Hobbies: Skateboarding: Piper spends a good amount of his weekends at the local skatepark and even more time there over the summer. He's been boarding since he was about nine, giving him a few years of experience. Piper has a collection of boards ranging in size and color, each one of them however showing the loving touch of being worn.
He's gotten really good over the various years of practice however with as many injuries he comes home with one wouldn't think as much. Though most of the injuries are just results of him trying to improve tricks or trying things that have never been done, except for those at the pro level. He has entered into competitions and won a number of them, but lost a good deal as well for being to hot-headed and starting fights with other boys.
Boxing:: Piper got into boxing as an outlet for his anger, thanks to his brothers not so friendly advice of that or a boys home the next time he comes home from school for fighting. His first experience was when he was around ten at the community center, after that the trainer there talked him into checking out an actual boxing class. From then on he fell in love with being able to pummel other dudes legally. He attends classes about three a week and has since he was younger, going into actual amateur fights when the occasion arises.
Baseball: For Piper baseball is simply fools luck, he was tossed into the sport to keep him in high school and ended up having a talent for it. As it now, baseball for him is more a means of future employment than an actual fun thing to do, however he does use it to vent. Venting his frustration into the bat has him coming in as a very strong hitter for his team, outside of school practice however Piper does not actively seek to improve his 'raw talent' with things like batting cages. So while he does actively in-gauge in the sport its only as much as is needed to remain on the team nothing more or nothing less.
Virtues:
Self-reliant:: Independent mostly from a young age since his brother was pretty much too busy keeping a roof over their heads and them fed to really 'parent' him. Piper has learned to rely on number one, himself. He doesn't need another persons input to feel confident or like he matters. He's learned and developed the skills he needs to survive a day to day life, fighting, cooking, personal hygiene, you name it most of the things he knows came from his own teachings. Because of this he's bloomed into a fiercely independent person, not to mention a very confident one. When it comes to group work, or things of that nature he would rather piss his teammates off into leaving so he can get things done himself, the right way and at his own pace, while that's not really the best thing its just him not liking to be dependent on other people and able to push on by himself when need be or even when not need be.
Protective:: While Piper isn't one that easily forms attachment to people, once someone is in they are for good, or well unless they really piss him off. For as much work as it takes to crack him, once you become his friend you can bet that Piper would throw himself into just about anything, or anything he was interested in for you. If someone messes with someone he see's as 'his friend, or his in general' then that persons face will be rearranged even if it takes him five or six tries at it. On the previously mentioned, when he picks on his friends or hurts them, because he will and does, he doesn't see it as anything horrible since they basically should have known what they were in for when becoming his friend.
His protective nature can get the better of him and push into a more jealous and overly protective area at times, when this happens its a little hard to reach him on it unless you really smack it into him that he's doing it, but for as much trouble as it might cause, you can bet he means well.
Unintimidated:: Or so he would like to believe, Piper is not one that will back down from a challenge. Sure he seems lazy and to be to relaxed most of the time but that by no means, means he doesn't yearn or seek adventure. It just means..he's smart about choosing which adventure he accepts. At times he doesn't know his own limits but he tries to not put himself into situations he doesn't think he can handle but if one presents itself to him...he's not going to decline being far to curious and far to prideful to do such a thing. Piper is one that will bravely face the dangers life decides to throw at him even if it means by doing it in a recklessly brave way. He's going to be the guy that backs you up even if it means bringing a knife to a gun fight.
Flaws:
Rude / Unsympathetic:: Piper is in short terms a cocky jerk. If there was anyone in the world to go to for advice that would never be sugarcoated and likely to make you cry? It would be him. He doesn't give a damn how sensitive you are because its the truth and if you can't handle the truth that's your own damn problem, he's not your mother and he's not going to baby you. If you fall on your face in the mud and he's around you can bet he'll laugh his a** off before even thinking about helping you up, why? Because it was funny and you look like you're covered in - We can stop right there as you likely get the point. Anything that seems remotely sweet that comes from his lips you can bet isn't meant to be that way or if it is he might have indigestion. On the bright side for as rude as he'll be telling you about something, you can be about 75% sure he'll never lie to you, unless...its for his own good or to make fun of you.
Quick-tempered:: Please don't piss him off, its really for your own good. Piper is very quick to anger and when he is angered he often times than not snaps with an act of violence. He has even hit people for as little as touching something he holds precious to him, because its his and they don't need to be messing with it. Often times when angry he can lash out at those that he cares deeply for, which has him coming off as abusive in the eyes of some, since he tends to not be able to hold back his strength when angered. For as quick as he is to get riled up he is generally just as fast to cool down.
Loud:: Suffering from a short-guy complex until he hit puberty, Piper is use to yelling to catch attention. As such he doesn't realize how loud he actually gets when he talks to other people. One that goes big or goes home, he's the prince of going all in for the biggest, best and loudest impression when he's going to do something. His intensity in things can get to the point of unbearable on others, but that's not his problem, since half the time when he does something he purposely does it offensively. Piper can become loud in just about anything, physically of course, in actions and even with how he dresses if he knows it can be obnoxious to someone he wants to piss off.

