General FaustiteHP: 90/100 Damage to Blights: 10 + 6 + 1 - 5 = 12; 1 left at 2/5 Faustite hissed, then cursed with a sizzling undertone as the creature ensnared and drained him. The burning thing fought to free himself, and once he was released, his fire burned all the dimmer for it. After a few heavy breaths, he turned his anger on the globs of enemy that had the audacity to spring on him now.
It mentioned other birthplaces. Mentioned growing into what it was now, when it was once sourceless and mindless. Mentioned that it gained power from above.
From above. Hadn't the senshi from before mentioned this creature on other worlds? So this thing was birthed there, and senshi and Knights had the audacity to drag it back to earth. To waste Negaverse resources to clean up a mess that they couldn't handle alone. They could do nothing about their circumstances for now, but this would be going into the Database.
"Albite, try draining it. Heliodor, look for another way to damage it. If it can drain us all at once, we're feeding it by staying here!"Super NiterHP: 47/75 Damage to Blights: 8 + 6 - 5 = 9; 1 dead, 1 at 1/5, 1 at 5/5 This was too much. Niter felt isolated with no one else for backup, and his magic was sufficiently useless that there was no reason to even attempt it here. Looking for allies hadn't panned out; the agents from before had moved, and Niter couldn't see them now.
Lashing out at the blights surrounding him, Niter broke away and gained himself a margin of space. It wasn't much, and two of the creatures were still after him, but he could get enough room to think now.

Beira, Super Senshi of LonelinessHP: 57/75 Damage to Blight Monsters: 8+9 ; [17 damage done] Beira had no guess at whatever this might have actually been, or where it had come from. He might have been a Senshi for a while now, but it didn’t mean he branched out any more than he had to. He did what he could to keep the people close to him safe, but he stayed close to home and tried not to get himself into any trouble.
Unless he had to.
He was glad Rainier had messaged him; he didn’t like the idea of her being on her own out here. He’d been helpless when the thing lashed out at her, but he was more grateful now than ever to have another Senshi there. Between the three of them, he could only hope that they might be able to keep the monsters at bay.
“Thanks,” he said to the other Senshi, and kept close to the both of them to indicate that he was more than happy to function as a team. Even if the newcomer seemed like he was somehow still in a good mood from all of this. Beira didn’t need a workout, but seeing someone taking this all in stride was a little bit of a relief.
…This all seemed pretty heavy, but if he could still joke, maybe it wasn’t dire. “Do you know anything about this? I've never seen anything that just keeps restoring itself like this." He glanced towards the new Senshi briefly; they didn’t have much time for conversation, so he tried to stay focused on the creatures in front of them. They could swap names when they didn’t have to worry about these monsters anymore. For now, he lunged at the monsters closest to him.

Sailor Surtur, Senshi of DesolationHP: 32/50 Damage to Monsters: 5 + 6 = 11 (two down, 1/5 on third) Surtur was relieved when the monsters attacking the young woman had been destroyed. As they should be. For everything Surtur had seen about Earth so far, this might have given him more hope than he expected. And he never thought it would have come from a bunch of Knights and Senshi fighting together to take out strange, gooey monsters.
“I have not seen anything like this specifically, but I have seen Chaos take many forms. Whatever this is…? I prefer to the mist I’m used to dealing with. You can’t fight water vapor, but this…? As long as they have a physical form, we should be able to handle it. We’re stronger together, are we not?” he offered a nod of encouragement to the other two, before rushing forward to attack some more of the monsters that formed.

Rainier - Page of MercuryHP: 34 Blight Monster: 5/5 (new), 5/5 (new), 5/5 (new) Damage to Blight Monster:5 + 8 = 13 [killing two of hers, damaging the third, and accidentally killing the last one on Surtur; 0/5, 0/5, 3/5] "That we are," Rainier agreed with a nod of affirmation then turned to the new set of humanoid monstrosities that converged on their point. Three were felled easily by Beira while the Senshi ( Surtur) had taken care of two more leaving one looking worse for wear and the small group that fixated on her. Like one of the earlier waves of oozy masses, Rainier let her weapon drop so it hung by the end of the cord and she swung it in a tight circle so it gained momentum before swinging at the monsters when they got within striking range. The first two dropped as expected but then- *SNAP*Without warning the fiberoptic cord broke under the tension and strain, sending the Mercury symbol part flying wildly. It clipped one in the side of one monstronsity, causing it to stagger slightly, and sunk into the chest of the one both guys had not quite killed effectively finishing at least that one off. "Huh... well- That was unintenional." She shrugged, kind of satisfied with the end result of that maneuver and resummoned the weapon back to her wrist where the cord repaired itself. "Name's Rainier, by the way." The title and all that jazz was probably best left for later given too long of a conversation could lead to a distraction. But she did add one note. "When we make it out of here, I'd like to know more about this mist you mentioned." It was the first that she had heard of such a thing and wondered if it was a Homeworld phenomenon he was referring to.

Corrupt Super Sailor Fulgurite, Senshi of SpringsHP: 69/75 Damage to Source: 16 Fulgurite snorted. Eugh was a good descriptor for these monsters. Youma tended to be pretty gross, but these blight nonsenses held a special place in hell. He hated them. "She's the one who told me what these things were at least. Albite's original peppers died because of it." She was probably the closest there was to someone who knew what they were doing here at least... He glanced over his shoulder to Cryolite. "You'll cover me?" He asked this to be certain, considering he had no interest to being wrapped up like he just watched a bunch of people be. Including Ida, and there was a part of his mind that was concerned about this, but he quickly buried it. She was White Moon. He didn't actually know who she was even if the familiarity still stumped him. The masquerade maybe? Considering everyone was wearing masks, he would have no way to recognize her if she had been... He was getting distracted. "Alright. Time to not end up in a ******** tentacle wrap I guess." His boss was in there. He should probably be concerned about him. Fulgurite swung.

Super Sailor Eleonora - Senshi of HeatHP: 69 Blight Monsters: 5/5 (new), 5/5 (new), 5/5 (new) Damage to Blight Monsters:5 + 6 = 11 [0/5, 0/5, 5/5] Eleonora turned, head canted to the side in curious confusion. Antisana had definitely said something a second ago. What exactly, she wasn't sure since the underground hallways were teaming with shouting and conversations. But Ele was almost certain he had said something along the lines of 'bb' or 'baby'. But, without context, she was confident that she likely misheard. For now, however, she let it go as yet another wave of these humanoid creatures emerged with their hivemind-like movements. "All things considered," she threw a punch at the nearest inky form. "I'd say we make a good team," Eleonora smirked and winked at Antisana before throwing a second swing at the blight beside it.

Lacerta, Eternal DMS of BandagesHP: 76/100 Damage to the Blights: 10 + 7 = 17 dmg (( blights this round - they were 2/5, 5/5, and 5/5 ... now all gone ... and taking out one of Iðavöllr's 3 blights this round )) Lacerta stuck close to the page that she had used her magic on just in case something else was needed. As she struck out with her fists at the fresh wave of attackers did she concentrate on getting rid of this new wave. Her senses were on high alert and she paused before lashing out again in frustration. Quote: Magic Uses Left 3/3 Basic 2/3 Super 2/2 Eternal litian using that 5 extra damage to eliminate one of Iðavöllr's blights this round.

Corrupt Sailor Hylonome of EdelweissHP: 44/50 HP Damage to Blights: 5 + 8 = 13. (0/5, 0/5, 2/5) Was there ever going to be an end to these inky monsters that continued to form and come after her and the rest of the team she was a part of? Was there any use to break them to pieces when more would just form and have a rinse & repeat cycle like one found on a washing machine. Hylonome gathered her wits once more to lash out at those attacking her again before actually listening to the voice and what it was saying. Inwardly the idea of sucking the energy from wherever it landed sounded horrifying. There would be nothing left if energy sources were tapped dry. Her gaze moved to stare at the creature as it shot out more inky tendrils and she had to wonder just how much more damage could it take before it was defeated. How much more damage could all these fighters take before they were defeated?
Even as she stared down her one remaining attacker did she recall what had occurred when Hatsya had used her own magic on her own attackers.

As Prehnite turned to answer Hatsya call, watched her beautiful magic spark and flare into doing — he was swarmed again. Nearly swept off his feet with the new surge of overwhelming piled up beasts; Hatsya had his attention, his arm, and even then? He could do little more than take the damage and falter under its weight before lashing out against the creatures breathlessly. Against the source of the problem. It felt the more he fought the more sprang up — but if they struck the main atrocity down?!

“That’s my energy you gluttonous b***h—!” because the only person who had permission to snack on his meat sack was — okay there was a list of people, but the first person on that list was his husband!
Even as Albite snarled at the exhaustion thrum of exhaustion, he fought back, ignoring the fresh new horrors that clawed at him in order to focus on the task at hand. Getting revenge for his peppers!!

Rolled his gaze to the heavens because when he said it? He meant it. Watched Fulgurites attack unfurl — as he sprung up to take on the water Senshis blights over his own — “So albite *has* taken you out before? Do tell me how that went if we survive this.” and it was almost cute, catching sight of Faustite and Albite together in the mass of mess, a sweet little aww moment to witness — while he cracked inhuman skulls and trailed icy claws along inky sides.

Beira, Super Senshi of LonelinessHP: 57/75 Damage to Source: 8+9 = 17 Mist? What mist had he been fighting? He was glad Rainier had picked up on that as well, but she’d also made time to introduce herself. Briefly, he offered his name–“Beira,” just in case the newcomer needed to catch his attention quickly.
They were stronger together, but he couldn’t quite agree that this was easier to fight than water vapor. Physically, yes. He could hit it, he could do damage.
But, they were taking damage, too. And, no matter how much they destroyed, they kept replacing themselves. There was only one left between the three of them, and Beira couldn't help but glance beyond it, to what appeared to be the source of all of this.
“I don’t know if it’s going to stop as long as that thing’s here.”
He’d seen it lash out at others before, but–
He wasn’t anything remarkable; he was only a Super Senshi, and he didn’t even have mastery of his magic. He felt no authority or responsibility over the other two; they were more than capable of holding their own. He couldn’t help but want to keep them safe, too. They were stronger together. He thought his rank might have made him a bit more durable, but he didn’t think they’d be able to deal with an unlimited number of these monsters. He wasn’t tired yet, but his muscles were starting to burn.
Between the three of them, he knew they could take down the last one; they probably didn’t even need him for it.
He exhaled; there wasn’t much time to deliberate; while he had an opening, he attacked the grotesque monster that seemed to be at the source of it all before falling back to the other two. If they could just cut it off at the source, maybe these monsters would just stop reforming.

Somehow, Hati hadn't expected the tentacles to attack him, trap him, wrap him up like a little hot dog in a croissant or whatever those things were, but perhaps he should've. Blech. He growled, shifting enough to ensure he could shallowly expand his chest enough to breathe, exhaling slowly and feeling more comfortable than he probably should have. "Moor. Stalk," he growled one last time. The last use of his magic draining him, making him shaky, but he clung on. He had to push through this.

Iðavöllr Page of PolarisHP: 29/50 (7HP restored by Lacerta) Damage to the Blight monsters: 2 + 5 = 7 (1 blight attacker KO'd by Lacerta. Iðavöllr takes out 1 of her remaining blight attackers and the last blight attacker is left with 3/5 HP) Iðavöllr hadn't really been expecting anything to come of her comment, but it appeared that more than the lavender-haired Page (Abzu) had overheard her words as a strawberry-blonde haired senshi appeared from out of the chaos of the fight (Lacerta).
She had listened quietly at the other's offer, before nodding, because she knew that she wasn't doing so well, even if she didn't particularly want to spell out just how not well she was doing, a sigh of relief escaping her lips as the magic alleviated some of the pain of her injuries "Thank you."
It seemed like the creepy, speaking humanoid wasn't done just yet however as the voice - which Iðavöllr just knew was going to star in her nightmares started talking about meat sacks and devouring everything...
And it seemed that there were even more humanoid figurines. She managed to take out one and gave the strawberry-blonde haired senshi (Lacerta) a wan smile (because that was twice that the other had helped her) as she took out another.
"How are these things even still coming" she murmured as she swung out at the remaining one lumbering in her direction with a glancing blow, her words half directed at the lavender-haired Page (Abzu) and the strawberry-blonde haired senshi (Lacerta) both, only to find herself paling as she heard a voice from further up yelling out first one and then another very familiar name.

Mauvian Liryn (in human form)HP: 22/50 Damage to the Blight monsters: (10 + 5) - 5 = 10 (Liryn takes out 2 of his blight attackers and the remaining blight attacker is left with 5/5 HP) Liryn's tail lashed in outrage as the tendril coiled around him and sapped at his energy, but the thing had moved too fast for him to avoid and had then coiled too tightly for him to even get a claw swipe in.
He had swayed slightly as the tendril finally withdrew, although his purplish eyes were still narrowed in defiance, because if that thing thought that they would stand there and let it and those things do it then it had another thing coming.
He wasn't down yet, could...
Ida's voice cut across his thoughts, purplish eyes following the movement of her arm as it gestured in the direction of young dark-haired chibi senshi in a neat suit-like outfit.
"On it!" He called back, even as he swiped out at the two humanoid figures closest to him, although it was hard to tell if Ida had heard him over the chaos of the fight.
There was still one figure remaining, but Liryn took the opportunity to dart towards the dark-haired chibi senshi (Abeosamu).
The last humanoid figurine lumbered after him, claws raised menacingly.
