Dunnottar, Page of LysitheaDunnottar groaned internally—why was this person talking to him? He supposed some people wanted to share everything with everyone in a crisis—but that was certainly not something he made a habit of. After the Code spoke, after Lanting reported his issue, Dunnottar answered. He hadn't expected any interaction—he didn't want to initiate any—but given the situation, he could probably be polite enough. Even if it really was not his thing, enough he felt like he had to affirm it to himself twice over. "I've not been to my Wonder yet," he explained quietly. "I've stayed on Earth to fight the good fight, rather than disappear into space for any length of time. It seems unnecessary." He raised an eyebrow. "Especially with our new issues. I'm sure getting stuck wasn't pleasant."

Rose, Page of LysitheaRose joined Almere and Mechelen in wincing over their poor weapons. She hadn’t tried to summon hers this time. Given what became of theirs, Rose suspected her spindle would still be a pile of mulch.
“I was going to look for some of the others,” she answered Mechelen. “But we can stick together. I had no idea there were so many knights. I don’t want to get in anyone’s way.”
She kept her voice low so hopefully only Almere and Mechelen would hear her, wary of interrupting anyone or talking over the Code. She had nothing to share with the Code itself, at least nothing someone else hadn’t already said, but she watched with interest and listened with curiosity.
The Code had insisted that it didn’t need their concern. That the problems it was having could be fixed. Rose chose to take it at its word.
“Hopefully we don’t have to fight anything,” she concluded, still quiet. “It doesn’t sound like it. Or… not right now, at least. I wonder what force could do something like this. If the Code even knows…”

[Sonora, Squire of Ida]
Sonora wasn't necessarily expecting to have someone else come over to her; she'd thought mostly to observe and learn what she could, since it seemed like she didn't have much to offer that no one else knew. Lots of people seemed to not be able to reach their Wonders. Lots of people were struggling with their weapons, their magic.
At least she wasn't alone.
She flashed the Ida Page next to her a smile.
"I'm Sonora," she said. "You've been having trouble too, huh, Selenga?"

Amsvartnir, Knight of CosmosAmsvartnir winced under the sudden onslaught of attention and offered Crisium an awkward smile. "No worries," he said. "I'm fine. This whole... Wonder thing has me worried, though." His brow creased in a frown as he looked to the Code, listening to it carefully. He hadn't had anything to report, not really—no need for dozens of people just saying they couldn't reach their Wonder, after all.

Yvoire, Squire of GanymedeYvoire wanted to ask more about the bruise. He winced over it. A baseball to the jaw sounded like it must have hurt! But the Code spoke, and even though Yvoire’s concern for Reims hadn’t eased, he thought it might not be the time or the place to press the issue when he Code needed help and Reims seemed intent on brushing it off.
He let Reims pull him closer and settled beside him as comfortably as he could. They were nearly hip to hip, arms tangled together with their hands still clasped. The amount of people made Yvoire uneasy if only because he knew so few of them. Many of them seemed to have a lot more experience than they did. He expected some would look down on them. That tended to happen. He thought Reims must expect it too and that was why he was so defensive all the time, even when there was no reason for him to be.
“I went to Ganymede,” Yvoire said, adding a (probably unnecessary), “With Ganymede, I mean. We couldn’t walk to Yvoire from her castle since it’s so far, but there were closer Wonders we went to check on. I don’t think she can get into them by herself without the right knight even when the Code isn’t having trouble, but they were like Amarynthos was. Sort of hazy and blocked off.”
So many people had offered similar answers to the Code that Yvoire didn’t think it was necessary for him to speak up. He kept quiet and spoke to Reims in a low whisper. His cheeks went a little pink every time he talked about Ganymede, like he was afraid someone might think he was a kiss a** or a know-it-all.

[d'If, Squire of Saturn]
Ah, there she was. d'If visibly lit up, seeing his wife come throguh the crowd and towards him. Even if they'd only been apart for a few hours, the separation of a slightly long workday, it was still always a joy to greet her coming home.
Even if they weren't exactly home, yet, since there was important Knight business to attend to.
There were too many people around to really spin her the way he wanted to, but d'If caught Dunwich, scooping her into a tight embrace.
"Mmm, I'm glad to finally see it. Even if it is for less than pleasant reasons."
He only let Dunwich go when the Code began to speak--it seemed important, to hear this.
"Seems like everyone has been struggling," he said, keeping his voice low so only Dunwich would hear. "Hopefully the Code will be able to point us in the right direction."
He wasn't sure how much he trusted in this mysterious force--but it was the thing that empowered them, and asked little of its Knights.

