Of course, Rock is also 90% of the time high as a kite. As a result, he is often loving and kind, mellow and chilled out, but that doesn't mean he can't be a complete a** if pushed to it. Usually, this means agitating him to the point that he sobers up unwillingly, killing his buzz. He uses a vocabulary that most find strange, or don't understand at all, but he doesn't mind, as long as everything stays friendly.
As a puppy, Rock is usually in a depressive state when he is not high. He spends a lot of time in this state after taking the full weight of his sister's self-mutilation as blame on himself. After a while, Rock realizes that it's best to stay away from the mushrooms all together, but when he meets a puppy he can't resist, he takes him to the mushroom caves and once again shares his stash.
