- Name: Arashi
- Pronunciation: AH-rah-shee
- Name Meaning: "Storm; tempest" in Japanese
- Gender: Male
- Stage: Child
- Sexuality/Status: Straight / Single
- Height: 5' 7 ½"
- Weight: Light and springy
- Pokémon: Jolteon
- Nature: Lax (unpredictable)

- Myers-Briggs Type: INFJ, borderline extrovert (idealist type, counselor role-variant)
- Personality: Very strong-willed and carefree, Arashi likes to keep himself open to new ideas as long as he can take a firm grip on his own few beliefs. He is a bull-headed pokémon with a lot of pride, but while he tends to hold himself in high esteem, he is not above acknowledging great strengths in others; to him, there is no "best" out there, but there are many strong candidates. Arashi holds his independence in very high regards, and dislikes feeling trapped or backed into a corner. When scared or in a panic, he defaults to using force, even if he knows it isn't a bright idea. Despite being able to analyze himself like the best of them, Arashi is hindered by his inability to be true to his feelings, giving more attention to pride than what he may otherwise really want.
- Likes: Street-wise and iron-fisted, ways of life have grown to become much analogous to likes for the eevee. Like many feral pokémon, Arashi heeds the temptation of battle. In fact, Arashi tends to be referred to as a bit of a bully in his neighborhood for it, due to his tendency to enjoy utilizing the actions as a form of 'greeting.' It doesn't help the image when he is so aloof, doing things on a whim when fancy strikes. He doesn't mind getting muddied up, and has a hard time sitting still for extended periods of time.
- Dislikes: Arashi's main gripe is unnecessary conversation, or when chatter takes too long to complete. This is coupled mostly with his high threshold of energy and the fact that he views it as a means for people to complain -- why should they ask anything about him if they don't truly care? He dislikes feigned concern, believing that most individuals in the world are more self-centered than they like to outwardly show. He doesn't take too kindly to lies or obnoxious boasts and will react to either with a scrap or inattention, depending on his mood, like various other minor irritations.
- Other Quirks: Despite being a symbol of ownership, Arashi is highly protective of the thunderstone collar he found as a tiny stray. He thinks of it as his good luck charm, and refuses to take the thing off. While the eevee may be quite the analytical one, he is oftentimes leaping into things without properly looking. Sometimes it's just for the thrill of it, and other times it's a reaction to frustration. He's afraid of motorized vehicles.

- Approx. Level: 13
- Ability: Quick Feet - Increases Arashi's speed by 50% when inflicted with a status effect, & an immunity to paralysis' speed-dropping side effect.
- Pre-Evolution Ability: Anticipation - When entering battle with an opponent who has super-effective or one-hit K.O. moves, the pokémon reacts with a shudder.

- Moveset:
- Tackle - default move
- Helping Hand - default move
- Sand-Attack - learned as pokémon
- Growl - learned as pokémon, innate skill
- Quick Attack - learned child stage

Arashi has always been a stray on the streets of town, Meteorite's Cradle. He was born there, it's where he grew up, and as far as he's concerned, it's where he will die. There is no way he'd let himself be under the thumb of some power-hungry Gaian! He does that for himself just fine!

Being a street kid was never an easy task for anyone to uphold, but when someone was raised to tolerate and thrive under such conditions, adaptability came second-nature. He never did figure out what became of his parents, left to fend for himself at a frighteningly early stage of life, but then he never much cared to find out. There were plenty of eevees in the city, and he hadn't exactly come from a small family. Arashi broke free of rules and nurturing care to carve his own trail, and because of this has been a bit of a thorn in the neighborhood's side. Much like a tom cat, Arashi keeps a firm foot down where he feels it needs to be placed, but never expects others to follow through and listen. Independent and headstrong, he comes and goes where and when he wants, and that has yet to change.