“I’m Erytheia of Cosmos.” Erytheia said to those who he had not met before with a nod. He tried to stay near the Cosmos knights and the Moon page — but not too close as he didn’t want to overwhelm him. Too many people at once could be stressful. He didn’t want to accidentally hover either. “That is a good idea.” He said to the transcended knight that had suggested giving energy to the Code. “I have energy that I could also volunteer.”✪

[Lyonesse, Knight of Earth]
Well. That was one way to go about meeting new people.
There was something incredibly earnest about the Venus Knight with her hand on his arm, so even if she was sort of feeling up his biceps a little, Lyonesse was inclined to let the minor offense go with a shake of the head and a polite, if a little strained, smile.
"I put some effort into them, yes," he said, "thank you." He took her hand and shook it. "Lyonesse," he introduced himself, simply. If she was experienced enough to be a Knight, she could probably guess his affiliation just by looking; his Earth symbols weren't exactly hidden. "A pleasure, Aventine."
A familiar weight on his shoulder brought a much easier smile to his face, though.
"Hello, love," he said, and he huffed, fondly. "This is my husband, Nile. Nile, this is Aventine." Might as well make introductions.
It seemed that the troubles he'd experienced were universal, and he glanced over Aventine, briefly--he didn't see anything that would function as a weapon, and she was missing her shoes, which might have been a coincidence and might have meant something.
"Have you been having troubles with your magic and weapon as well, then?" He asked Aventine. "Seems everyone has--though I have to say, I'm a bit more concerned about being locked out from our Wonders. That...seems like a pretty bad sign."

Hawara, Transcended knight of Uranus Anything Hawara wanted to say, or could have said, didn't find it's way to his tongue, or rather, he dare not let them. Emotions weren't translating in to words and he knew if he opened his mouth it would be a whole lot of not-quite-wordy bits. Or rather uncouth wordy bits, and he was trying to maintain some appearance of decorum, difficult as it was with his mindset right now. The build-up of energy he had didn't help either. The worry he felt for his own wonder was no less than the concern he felt - whether The Code felt it warranted or not - for the well-being of The Code. It went without needing explanation why. When one knight [Valhalla] suggested giving their energy to the Code, Hawara quickly concurred - the excess energy that had built up was not helping his twitchy and short-tempered state, so if the Code would have it, he would gladly discharge that excess energy to assist it. "Yes, please take this energy," Hawara let out in an exasperated plea. He didn't mean to. In fact, he found it better that he remain silent - again, citing his erratic temperament and all - but the reigns he had on himself were wearing thin. It seemed this unintended minor outburst had loosened the Uranus knight's tongue though, and the Code had asked how their wonders were doing, so Hawara's word-vomit continued thus; "My wonder - it's doing so well. I've felt it practically humming with life, and there is so much more I need to do, if only I could." His adoration for his wonder spoke deeply of his own psyche as someone who had tried to nurture, grow, and take care things in the past and failed, whether through their won lack of know-how or by fault of things beyond their control. Now, to have worked so hard to bring back to glory and life a place that had saved him from himself, he'd be damned if he didn't do whatever it took to save it. It was a dedication even his past life self could not have held a candle to. It may have been borderline unhealthy.

Sumner, Knight of NeptuneSumner moved his head to the side for a moment before sighing. "Same here. I can't say that everything has been sunshine and roses. Seeing you here helps though." He agreed that they were both still there. He couldn't really say how much he was there at this point though. He may have just needed coffee. Following her he addressed the code as well. He echoed Pendour. There wasn't much to say other than telling the code that there were no differences between what the Knights and their feelings of connections to the Wonder. Perhaps there was someone who hadn't had trouble. "It feels like there's nothing there. It was fine the last time I saw it." And no scientists had reported Neptune disappearing from the sky or changing color or anything so he presumed that it was still there at the very least. --------------------------------------------------------- Alphubel, Knight of PolarisWhile the situation was, to be frank, utterly horrible, Alphubel did find some hope in his heart that it wasn't just him that was having trouble. He felt the tight grip on his staff loosening a bit. It seemed that he was still deemed worthy and experienced enough to be a Knight, and that gave him some confidence. "I haven't felt anything either. I hope everything is okay." Nothing had appeared wrong in the sky, but he assumed that if there was something magically wrong, he would have been unable to see it as a civilian when he looked at it. --------------------------------------------------------- Drombeg, Knight of EarthAn eyebrow was raised by Drombeg. The situation definitely wasn't good, but he hadn't attempted to check in with his Wonder recently. He could only assume that it was having trouble as well. He made a mental note to see if he could find the piece of code the next time that he went there. This was the first time seeing it in person and learning literally anything about it so he decided to stay and listen rather than adding to the conversation. He was still new as a Knight and didn't feel that he had the experience to be able to add any new information yet. --------------------------------------------------------- Voyager, Squire of PlutoJust as Voyager was about to take out his ring and write a note he was called over by a very large-horned Knight of Earth who seemed to be enjoying the situation. He couldn't help but wander over, wanting to look over the Knight's outfit. He couldn't help but grin at the Knight. "I have, but not this many in one place, and not without having to leave in under 5 minutes notice to deal with a problem. Seeing all of the uniforms and new Knights, I want to ask so many questions."There was a Page with the Knight, and Voyager almost let out a squeak of excitement that he was one of the "new" Knights. Voyager only just managed to keep himself from exploding with questions. "I'm Voyager Good to meet you both!" Questions later. He kept telling himself that he could ask his questions later. Luckily for his brain, the code now decided to address everyone in the room and Voyager seemed to have the same experience as everyone else. He could only hope that his Wonder was okay. It was already in a half-wasted state and the pools of time that moved around the sea surrounding it, it was so large, he was sure there might be a pool large enough to swallow his Wonder. He hoped that wasn't the case here.

