Type: Was a normal Legendary and was holding Sky Plate, then Draco Plate as a teen. Now he is holding Mind Plate

Known as: "The Original One" since it is believed to have created Sinnoh, perhaps all of the Pokemon world.
Moves: Fly
Personality: Eilam looks after everyone, since he feels it is responsibility to keep the peace. He is a very fair judge, wanting to make sure he listens to everyone and that they get what they need. He is very loyal to his trainer, wanting her to grow to be the best Pokemon Linguist she can be. He does not let it go to his head that all the other Pokemon look up to him, in fact, it just makes him more determined to set a good example. He is a very friendly Pokemon, wanting to learn all he can with those he meets.
Now that he is a child, he still feels responsible, but feels somewhat helpless due to his small size. He is a very bright child, retaining all the knowledge he had as a Pokemon, but know he doesn't always remember the name for things. He sticks close to Dea, not wanting others to laugh at him with the way he currently looks.
As a teen, Eilam is always trying to help others, even more now that he is tall enough to do some things he couldn't as a child. Now that Dea is in a wheelchair, he will be helping Kidd take care of her. He doesn't seem to notice when girls are swooning over him, even if Dea might notice.
