Appearance: Rory stands at a height of 5’ 9” and weighs in at 145 lbs. He is slightly scrawny but still has a bit of muscle in his chest and arms although it can barely be seen through his uniform. He’s got short, slightly ruffled dark blond hair with piercing blue eyes to go with it. When he is not on duty, he can be found in worn jeans, t-shirts, and occasionally flannels.
Personality: He starts off shy but he's friendly once you get to know him. He's brave and patient yet can be easily angered. He's protective of anyone he claims as his. He also has a mischievous streak when the mood strikes him. He can also be stubborn, especially when he's hurt.

Bio:Roranicus (named so as a joke by his grandfather who enjoyed and taught Roman mythology) Scott was born on the island of Cinnabar in the Kanto region. He was raised by his mother and father who were both Pokémon breeders who specialized in the fire type Pokémon found in the area. As he got to be around nine years of age, close to when he could start out on a Pokémon journey of his own, his father started to train him in how to properly care for the local species so he would know how to care for his own Pokémon, what he hoped would be a Charmander.
It was close to his tenth birthday when the volcano erupted. All three of them managed to get into the water as the rescue boats slowly came to shore. Rory finally got the chance to go to Pallet Town where he would have received his very first Pokémon, but his parents had to use the money they had been saving to give him for his journey to buy new land to restart their lost business. Instead of going on his own, he stayed with his parents as they tried to rebuild their life. They settled south of Cerulean City and reopened their business.
As a gift for his thirteenth birthday, his parents gave him his first Pokémon: a rare colored Ponyta that had hatched from an egg a trainer had left behind. Due to its coloring, they suggested he go stay with a former customer of theirs who was a coordinator for the Pokémon contests that were starting to become popular in Kanto. At their suggestion, Rory packed up and went to Saffron City where the coordinator had recently relocated.
She took him under her wing and taught him how to train his new pokemon to compete in the contest events. She taught him how to battle properly, how to coordinate the proper moves to work together, and how to sword fight under the pretense of making sure he was light on his feet and quick to make battle decisions under pressure. She even purchased him his first tuxedo for his debut contest. She was the one who gave him the shortened name of ‘Rory’ and led him and his Ponyta to become contest champions three times over until ‘Pinkie Pie’ (another name that was created by the coordinator) got hurt one day by a swarm of Spearow while they were going through the Viridian Forest to get to a meet and greet event his mentor had scheduled.
About a year later, after she healed, they tried to make a return to the contest arena, only to be unable to compete as they had before due to a lingering injury to Pinkie’s back leg that left her with a limp. Rory and Pinkie disappeared off the contest radar afterword with no word of the whereabouts of either of them. To this day, no one in the contest circuit knows where ‘Rory’ and his Ponyta disappeared to.
Rory has been hiding out in the region of Kodo working for the criminal organization, Team Rocket, for over a year now where none of the consequences of his old life haunt him any longer (except his Ponyta). He still has not had contact with anyone back in his home region, not even his parents, and is determined not to in compliance with his contract. He's managed to make a few friends and acquaintances to occupy his time. He's been learning how the organization makes their clones and has successfully created one with the help of one of his colleagues.

Personality: He's a wise cracking, curious little guy.
Bio: His first appearance was during a League sanctioned party where he crashed and made off with some of the humans' food. It was there that he seen quite a few interesting pokemon, primarily a pink colored Ponyta, and followed her over when her human was in danger. He now hangs around the desert, waiting to find the yellow haired human again.
It's not clear where he came from but with the attention he gives to Rory, it is possible that the Charmander was abandoned by another blond trainer before he found Rory.

The Lab - It's where he works, more often than not he can be found examining strands of pokemon DNA
Training facilities - When he has the spare time, he'll be in there working with his team
Exercise facilities - Very rarely he'll go in there to work out. He has to try to stay fit after all
His room - well it is his room after all...no matter what his roommate says
Rec rooms - He LOVES his video games and will use them as a stress reliever, you can also find him watching a movie on occasions
Outside - With that fire horse of his, he can't be cooped up too long. Also his past experience leaves him with the longing to be outdoors
Campereon City - He loves the specialty shop there. Team Rocket may supply them with food but there are somethings they don't have. It also gives him a chance to take in the sea air.
Known Major Relationships:
Tambrey: They work together in the labs as agents and have worked on at least one experiment together that resulted in her Ponyta, Octavia. Feelings developed while they were grunts and it wasn't until after the raid during which Jace evolved for the first time that they both admitted their feelings to each other. They've been together ever since.
Shawn/Shadow: He was the first person Rory met when he came to Kodo's Team Rocket branch. Rory was on the rescue mission to help bring back the captured Rockets and helped Shadow escape. They're mission partners and were roommates until Rory moved into the Agent Dorms.
Xander: They mostly goof off and the other agent's Arcanine is the other parent to Rory's Growlithe.

Thoughts and Feelings about those Rory has met:
Rockets
Elites: Seth: So that's what his name is! He's one of the few elites here. I've seen him a few times and ran into him once. He seems pretty messed up. Whatever his ex did hurt him bad. He got pretty banged up in the Mewtwo incident.
Agents
Xander: Xander's pretty cool. Likes video games & super heroes though he can't dance to save his life.
Frost: Xander's boyfriend
Grunts:
Shawn aka Shadow: He's just a kid, but he acts like an adult already. We got partnered up and are now being forced to share the same living space. Thankfully we don't see each other much.
Ally: Amazing dancer. I haven't seen her in forever though. I don't she was actually interested in me.
Isadora: She's the shrink I met in the rec room. Even while playing video games, she almost got my story out of me. No one here's succeeded yet.
Tambrey: I still can't believe they sent her to see me while I was high on pain meds. Though I've come to be grateful that they did. She's been a great friend to me since then and she makes me feel things I didn't ever think I would. I haven't said anything about it though; why risk ruining a good thing?
Kratos: I can't believe I didn't recognize him right away! I used to be a fan of his wife's. I met her a few times and she was nice to me; she didn't look down on a young boy having a pink pokemon. I feel bad for him and wish I knew what happened to her.
Selas: ????
Lore: He's the boss's brother, if I remember right from that raid. Wish I could've gone against him in the game at the fair....oh well.
Jerome: I've only seen him a couple times, haven't really spoken to him though.
Star: He's the one that led us to Shadow and them when they were captured, right? Tall dude that constantly banged his head on everything? The guy rooming with Tam? That's all I really know about him.

Val: One of the few who don't look at me weird when they see Pinkie.
KO: Not too sure what to make of him. He seems friendly but it could just be so he gets what he wants.

Luke: He'd be a better trainer if he'd learn to care for his pokemon better, though he is a decent swordsman

Tethys: Not only is she a part of the group that held a bunch of my fellow Rockets hostage, including Tambrey and Shadow, her and her damn moth had me trapped in the infirmary for a week! If I ever see her again......We'll be ready next time.
Diemos: I heard we brought him back with us after that raid I was on. Don't really know him but being a Galactic, I don't trust him.