Oh, Arashi's got quite a large family. The only problem is that he doesn't really know them, and never had the urge to change that fact. He could, however, pick them out by smell if it came down to need. He considers his small gang just as close as any blood relation:

User Image
- Name: Trace
- Stage: Pokémon
- Height: 1' 8"
- Weight: 30 lbs
- Species: Poochyena
- Occupation: Gang member
- Relation: Arashi's teammate
- Personality Notes: Trace is the type of pokémon who rarely seems to get bored of a situation. He can find points of interest or observation with relative ease, and doesn't tire of learning new things or new aspects of the known. A very open-minded individual, the poochyena has fallen into the role of "mediator" for his small gang, and is considered the second-in-command after Arashi. It is not difficult for him to automatically look at both sides of a situation to judge fairly based on what facts are brought to the table, and attempts at keeping bias out of the equation as much as possible, diffusing many situations with relative ease. His ingrained policy is that things are only worthy of disbelief once proven to be so, but he is not gullible. Trace is responsible, reliable, and capable of burying fear in a tense situation. If he is comfortable with it or deems a situation calls for the stress relief, Trace can be quick to add snarky sarcasm or a corny joke to liven things up.

User Image
- Name: Havoc
- Stage: Pokémon
- Height: 1' 8" (pup)
- Weight: 19 lbs
- Species: Houndour
- Occupation: Gang member (preliminary status)
- Relation: Arashi's teammate
- Personality Notes: TBD

However, it is unique in that it is unable to learn most other elemental attacks that other Normal-types can utilize, at least not in its current state. Eevee can also learn supportive moves such as Helping Hand and Wish. Eevee is one of few Pokémon that can learn Trump Card. Eevee is said to have an irregularly shaped genetic structure, enabling it to evolve into multiple Pokémon."

Pokémon

Sprites link directly to the corresponding Pokékid's profile page.

User ImageTrace - Arashi's second-in-command and confidant, the level-headedness exibited by the poochyena balances out the eevee's otherwise rash and split-second behavior. The negotiator and mediator of the gang, Arashi perhaps depends a little too much on his friend, and certainly more than he usually lets on.
First Seen: Pokémon (Both) || Last Seen: Pokémon (Trace) / Child (Arashi)

User ImageKaida - While there was very little interaction involved, it was great enough to have left an impact. Arashi can't tell whether his random surge of emotion at simply seeing her was due to prejudice or puppy love. Neither bodes too well for his conscience and values.
First Seen: Pokémon (Both) || Last Seen: Pokémon (Both)

User ImageRei - Rei flutters between being labeled a friend and enemy so frequently, it's enough to make Arashi's head spin. Her overabundance of confidence in herself is annoying, but Arashi can admit that she is a very good battler. While her priorities are rather self-centered, at least she knows what honor is.
First Seen: Pokémon (Both) || Last Seen: Pokémon (Both)

User ImageTerra - Accidentally unintentionally kicked the small burmy when he was on a rampage and wasn't looking too closely. Due to that, it was probably one of the only times Arashi has ever had a lingering sense of humility to such a degree -- he hadn't even meant to attack, for once! She seemed alright and fairly friendly despite it all, at least.
First Seen: Pokémon (Terra) / Child (Arashi) || Last Seen: Pokémon (Terra) / Child (Arashi)

User ImageConrad - While Arashi feels he owes the teen some gratitude, the eevee is also extremely wary of the tauros. At least he was open to what Arashi had to say, but the eevee couldn't find it in himself to trust him completely.
First Seen: Teen (Conrad) / Child (Arashi) || Last Seen: Teen (Conrad) / Pokémon (Arashi)

User ImageKenley - Annoying, loud-mouthed, and bossy... suppose Arashi couldn't really hold those traits against the wurmple, at least when they weren't hazardous. Kenley's hang-ups seemed to cause more problems than anything else; heck, all Arashi had wanted to do was have a little fun! Does this other kid even know what fun is?
First Seen: Child (Both) || Last Seen: Child (Both)

User ImageBastet - Definitely... fairly sure he didn't make the best first impression on the temperamental meowth. Her antics before the accident were rather impressive, and more than a little amusing, though he was still concerned for her well-being when her and her partner left the scene.
First Seen: Pokémon (Bastet) / Child (Arashi) || Last Seen: Pokémon (Bastet) / Child (Arashi)

User ImageLorne - The purrloin seemed very open to ideas, very easy-going and quick to get along with. It was apparent that he was not a stranger to getting into trouble, but that was likely what made the excursion that much more enjoyable!
First Seen: Pokémon (Lorne) / Child (Arashi) || Last Seen: Pokémon (Lorne) / Child (Arashi)

User ImageNeptune - Meeting in progress
First Seen: Child (Both) || Last Seen: Child (Both)

User ImageEilam - He was in the area during a large meeting, it seemed... and he appeared to have a bit of a commanding air about him, but honestly, Arashi didn't pay him much attention. Eilam seemed to act an awful lot like all the adult humans in the area anyway.
First Seen: Adult (Eilam) / Child (Arashi) || Last Seen: Adult (Eilam) / Child (Arashi)

User ImageLucinda - Chill pills! Arashi was annoyed at how easily Lucy could jump to conclusions about him, and she was fairly bossy about it as well. At least she was pretty decent at playing Cops and Robbers, once she stopped looking at him so skeptically.
First Seen: Child (Both) || Last Seen: Child (Both)

User ImageFluffernutter - Apparently Arashi's bold demeanor scared him off, for he seemed pretty quick to hide in the company of the humans upon first encounter and didn't come back. Ah well, the less eyes on the young street urchin, the better.
First Seen: Child (Both) || Last Seen: Child (Both)

User ImageCalanthia - Was also in the area of a congregation, but she didn't seem to pay Arashi any heed, preferring to stick to the side of her trainer and trainer's family. Likely just as pampered as the rest of them.
First Seen: Pokémon (Calanthia) / Child (Arashi) || Last Seen: Pokémon (Calanthia) / Child (Arashi)

User ImageKarma - Followed on the heels of Lucinda annoyingly closely. What are you, a parrot? A shadow? Like Lucy, Karma also seemed to be more tolerable to be around once zhe actually tried to stop seeing Arashi as a literal bad guy, though the eevee could have sworn zhe almost cried before that point... oi.
First Seen: Child (Both) || Last Seen: Child (Both)

User ImageBrennen - Personal space. Learn it. Sometimes when someone says they don't want to be touched, they actually mean it.
First Seen: Child (Both) || Last Seen: Child (Both)

Other Acquaintances

Deanna Longabaugh - Eilam, Lucinda, & Fluffernutter's trainer - Arashi didn't really cast any attention towards her, and she didn't seem too concerned about him, either. Maybe she had her own set of problems to deal with, but the eevee would tend to think that worked in his favor anyway.
First Seen: Child || Last Seen: Child

Serenity Willows - Calanthia's trainer - She didn't talk much, and didn't leave much of an impact. At least Arashi can be a bit of a ninja in the shadows to some people!
First Seen: Child || Last Seen: Child

Grayson Willows - Karma's trainer - Hm, are all the humans content to stay in their own little world? If they are, they can stay there and stop invading the downtown area already...
First Seen: Child || Last Seen: Child

Arashi takes up temporary residence wherever he pleases, so he hasn't really ever had a place to call 'home' before. He'd also probably say it's a pretty abstract term anyway, and go on to correct that the world is his home. Simply put, he's a street-kid from Meteorite's Cradle, and has no intention of 'fixing what isn't broke.'

Without a place to keep nick-knacks of any sort, Arashi's items are limited to only that which he can carry on his person or stash in a secure location. Those belongings are as follows:

- Thunderstone Collar: While Arashi had found this piece of jewelry when digging through aluminum trash bins (most likely from a pet who had passed away), it is the eevee's most prized possession. Bestowing the job title of "good luck charm" on the item, Arashi never takes it off.

- Fireworks, Sparklers, & Stink Bombs: Arashi is gathering quite the collection of the various celebratory items, mostly as precaution in case things escalate to a point that he can no longer handle them in his usual fashion. He's sure that most of the good ones are duds, but using them as scare tactics can work just as well. Arashi hopes to be able to make some on his own in the future, so he can use them more freely.

- Spray Paint: While not prone to displaying such obvious acts of vandalism when he would be the first suspect, Arashi still uses the aerosol cans for various other means. They are good markers, they can sometimes keep the other gangs at bay with a warning (or, unfortunately, instigate a war when they're riled enough), and are also a good proxy for a creative outlet (though he tends to only use them in this manner in his own back alleys).
