caused the same mental simulations as before. This time it incorporated dolls into its work, as evident by the nature of the island. Additional points of extreme importance: As before, unable to properly establish the cause of the mist nor any lingering side effects. Commendations or warnings: William Reid is an excellent damage dealer in terms of action and followed orders well, even offering suggestions. I recommend that Jake Cross be transfer to the Moon division due to his high ability at defensive action and low ability in combat action. Same fog/gas creature from the previous mission. Also dealt with and dissipated.
Additional points of extreme importance: People really need to watch where they walk. It seems the creature is triggered by stepping on some crack. Same hallucinatory effects, creature will retaliate if attacked.
Commendations or warnings: None.

Deus Ex Machina Mission Report Form ((Screaming Cold)) Name: Madison McKenzie Division: Death Status: Intermediate Trainee Mission ranking: External Mission Status of mission: Failure. Halloween creature encountered, performing Horseman FEAR-gathering rituals in Alaska. Was unable to dispatch creature prior to her vanishing. Additional points of extreme importance: Halloween creatures - ordinary ones - are currently working with Horsemen and under their orders. Commendations or warnings: Some Death trainee was a total a** and ignored a suggestion that could have changed the mission's outcome. Unfortunately I don't know his name, but if I saw him again... Deus Ex Machina Mission Report Form ((Hazardous Radiation Levels Detected)) Name: Madison McKenzie Division: Death Status: Intermediate Trainee Mission ranking: External Mission Status of mission: Conditional success - successfully put down a freak abomination, but gained little data on its purpose or the state of the area due to one participant's collapse. Additional points of extreme importance: Area is obviously extremely hazardous. Can we at least get some kind of radiation detector thing or something?! Commendations or warnings: None. Deus Ex Machina Mission Report Form [ What Dreams May Come / The World That Never Was ] Name: Amalie Raine Division: Life Status: Int Hunter Mission ranking: Promotion. Status of mission: Success. I entered a dream-like state. A voice prompted my actions, I was told to choose between a sword, staff and shield. Small shadowy creatures attacked, defeated. Some sort of doppleganger/mirror image of myself attacked, but it was defeated. Bonded weapon recovered in real world, somehow. Additional points of extreme importance: Extreme importance: weaponless upon arrival. Unknown if this was due to my ... prior condition or not. - Doppleganger considered highly dangerous. Knowing one's physical weaknesses before going in is helpful. Commendations or warnings: --- I agree that by signing this, all information above is accurate and can be used for or against me:

Deus Ex Machina Mission Report Form What Dreams May Come | Cake Name: Before Division: Mist Status: Hunter Mission ranking: Promotion Mission Status of mission: Success - Went to an induced sleep near Excalibur. Did not die in my sleep. Woke up feeling sore but at the same time satisfied and maybe stronger. Additional points of extreme importance: There was a Voice, and a choice of weapons, and fighting things off. Then I had to fight myself. I don't think this was the first time I encountered a double of me. Commendations or warnings: How often is this going to happen? Are there safeguards or psychological techniques to overcome these things sooner? Maybe Deus could do more psyche tests and practice on top of physical training? Deus Ex Machina Mission Report Form Mission Orders What Dreams May Come Interviews Name: Melvin M. Wood Division: Life Status: Trainee Mission ranking: Promotion Mission Status of mission: Interviewed Hunters Before, Amalie Raine, and Ofelia Tanner. All members report of being weaponless and fighting their own selves. There were no reports of others present, however they were fighting with other weapons other than their own in the form of a sword, staff, or shield. The area was reported by Ofelia to be made of some form of stained glass while Ami Raine reported there being a pillar of similar glass in her dream. While summoning weapons was prevented in the dream, the copy of each hunter wielded a altered form of their actual summoned weapon and fought each other. Dreams were reported of being vivid to the point of feeling pain, and the hunter copies could speak but did not use any charges. Hunters reported being successful in defeating their copies before waking up. Ofelia Tanner reported hearing a Voice speaking in her dream. Additional points of extreme importance: All Hunters interviewed woke up groggy but otherwise unharmed. Commendations or warnings: None I agree that by signing this, all information above is accurate and can be used for or against me:
