Only quests dated/time-stamped today and older(up to the time-stamp on this post), and that are fully filled out are applicable! Doesn't matter if they've been approved or not, but they must be completely filled out.
You may only enter for one character, and proxies are not allowed.

You may enter for Nega/Senshi/DMC/Knight/NEW Civ characters. No alt civs. No Chibis this time.
Please make sure for that you have uniform appearance ideas/refs in your quest thread, AND THAT THEY FOLLOW THE OUTFIT GUIDELINES. Of course, I have no problem CCing your outfit if you are up for that. emotion_dowant (My biggest pet peeve is Negaverse outfits that veer too far off the military/uniform-esque path. emotion_bigvein ) This is because when I do your art, I would like to just be able to pull up the quest thread and have all the info I need. So please make sure that section is up to date!