Why Negaverse? Because like the Negaverse, Piper respects power. Besides that, a guy like Piper would be far to offensive on the Senshi side, he'd likely cause more harm with fights and badmouthing than good, with the Negaverse he'd get sense kicked into him and learn to straighten up just a little...yanno or else..
Mother: Violet Anderson - Deceased Piper's relationship with his mother was great, he loved the woman which was a rare thing. She was the one and only to break his shell and not get hurt when he was angry. When Violet died a piece of Piper did as well....
Father: Layne Anderson - Deceased Piper and his father often butted heads but the man was the only thing that kept him in line and from jail. When he died a sense of freedom washed over Piper instead of grief...
Brother: Stephan (Stevie) Anderson Stevie and Piper are they typically older and younger siblings. Stevie was his guardian after their parents death but Layne never respected him. After a few years of living together Piper moved out on his own much to his brothers relief. They've recently reconnected due to Layne's destructive behavior and Stevie helped him through the difficult time.

Memory Layne
"From the moment I saw you, I knew there was just something about you". No matter how it sounded, it was how he currently felt for her. Why? Well he just didn't know. But Porsha was different than anyone else he had ever met. She was cute, strong and had a good head on her. Not to mention she was the first girl to ever beat his a**.
Was it weird crush?
Would the feelings simmer?
At that time he didn't know, but he was willing to go along with anything the woman said. So when she had asked him to come that night he had went with a smile. But what he had gotten into, no what she had pulled him into. For the longest time the man had hated her for it. Now that wasn't at first.
At first he was beyond thrilled to leave it all behind, his family and friends for the most part. His way of life, which had been mostly bumming around at that point. Or sleeping with anything that bothered to interest him. But it was his life, his choice. When he was enlisted so to speak that all had changed.
His freedom had been taken.
Or she thought.
But he proved her wrong when he ran away, a smile curved the mans lips as he thought back to it now. The time he left in the middle of her MMA match. The perfect chance he had to sneak away from the nega life. No one would know him in Europe and he highly doubted she would waste time looking for him. He had been right, she left on schedule and without him. How did he know? He was at the airport watching her as she got on the plane, debating if this decision he was making was very smart.
No one had ever accused him of being smart, and in the months that followed his treason he realized how dumb he was.
Looking back on it now, it was kind of funny how low he had gotten before finally giving in and coming back to her. But there was just something about her. Something that told him even if he pissed her off, she'd be there for him. That furious look, the months following of the disinterest in him and the lack of attention it had really killed him.
But it was her words that had gotten through the most, when she told him she would kill him.
That's when he realized what it was about Porsha, that something, it was reliability.
Stability.
He needed her even if it pissed him off, even if he wanted to kill her too at times.
Layne sighed as his little trip down memory lane came to an end, smiling up at his ceiling as an arm pulled around the warm body next to him.
Maybe she needed him too, the thought was entertained as blues ran over the slender figure wrapped in his sheets. He would like to think that there was just something about him...to her.

General Idea
Congratulations, you're no longer on the bottom of the food chain! Some would say that this an even rougher job than being a lowly Lieutenant! Though you've still got a General or two to answer to, you're now largely in charge of, and responsible for, the new recruits! Captains, while honing their own abilities, should be showing the ropes to first stage officers. By this point in time they will be asked to choose a Branch to continue focusing their abilities. At this point in time, you'll get a better weapon—and you even get to start commanding youma!
Responsibility
As a Captain, your priority is not only to furthering your knowledge inside of your chosen Branch, but teaching and keeping alive the Lieutenants! They're the greenhorns now in the group - it's your responsibility to teach them everything you know and then some. How they perform is a direct reflection of your teaching, so if you decide to take a special Lieutenant under your tutelage, make sure they don’t start screwing up! You're expected to continue draining energy and fighting opponents of the Negaverse, but you should also make sure you are still training and teaching within the scope of your Branch.
Powers
Your strength and speed have increased around 1.5x from your previous stage. You now have the ability to teleport. Teleporting, however, takes a vast amount of your energy, so you won't be doing it frequently. Imagine sprinting for a mile - the exhaustion you feel after that sprint is equivalent to how a Captain feels after teleporting. It takes a lot out of them, so allot time to recuperate after you teleport and try not to use it unless it's necessary. Distance wise, you can teleport to any location that you've previously been to before. If you've been to New York, you can teleport to New York - as long as it's in a location you yourself have been to. The further you go, the more energy it takes to get there. It's nearly impossible for a new and unpracticed Captain to teleport long distance, but experience can make this easier! You might not be teleporting across the country at this stage, but the more you practice, the better you get! Teleportation during battle is common, however it is sometimes draining. When first starting, you may comfortably teleport around the battle field roughly three times, but anything else will be extremely taxing until you practice. Practice to build up toleration! Summoning your weapon back to you becomes less tiring With the aid of a General, you now have the ability to corrupt civilians into the Negaverse! At this rank, you are strong enough that the General can siphon some of their energy to you to corrupt an unpowered starseed. This will be taxing for both the Captain and General but is a great learning experience. You may now also acquire a personal youma! You will have a special bond with this youma and it can aid you in battle when you call it. These youma can typically be stronger than your generic youma. In addition to your personal youma, you may also control up to two youma of normal strength at the same time. They may not listen to specific instructions, but they will understand beyond 'Attack that!' or 'Don't Attack that!'
Weapons
Your weapon can now get a small physical or magical change to make it more effective. It could even gain both if you don't make it overpowered in the process! So your boomerang could become a spiked boomerang, and/or become magically warm to the touch.
At this point, weapons can now become something you can actually fight with! It's upgrade should be a logical progression from their Lieutenant weapon. For example, batons may become staves or toy swords may become real swords. At this stage you should be able to do some damage!