[Fólkvangr, Knight of Ganymede]
Fólkvangr didn't necessarily, as a rule, like to think of herself as in need of protection, but obviously, Tanais was the exception. It didn't count if you were swooning a little over a marvelous beefcake of a woman putting an arm around you. That was just normal and what happened to people.
"Total mess, it sounds like," Fólkvangr sighed, snapping open her fan and fluttering it a little. It certainly looked worse for wear--threads seemed to be coming apart on the edges, and she was worried about the lace detaching. "I've been being careful to stay out of too much trouble--I'd rather not get caught on the way of someone with a sword when my weapon is brittle and breakable."
Richtersveld wasn't a name she knew, but Fólkvangr perked up when the lovely lady and her very beefy brother came over.
"Fólkvangr of Ganymede," she introduced herself, reaching out to take and shake Richtersveld's hand. "Pleasure to meet you both." Her attention briefly turned to the Code, and she frowned, listening to what it had to say, before turning back to the Knights around her.
"I hope whatever this is, it's something we can all fix."

Spei, Squire of the MoonSpei nodded to his fellow Squire Pharos. "Yeah, I have. My shield… One time I summoned it, after a lot of effort, like an unreasonable amount, and it shattered before I could do anything with it. Another time it melted. Nothing like having your weapon turn into a Salvador Dali painting right in front of your eyes." Glancing over at Luxor to see if the Knight had anything to add, he then looked at the Code. "I'm not much concerned with what caused this – okay, maybe I am concerned. What I'd like to know is will things ever get back to normal? With you, with us?"Because if the Code – the entity that gave Knights their magic – didn't have any explanation, and was as badly affected as it appeared, this was far worse than anyone suspected. The Space Cauldron Code question: will things get back to normal?

Squire Halle of LysitheaHalle gave his brother an incredulous look as the Code started talking. He hadn't uh...been aware they could do that. Had Lisse? It reminded him, a little, of watching Power Rangers as a little kid. Though the Code didn't have a face. Blinking away his startlement, he listened closely to what it was implying, but nothing was quite clear just yet. At the question, Halle was relieved to find out he hadn't been the only one trapped in space, and apparently even being on Earth held extra problems as well. He hadn't bothered summoning his shield at all during his forced vacation. An unnatural force seemed like something to worry about, especially since the one they usually encountered was some form of Chaos, right? Bringing a third type of power that could mess with their wonders and powers would be... Hopefully as correctable as the Code stated. The talk of energy sharing was another new aspect of being a knight he had no idea about. He looked at the guy suggesting it, and wondered if it was something only transcended knights could do. Speaking of, it was really good to see Hy-brasil again after she'd cleared the sidhe off her wonder. After a bit, Halle spoke up, "I was stuck on my Wonder as well. The land was as usual, but my piece of Code was inaccessible. Like there was a shield around its location pushing me away."

[Casablanca, Knight of Cosmos]
Casablanca was quiet. There were so many people here, and all of them had the same story--unable to access their Wonders. Problems with magic, with weapons falling apart. She had little to say that others weren't already contributing, so she waited, silent, even if it itched at her. She wanted to have something to offer, to demonstrate that she really had earned the fancy upgrade she'd gotten--but she just didn't.
It wasn't like she knew anything in particular that might tip the scales, or anything. Just the same things as everyone else.

[Caer Sidi, Knight of Cosmos]
Caer Sidi lit up, seeing Laeradr again. It had been a long time, but it was good to see one of her earliest friend as a Knight. His concern made her pause, and she looked down at her arm, and shook her head.
"Oh, yeah, it's not worse than it looks, I mean--I had it looked at, and everything, just...my shield, ah. Shattered. And it's made of glass, and was on my arm. So." She shrugged, like it wasn't a big deal, but ti very much had been.
"I really, really hope the Code can help us fix things."
A glance over the crowd led to her spotting a familiar face, and she gently put a hand on Laeradr's arm and tugged, just a little--a gentle "please come with me," rather than a demand.
"Hyperborea's over there--maybe she knows more? She's been a Knight for a pretty long time."
